Dom's Nom's is amazing. We've used Dom's services for two different corporate events and each time, the food arrived fresh and hot, full of flavor, and we always get glowing reviews from the event attendees about how delicious everything is. Even when there might be some food left over at the end of the event, everyone is clamoring to get their share of leftovers to bring home and enjoy. I really appreciate how communicative Dom is from start to finish. He's super flexible with us making tweaks to our order ahead of time and adjusting headcount as needed. For our last event, there was a miscommunication about the time we needed the food. Dom had initially been told that a timeframe of 12-12:30 pm was fine to drop off the food. However, our event actually started at 11 am. Dom and I only realized the discrepancy the evening before the event. I was worried that this would negatively affect our event, if people started showing up and were without food for the first hour. However, Dom went out of his way to re-arrange his schedule and got the food delivered at the time that we needed. He definitely strives to go above and beyond in his service to always meet the customer need. For our last event, we opted to just have Dom drop off the food but there is also the alternative to have him cook onsite, which is a nice option to have for food that is even more fresh as well as giving your guests an option to visually engage with the meal they're about to enjoy. Fantastic! we hired Dom's Nom's and his team to cater an afternoon event at the house for about 50 people. We selected the ribs and appetizers and it was all delicious. The Ribs, smoked Meatballs, Lambchops, Chicken Skewers, Macaroni, Veggies, Lumpias were all some of the best I have had. Cooked just right and tasted fantastic. He gets back to you quickly, worked with me to figure out the right menu and logistics, and puts in the extra effort (brought things over early, flexible to your schedule) to make sure things go smoothly. What can I say about Domino? Well, he's professional, a delight to talk to, an excellent chef, and a problem solver. My husband and I got married in March and decided to throw a party that was backyard bbq meets garden party for 40-80 guests this July and needed a variety of things. Food for one thing, chairs, tents... the list kept growing much to my dismay! During my search for food that had gluten free options and "smoked meat" (my husbands only request) I found Domino! Doms Noms not only catered our shindig but he worked with me personally to make sure my guests with allergies and other restrictions had tasty options! Domino made us lumpia (absolutely get it!), chicken wings (so tasty), brisket (our neighbor had extra servings when his wife went to refill her drink) eggplant parm (drool worthy, I took a couple servings and froze it for a dinner option one night), mac n cheese, salad, and seasoned veggies. Everything was just absolutely amazing! On top of all of that he was able to help me coordinate with a planner to add chairs, tents, and chafing dishes. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process and answered every one of my questions professionally and quickly. Doms Noms is DELICIOUS. We had Dom cater two events, and it was out of this world fantastic. He was communicative and really checked in with me every step of the way to ensure that it would be a great experience. One of my staff said it was the best "smoked BBQ they've ever had in their life." Our group had the ribs, tri-tip, chicken, kale salad, grilled veggies/corn, mac & cheese, corn muffin, and cassava cake. The tri-tip and the cassava cake is unlike anything I've ever had. It had a caramel flan custard flavor, but it was nice and thick. We had to ask for an extra tray of it the second time Dom and his team returned. I recommend Dom to other friends for their catering needs as well. I think we will need to make his visit to our establishment a routine. We recently hired Domino of Dom's Nom's to cater a Happily Ever After party for about 50 people. Domino and his crew did an amazing job. He was very patient with our changing guest list and dietary restrictions. He responded quickly to any of my emails or texts. The food was out of this world delicious.
