And out here, in this little rural town, right down the road from my own home, these people opened up for business and served up a welcome slice of normality and comfort, in the form of a damn good chicken wing. They have a crew of kids that treat you kindly, and are constantly hustling to get customers served, and a team of cooks that will serve up a surprisingly diverse menu with admirable consistency.
