Ordered 80 bucks worth of food & was told 20 to 30 minutes. 45 minutes go by and they had just started making the pizzas. WTF. no offer of a discount no sorry, just had to ask for a refund or surrender more of my afternoon while the kids keep asking if its ready yet. Thanks for leaving only a bad taste. read more

Take and Bake bull$#!+. As I am writing this review I am now cooking my raw pizza that was handled to me for takeout. Supposedly it was quality checked. However once I got it home the box was about to break through because of all the raw dough that soaked through the bottom. A complete mess, pizza wasn't even cooked, it was cold and raw. Never been to a Dominoes that made better pizza. The manager, Quedan B goes out of his way to satisfy his customers, as he's extremely friendly and extremely helpful... as are the rest of the staff. I just wish all Dominoes were as great as this one. read more

Visiting friends that live here , we.ordered from here because they have had pizzas delivered many times. Waited 45 minutes to call us, to tell us that we were "outside " their delivery zone. Great pizza & friendly staff! After a bad experience at another restaurant we sought food here. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant. We ordered a pizza to go and waited in our car about 7 mins and surprisingly the man working there brought it out to us and was very nice. They also have a pick up drive through if you place your order ahead of time. Pizza was ready faster than expected and was fresh and tasted really good. We are visiting from out of town and just needed a quick bite to eat. I recommend this dominos for super good, quick, convenient, reasonable priced food with friendly staff! read more

Just had the absolute worst customer service experience ever at this Dominoes. I called in my order, confirmed it and then total with the woman on the phone then went to pick it up. when I got there, not only was the price double what I was quoted, the young man tried to make it my fault. The assistant manager came to the window and basically said that if I did not liike it, I could just f------ leave. As I had hungry kids at the hotel, I was not leaving without food. I finally was able to cancel that order and make a new one---to be ready in 15 minutes. When I returned, I asked the young man what the asst. manager's name was--he refused to tell me then told me to take my order and get the f--- out of there. I did. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but each time I'm left utterly disappointed. Tonight we placed an order over the phone and were told it would take 20 minutes. Knowing that this location is typically slow we came about 30 minutes after the call was placed. Once we got there, we were stuck waiting an additional hour for our pizza. Every time I order a pizza here the employs always get the order wrong not one time do the employs give me a perfect order.

Not bad if you get a deal on the days that they offer it. Don't ask for a child's size pizza because you will pay more for a small pizza compared to just getting a deal or coupon offer. The delivery times are good as it was less the 30 in the dead of winter. The delivery driver even ran in the snow that shows pizza power dedication. read more
