My Pizza always slaps when they make it here, like each and every time since 2017. I can recall one time I wasn't pleased with the cheese and sauce ratio and the manager gave me 2 options, make it over or take it for free and I choose to not wait and just take that and I'm glad I did, lol - let me just say it was TORCH!!! I ordered 5 pizza's and 2 Large sprites. I only received four pizzas and no sprites. I called the store and told them that I did not get my complete order. They said I only had ordered four pizzas so I said I would come around. Got to the store. Showed my receipt. Short story. The manager called the delivery person who did not have my pizza or drinks. The manager told the clerk look over there looks like a pizza is '"sitting" there. Told another clerk grab two sodas. I said I wanted a refund Wanted to speak to the manager. The manager kept her back to me the whole time. The clerk went back to cutting pizzas. I said I want a refund. I was so pleasantly surprised with Domino's. I called to place an order for 8 pizzas that I needed within the hour. The employee over the phone was very helpful and patient with me. If you are ordering over the phone, you should definitely look online for coupons because I found a coupon cheaper than what she offered me over the phone. When I arrived to pickup, I was warmly greeted when I walked in the door. The employee was busy making more pizzas and asked for me to give her a moment. She quickly rushed around and asked me what I ordered, rung me up and carried all the pizzas to my car without hesitation. This is by far the rudest and ghetto Domino's Pizza around I placed my order online and did not get what I ordered. I called the restaurant to be put on hold by a young lady who thought I was somebody else. She let me talk finally to ask if I wanted a refund or delivery. I asked for delivery and after saying that the phone was hung up on me without me giving my address. I called back immediately to be put on hold (20 mins) and never spoke with anyone. I wish I can give this place zero stars! So my boo and I placed an online order for a medium pizza and chicken wings before the cowboys and eagles game on 11/19/17 at 7:16pm. The online process was easy and we paid online. So we expected that the pizza would take some time but not over 3 hours!!! We called this location and spoke with a young lady named Tatianna after about 1 hour and a half and she said with a condescending tone that all orders are taking 2 hours for delivery after it leaves the store. So at this point what can we do right smh. The pizza finally arrives at 10:00pm and it was ice cold smh!! If we were made aware that the pizza would take 3 hours in total before we placed our order we would have went somewhere else or drove in to get the pizza directly. So Domino's has made a comeback as far as taste for their pizza. I usually don't get pizzas here at this location but I decided to order some pizza for dinner and have it delivered. I ordered online and monitored the online tracker to see when I should expect it to be delivered. 10 minutes after ordering, the tracker noted that the pizza was completed. 30 minutes later I called the store to confirm that the pizza was on the way and was told that "they update the tracker before the pizza is done but it would be delivered soon". As soon as I hung up the online tracker was updated to note "delivered". Fast forward to one more follow up call and an hour later, I received a cold pizza. After using the Domino's tracker to locate my pizza it informed me that my pizza had been delivered. I then called the store to get clarity and the RUDE young man Cordell (if that was his name) that answered the phone told me that it was on the way 20 mins after being marked delivered. When I asked to speak with the manager (Tianna) he informed me that I COULD NOT because she was making pizzas. I called back 4 times and NEVER spoke with her and the pizza that I paid for with my credit card NEVER CAME. On the last call I ask for the manager to receive a refund and again I was told that I could not speak her. He then proceeded to tell me that I would not receive a refund for my $20.00 for 7 to 10 business days with no confirmation. All the while still NEVER allowing me the opportunity to speak with the manager. Because I was at work with no relief I could not go to Domino's in person. I then turned to the delivery text, after replying to the customer service text that was sent to me telling me that my food was delivered and asking how did I enjoy it with my complaint there response to me was to contact the manager. After explaining in another text the situation there response was: I'm sorry to hear that. To make sure we resolve your issue please contact your local store. I am now on my 10th call and still NO communication with the manager.
