Some of things that I love about this place are that the services provided are listed on their website in detail WITH pricing disclosed next to each service. I hate having to call a place to find out how much and wait for someone to get back to me. Having it like this allowed me to read what they offer at my convivence and call and book the service easily. The lasers they offer are good, but I do still travel to VA for Halo or Morpheous treatments, and hydro facials I would like to see more lasers and facial services offered here but overall what they do offer is good. I see Kelly for these treatments and I have for years. It feels good to develop a long term relationship with someone that is growing with me and understands my skin because she knows it. Kelly has helped me come up with long term treatment plans and is always available on time for her appointments, I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend Kelly. I get my Dysport and fillers here, Yhamira does my injections and we have only seen eavh other a few times so far I have found her to be skilled with her techniques and I always look great when she's done. Very friendly and I appreciate the attention she gives to her follow ups, I do not get that at any other places I go Kita, at the front desk is always so happy and friendly and usually knows who I am before I say my name. She gets me scheduled quickly and has always been able to find a way to get me in on the the drop of a dime when I may need an appointment quickly. She also makes sure that I get my appointment reminders which is great service. I just started doing IV therapy here, so far one session. I LOVE IT!!! Will be going back for regular treatments. My skin looked great and I felt so much energy over the next several days. Overall this place is 5 stars all the way. Chic office environment, highly competent staff, ALWAYS friendly, NEVER late, quick to answer questions, a real person ALWAYS answers the phone, close and reliable. I have been a customer for a long time and look forward to our future relationship, Great job Luxxery you guys are awesome!!

Best dermatologist experience I've ever had! Dr. Edwards is…read moregenuinely concerned and vested in you as a patient. When visiting dermatologists in the past, I would often spend more time with the nurse than the actual doctor. Dr. Edwards entered the room, sat and listened to my acne life story from beginning to end. Her genuine concern and determination to provide a lasting solution was so comforting. The initial regimen she subscribed didn't provide the results she was satisfied with, so on the next few visits she tweaked the regimen until she was satisfied with the results. But the visits weren't all about her satisfaction! Dr. Edwards informed me that she was quite the perfectionist and told me to slow her down or say pause if it seemed like she was seeking perfection beyond my comfort zone. As months went by, my face totally cleared up. I've suffered with acne off and on since I was 15 years old and my face has NEVER looked this good. I've had a clear face before, but there would always be bumps under the surface. My complexion is as close to flawless as I've ever experienced. In my first visit, I was almost in tears due to the severity of my acne. I would cry myself to sleep each night and didn't want to leave the house during the day. My most recent visit to Dr. Edwards left both of us hugging each other and feeling relieved at how much my life had changed as a result of her efforts to clear my skin. I will pay any amount of money to continue seeing Dr. Edwards.

Dr. Chang is extraordinarily meticulous, talented, and detail-oriented, with an excellent bedside manner. He is warm, thoughtful, reassuring, and clearly takes tremendous pride in his work. He corrected asymmetry and several other issues from my prior breast augmentation by a different surgeon that had left me very unhappy, and the transformation is remarkable. My tummy tuck scar is unbelievably thin, my belly button looks completely natural and beautifully placed, and everything looks balanced, refined, and exactly as I had hoped. The level of care extends to the entire practice. The office is beautiful, and the staff is consistently kind, caring, professional, and attentive. From start to finish, I felt incredibly well cared for. I previously had surgery with another prominent DMV-area plastic surgeon, and my experience with Dr. Chang was far superior. The difference in the level of attention to detail, care, and results was striking. I truly could not be happier. Dr. Chang is outstanding and I recommend him without reservation.

I'm posting this review exactly 1 day shy of being 3 months out from my double eyelid surgery. I…read morecan sum my experience up in one statement - I wish I'd done it sooner! I'd debated double eyelid surgery my whole life but got really interested during COVID. I saw some tapes that claimed they could give permanent double eyelids by using for 6 months or more every night. They worked...until they didn't! When the double eyelids stopped showing up one morning, what I did realize was how looser/lower the skin had gotten from the repeated crease tracing and tapes. Not good at all when compounded with how fatty/thick my eyelids naturally are. I also realized how my eyelids were getting in the way. I was unconsciously raising my right eyebrow pretty much the entire day in order to see better as the eyelid was covering so much of my pupil (which is also to say that my eyelashes were basically invisible at that point). I was starting to develop a wrinkle on the right side of my forehead only from this. Given my family has been debating a trip to Korea for a while, I also thought about pushing off getting my eyelids done in Korea. But I didn't want to spend a good week or so of precious vacation time dealing with recovery. Plus, what if something DID go wrong, I wanted a local doctor I could easily follow up with! I booked a consultation with Dr. Chaboki as he had the best portfolio out of all local doctors. This area already has a limited pool so I wasn't too hopeful when I first searched, and was worried I might have to go to NY or CA to find a doctor familiar with Asian eye anatomy. I needn't have worried as Dr. Chaboki gave me the exact results I wanted. I merely wanted my lashline visible and a defined fold. I've heard some doctors push ptosis correction (even in cases where it might not be needed), and epicanthoplasty alongside double eyelid procedures but there was none of that here. After all, ptosis is a medical condition and a whole different procedure. I booked the surgery and took a 1.5 weeks off of work, even though I work from home, because I knew my eyes would be tired. The procedure was easy-peasy, not to minimize anything since it's still a surgical procedure, but it was so tolerable. I had no ill effects (compliance with aftercare instructions is of utmost importance!). I will say there was a big difference at the 6 week mark in terms of healing. A really natural look settled in by then. And now at 3 months there's an even bigger difference and I don't think anyone would be able to tell unless I disclosed it. Very happy with my results and Dr. Chaboki is clearly a master at his craft and he's SO specialized in facial work, it really immediately shows!

One month before surgery date, I asked again when we would find out if insurance covered it and office staff assured me, "they usually do...you should be fine." I was told I would receive my surgery time the day before (surgery was Monday, so Friday should have been my call). Didn't hear back from the office. Got a call from the surgery center 2 weeks before: they said everything looked good and I should be getting said confirmation on Friday. Never heard from them Friday. Worried bc of the approaching surgery with no time, called the office wondering what was going on. Received a call back around 7pm "I'm sorry, your insurance didn't approve it..." Office staff said they "tried calling and left a message " which in this day and age of technology is a wild thing to suggest: No voicemails, no missed calls. I don't appreciate being gaslit. They could have emailed, called my emergency contact, sent me a letter in the mail (like they did for my new patient package). All of that to say: I'm so glad I didn't go under the surgeon's knife if they can't even handle paperwork and keeping people informed.

Sabrina has been administering my fillers and Botox during this time, and I appreciate her kindness and skill. She ensures that I achieve natural-looking results and utilizes advanced techniques and pain management strategies to minimize any discomfort. Sabrina's attention to detail, such as noting which side I sleep on to maintain facial symmetry, truly sets her apart. I'm interested in other cosmetic and surgical procedures in the future, West End being the only place I would go. If you're looking for a new spot, this practice's cleanliness, professionalism, and the kindness of their staff have made a lasting impression on me, so I would 100% recommend. Side note: I wanted to mention that I've never felt profiled here and I'm always treated consistently, regardless of how I'm dressed. I know this can be an issue at other med spas and cosmetic practices, so I thought it was important to share this observation for those who might be concerned about such things.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bitar and his entire staff. I've known Dr. Bitar…read moresince 2011, so my opinion of him is based not only on his work, but on knowing him and his character for many years. He is genuinely a good person, and that integrity carries over into the way he practices medicine. Everyone on his staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. Trish is amazing, Amanda is wonderful, and I have always felt genuinely cared for whenever I'm there. One of the things I respect most about Dr. Bitar is that he will NOT upsell you. In fact, he has turned me down multiple times when I've asked whether I needed a procedure or additional filler. A less ethical injector or surgeon could have easily taken my money and said yes, but Dr. Bitar has told me no when he genuinely did not think something would benefit me. That kind of honesty is rare, and after knowing him since 2011, I can say it is completely consistent with his character. I originally came to him wanting a very specific type of nose, and instead of simply agreeing with me, he patiently explained why that nose would not necessarily work with my other facial features. He took the time to explain proportions, balance, and what would actually suit my face. I'm so glad I listened to him. Years later, I trusted him with my breast surgery as well, and I have been incredibly happy with the result. I feel so much more comfortable and confident in swimwear now. I've also had Botox and fillers done through the practice, and the work has consistently been precise and beautiful, with no complications. When it comes to injectables, knowing anatomy matters tremendously. Please do not choose someone simply because they are offering the cheapest price. This is your face and your body. Go to someone with the training, experience, precision, judgment, and integrity to know not only what to do, but when to tell you that you don't need anything at all. Dr. Bitar's work speaks for itself, but his character and integrity are just as important to me. I've trusted him since 2011, and I would absolutely recommend him and his team.
