I ordered pizza and wings and paid with a card over the phone, but my food was never delivered. I waited for over an hour, but no one ever showed up to deliver my food. I called them back, but they didn't have any information that I had called to order the food. And so I wasn't able to get a refund. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with food delivery. read more

The guy that answered the phone wasn't very clear English and kept messing up our order. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza thick crust. He kept repeating everything except our order. When we got back to the hotel it was a thin crust pizza and a little over cooked. The sauce is so spicy that my tongue was actually burning. I would not eat Dominos Pizza again. read more

If you want to order pizza from a place that uses COVID-19 and germophobia as excuses for terrible customer service and laziness during delivery, then this is the place for you. And if I could rate this business 0 stars all because of this, I absolutely would! Sunday 5/31, I ordered myself a Medium Handmade Pan Pepperoni Pizza and Cheesy Breadsticks for dinner via the Domino's app. When the delivery driver arrived, he called to inform me that they're not allowed to go inside apartment complexes and that I the customer should walk out and go to his car to pick up my order. I beg your pardon? Do I call that customer service? No! He also proceeded to explain that they're doing it to avoid potentially picking up people's germs since it's the pandemic. Yes, I understand that, but fearing people's germs or the virus isn't any good excuse for terrible customer service or laziness. So, I walked out of my apartment and then proceeded down the hall and out of the building and walked to the delivery car where he was sitting with my order, and I shook my head in disbelief for this kind of employee-to-customer conduct I was given. As I picked up my food, I confronted him to let him know that this is no way you treat any customers, and then he talked back and had a really nasty attitude, and it went verbal until some neighbors of mine witnessed what was going on between me and the delivery driver. Then, as I returned to my apartment with my food, I pulled out my phone and called the delivery driver I got into this confrontation with and politely asked for his name and for the regional manager's phone number, which he refused to give me either one. The food on the other hand was ten times better than the service I received. However, this is not the first time I had this issue. The mishap with this business and their excuses not to enter apartment buildings to deliver items to customers happened weeks ago on Mother's Day around 9:00 PM. The delivery driver at the time who goes by "Raquel" called to inform me about not being allowed to enter apartment buildings, which really surprised me. At first she had me confused, because I was waiting for her to alert me via my apartment building's button system that someone was at the front entry and that I would either walk down the hall and open the door there or press the "DOOR" button and the buzzer would be heard to temporarily unlock the front door from the entryway. Then she called me again and told me again she was still waiting and told me again that they're not allowed to go inside apartment buildings. And that was when I walked down the hall and there I saw her outside the building to hand me my food, and even though she had on a face mask, she did not maintain her distance or do contactless delivery the right way. And that was when I called the store to speak to a manager about the issue. When I spoke to the manager, she also told me it was the "rules" that they weren't allowed to enter apartment buildings, which is absolutely ridiculous and one easy excuse for terrible customer service. I asked for her name and the delivery driver's name, which she willingly said her name was "Katie" and that the delivery driver who delivered it was "Raquel", whom I forgot at the time whom her name was. I let "Katie" know that I was going to go on my computer and file a complaint on the company's website about this kind of conduct I received from them, which I eventually did after we both ended our conversation. Going back to my recent experience, I looked back on the app and through my order history and found out the delivery driver whom refused to give me his name or the regional manager's phone number was "Scott". After I ate my dinner, I went on the app to go rate my experience and while my food was 5-stars in quality, I rated him 1-star in terms of customer service. Then, I went on my computer and through my e-mails and went to do the survey which could be done anonymously, to which I gave it a 0/10 and explained about the issue; although I could have instead went for 1 or 2 if the food quality was the most positive part of my experience while the rest was about the terrible customer service. These people need to understand that their job is revolved around customer service, and if they can't do that, they need to go find a different job. Don't order pizza from this location, especially if that arrogant manager Katie wants to get away with making stupid rules that are bad enough to encourage customer complaints and low customer survey scores. I hope the manager and the delivery drivers I had issues with are let go from this business. I'm a paying customer - I keep these places in business. I will take my business to Jerry's, Godfather's Pizza, Uber Eats, and other companies and delivery services that don't make the excuses this place has done. I hope I'm not the only customer who had this issue here. read more

We ordered a pizza, soda and breadsticks, we waited patiently for two hours , until finally it said it was delivered, but not to us. We called the store listened to that ridiculous computer talking about the deals and then someone awnsered, hello my I think my pizza was delivered somewhere else, and that our driver GARY didn't deliver it to us, he said hold on a sec and left us on hold he said one of the drivers said someone wouldn't awnser their phone but he never called us, he said he is bringing us our food now after TWO HOURS would we have gotten a call or an explanation if we wouldn't have called or would we have just paid for a pizza that was never delivered ???!! read more

First off I just want to say the customer service at the pizza place is HORRIBLE! I ordered from this location twice and had nothing but issues. First night they delivered the wrong pizza and I waited two hours for the correct order. And then last night I ordered pizza waited over an hour for the food to be delivered and they said they did deliver it but never did. So I of course called the store and Nick answered and was nothing but a douche. We were told on the phone if we showed up to pick the pizza up he would give us the order that should have been delivered. So we go to the store and there was already 5 people in the lobby just laughing away and we were all waiting for our food and here comes Nick storming out of the back before he even gave us the pizza and threw his hands up and threatened everyone in the lobby to leave before he called the cops because we are being "belligerent" all for wanting and waiting for the pizza we already paid for! He had his hands flying around hands in everyone's faces telling us all the leave and when I asked for him name tag he took it off and shook it in my face going "here is my name tag, now leave" absolutely ridiculous. And when we tried explaining that we were just waiting for our food we ordered he did not care just threatened the cops. And once he held the door for a solid minute of telling us to leave he got told by another co worker to go to the back being he was being a complete jerk to everyone for NO REASON! To Nick, you should not work in customer service and don't deserve to even work near people with the way you act. To dominos hire better people. Thanks. Never going back. read more

Had my daughter and niece pick up a couple of pizza's while I was home visiting. We chose Domino's this time. AWESOME... my thin crust Hawaiin pizza was the best I ever had... Thank you so much! This particular location always does a great job. Between hanging out at my friends house and ordering from home for my family and I, I must order at least once a week from this store. Not only are they fast, but the drivers are always polite and the order arrives piping hot. You won't find a better Dominos anywhere. read more
