Having it like this allowed me to read what they offer at my convivence and call and book the service easily. The lasers they offer are good, but I do still travel to VA for Halo or Morpheous treatments, and hydro facials I would like to see more lasers and facial services offered here but overall what they do offer is good. I see Kelly for these treatments and I have for years. It feels good to develop a long term relationship with someone that is growing with me and understands my skin because she knows it. Kelly has helped me come up with long term treatment plans and is always available on time for her appointments, I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend Kelly. I get my Dysport and fillers here, Yhamira does my injections and we have only seen eavh other a few times so far I have found her to be skilled with her techniques and I always look great when she's done. Very friendly and I appreciate the attention she gives to her follow ups, I do not get that at any other places I go Kita, at the front desk is always so happy and friendly and usually knows who I am before I say my name. She gets me scheduled quickly and has always been able to find a way to get me in on the the drop of a dime when I may need an appointment quickly. She also makes sure that I get my appointment reminders which is great service. I just started doing IV therapy here, so far one session. I LOVE IT!!! Will be going back for regular treatments. When visiting dermatologists in the past, I would often spend more time with the nurse than the actual doctor. Dr. Edwards entered the room, sat and listened to my acne life story from beginning to end. Her genuine concern and determination to provide a lasting solution was so comforting. The initial regimen she subscribed didn't provide the results she was satisfied with, so on the next few visits she tweaked the regimen until she was satisfied with the results. But the visits weren't all about her satisfaction! Dr. Edwards informed me that she was quite the perfectionist and told me to slow her down or say pause if it seemed like she was seeking perfection beyond my comfort zone. As months went by, my face totally cleared up. I've suffered with acne off and on since I was 15 years old and my face has NEVER looked this good. I've had a clear face before, but there would always be bumps under the surface. My complexion is as close to flawless as I've ever experienced. In my first visit, I was almost in tears due to the severity of my acne. I would cry myself to sleep each night and didn't want to leave the house during the day. I'm posting this review exactly 1 day shy of being 3 months out from my double eyelid surgery. I…read morecan sum my experience up in one statement - I wish I'd done it sooner! I'd debated double eyelid surgery my whole life but got really interested during COVID. I saw some tapes that claimed they could give permanent double eyelids by using for 6 months or more every night. They worked...until they didn't! When the double eyelids stopped showing up one morning, what I did realize was how looser/lower the skin had gotten from the repeated crease tracing and tapes. Not good at all when compounded with how fatty/thick my eyelids naturally are. I also realized how my eyelids were getting in the way. I was unconsciously raising my right eyebrow pretty much the entire day in order to see better as the eyelid was covering so much of my pupil (which is also to say that my eyelashes were basically invisible at that point). I was starting to develop a wrinkle on the right side of my forehead only from this. Given my family has been debating a trip to Korea for a while, I also thought about pushing off getting my eyelids done in Korea. But I didn't want to spend a good week or so of precious vacation time dealing with recovery. Plus, what if something DID go wrong, I wanted a local doctor I could easily follow up with! I booked a consultation with Dr. Chaboki as he had the best portfolio out of all local doctors. This area already has a limited pool so I wasn't too hopeful when I first searched, and was worried I might have to go to NY or CA to find a doctor familiar with Asian eye anatomy. I needn't have worried as Dr. Chaboki gave me the exact results I wanted. I merely wanted my lashline visible and a defined fold. I've heard some doctors push ptosis correction (even in cases where it might not be needed), and epicanthoplasty alongside double eyelid procedures but there was none of that here. After all, ptosis is a medical condition and a whole different procedure. I booked the surgery and took a 1.5 weeks off of work, even though I work from home, because I knew my eyes would be tired. The procedure was easy-peasy, not to minimize anything since it's still a surgical procedure, but it was so tolerable. I had no ill effects (compliance with aftercare instructions is of utmost importance!). I will say there was a big difference at the 6 week mark in terms of healing. A really natural look settled in by then. And now at 3 months there's an even bigger difference and I don't think anyone would be able to tell unless I disclosed it. Very happy with my results and Dr. Chaboki is clearly a master at his craft and he's SO specialized in facial work, it really immediately shows!

One month before surgery date, I asked again when we would find out if insurance covered it and office staff assured me, "they usually do...you should be fine." I was told I would receive my surgery time the day before (surgery was Monday, so Friday should have been my call). Didn't hear back from the office. Got a call from the surgery center 2 weeks before: they said everything looked good and I should be getting said confirmation on Friday. Never heard from them Friday. Worried bc of the approaching surgery with no time, called the office wondering what was going on. Received a call back around 7pm "I'm sorry, your insurance didn't approve it..." Office staff said they "tried calling and left a message " which in this day and age of technology is a wild thing to suggest: No voicemails, no missed calls. I don't appreciate being gaslit. They could have emailed, called my emergency contact, sent me a letter in the mail (like they did for my new patient package). All of that to say: I'm so glad I didn't go under the surgeon's knife if they can't even handle paperwork and keeping people informed.
