I ordered a pizza with extra chicken and extra pineapple, but when it arrived, there was no chicken on it, despite it being clearly indicated on my receipt. When I called to inquire about the issue, the manager was very dismissive and insisted that he could only follow what was on the ticket, and his only said extra pineapple (don't come at me for asking for extra pineapple lol), it made me feel like he is implying that I was lying. After I offered to show him my receipt. He told me that even if I show him my receipt, there is nothing he could do in a very disrespectful tone. Very unprofessional. I don't usually order pizza from franchises but dominos has a 50% off pizza promo so it was a good deal. 2 large speciality pizzas came out to 21ish which is very good considering how expensive things are. I ordered for pickup and the dominos guy Leon was very nice. They're getting lots of orders because of the promo and he also has a big catering order to fulfill as well. Last week I ordered a salad and sandwich at 11:50, trying to beat the lunch time rush. according to the app, the order was ready and in quality review before delivery within 15min. An hour goes by the app status says the same so I try calling the store, no one answered. I tried calling 10min later and no answer. I am a frequent customer order all the time but I recently ordered and didn't receive my order so I called the next day to get a refund and everything went left from there the manager was so rude and disrespectful to me kept going back and forth with me for 30 minutes and mind you I paid for my order and tipped the driver but didn't receive my order.I never in my life was treated this disrespectful over something I paid for. The food came 40 minutes after that. I did not plan on tipping the delivery driver and I don't think he was expecting one because he threw my pizza at me and left. My order came wrong! Contacted dominos directly they created a case number. They got in touch with Dufficy Enterprises located at 2 Mill street, Franklin, MA 02038 508-520-1000 and they haven't reached out to dominos or me to resolve the issue. Dominos keeps giving the same answer every time I contact them to find a way to get reimbursed. The franchise owners (Dufficy Enterprises) need to send us the charges even though I told them I can send you the bank statement with the charges. I requested a supervisor or manager from dominos when talking to them on the phone twice and both times they have told they can't come to the phone. Decided to place a complaint today May 24, 2022 with the consumer complaint department of the Attorneys General Office for Mass to see if they can help me resolve this issue. read more

First of all, the customer service at this dominos is awful. No one can take credit for their mistakes, the driver blamed the manager and the manager blamed the driver. It took over an hour for me to get my food when i was quoted 30-40 minutes. I called at the hour mark and the girl who answered was not pleasant and said the driver was on his way. Okay, cool. I can wait. Nope, it still took an additional 20 minutes for me to get my food. When my food got here, i had to walk down three flights is stairs to get it because the driver got lost. Normally no big deal, but I'm not supposed to leave the bed due to a small procedure. When i got my food, i asked the driver if my sauces that i paid for were inside and he assured me they were. So, i didn't double check. I rather not open the food outside in the concrete to check. When i got up to my apartment, i realized that i did not have any of my sauces. Not the ones i paid extra for or the ones that are supposed to come with the meal. I called and asked to speak with the manager and all he was able to do was credit me back the amount that i paid for the sauces. Which is fine, but two of my items were already supposed to come with sauces. The lack of customer service and understanding is really disappointing. This branch needs to shut down. The supervisor there Alam lacks basic customer service. October 2023 I called Dominoes in Randolph because my order did not show up. He (Alam ) stated it was on it's on its way. I explained it's been a while and asked if the food will be cold. He started yelling at me stating it will be hot. When the pizzas came they were cold. I called back to complain the food was cold. Alam stated he could give me a refund but would block my number so I could not order from there again. Horrendous customer service. Every time I call phone rings for minutes. If someone actually answers then I get put on hold for 5+ minutes, forcing me either to call back or just walk in which is extremely frustrating because instead of the pizza being ready when I get there I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to cook it. WORST part is when you are in the store and the phone happens to ring they just stand there like idiots and nobody answers it. There were 3 workers in restaurant and one person waiting to order. Two employees were on their cell phones. One using handover device the female using ear to shoulder. I had to wait 8 minutes before I could place my 9year son's order from the only employee not on a cell phone. Poor customer service, touching cell phone while she was making pizza. Germs!! The only employee not on a cell phone made my son's pizza after washing his hands. She did get off her Phone when I talked to my sons about cell phones in the workplace. Bc it was cold and raining we decided to do delivery.This place is slow to deliver. I ordered a large and asked for it to be cut into 16 slices. Not too hard if you think about it: cut it normally then cut each slice in half. I got it in good time but it wasn't cut in more slices and they didn't really cut it at all. I couldn't get one slice without tearing them apart. And they also forgot the yummy thing on the crust.
