This location is always my go to, they always do it right, amazing timely manner and the workers are very nice and attendant, I do not see why this place is at a 3.5, the minimum they should be is at a 4.5 and hopefully a 5 soon. Keep up the good work! read more

This location makes the best pizza. I ordered Dominos pizza special 5 toppings. The pizza was cooked well, had enough sauce, toppings, and good taste. Customer service is good. I enjoyed every slice of pizza. I ordered pizza at this location more than 3 times. The pizza varies depending on whose working that day. I am hurt and truly offended on how I was treated for the 2nd time by the mgmt on duty and the delivery guy whom appeared to be on something with the twisted mouth demanding I give him.a tip but he road around with my pizza for 18 min after supposedly on the way 3 mins down the road. He told my son that he needs to tell me to tip and I did, it was in the total but he was off so he didn't see it. My son told him pls just leave sir because he was aggressive and continued on telling him "yeah...next time tell your .om to tip". The food was cols. I had to get in my car to talk to store mgmt and was walked on. The other team member said "she's talking to you" and he continued to treat me like dirt and I kept asking him nicely to talk to me. The delivery driver started to yell and tell untruths about the situation a d he told him to say nothing g to me and told me go get in your car while still ignoring saying it's 11:24". I guess that meant he's mad because he was mad that he thought I wanted a remake. I did until he ignored me so I said no thank you. I thought he would do something to my food. This is my neighborhood Dominoes and I guess they get the job done when it comes to getting a pizza on a day when you just don't feel like cooking. Normally, there food is alright (nothing to write home about but still alright) Months ago I had an Artisan pizza from another Dominoes as part of their promotion and it was very tasty so I decided to order one here. I was able to place the order successfully online and noted that I would pick it up. The attendant wasn't very cheery but she was respectful and prompt. The pizza had less going for it apparently... For some reason the toppings seemed to refuse to stay on top and it was a greasy mess. Even the cardboard was soaked. Whoever made that mess didn't want to be known either because they are supposed to write their names on the boxes but there was no name on my box. I will probably order from here again in a pinch but I will be sure to stay away from their artisan pizzas. read more

We preordered here and set a time for 6:15 pm. We placed the online order at 4:30 pm. We were planning to pick the food up after our one hour workout session at a nearby gym. We got there at 6:15, and the food wasn't ready. There were a few customers ahead of us waiting as well. It took ten minutes before we were helped which is fine because they were busy. The phone was ringing off the hook and it appears that they didn't have enough staff on duty. When we were helped the man was apologetic and thankful for our patience. He told us our order is still being cooked because we had a large order. ( 2 small pizzas, chicken parm sandwich, chicken tenders, lava cake, and cinnamon roll) It was a cheat meal and we had people over for dinner. I understand that but we placed this order an hour and forty five minutes ago. Thankfully we only had to wait ten more minutes. We paid and were on our way to the car. Then my husband realized his cookie was missing so he ran out and got it. Once I got home I realized the sauce that I paid for to dip my chicken tenders in was missing. Overall, a busy location that is understaffed and slow. I will have to return to the Hiatus location which is way better and closer to home. read more

This is pretty much the only place I order pizza with the occasional papa johns. Usually no problems with my order. Although my husband says the bacon here is flabby. It does have a lot of fat but I like it. Anyways my order was correct and delivered by the friendliest driver I have had. BUT I had a disgusting gel layer in my pizza from underproofed dough and it doesn't make me very happy. I've been ordering from this location for over a year now. I use to hate Dominos pizza until they redid their recipe. Now I love them! The best pizza: anything with the "handmade pan" ... It's like pizza huts crust but not greasy. The stuffed bread is literally to die for!!!! Holy hell, it's one of the best things I've ever had!!! I can eat just that 3x's a week haha. I've never had any issues with this location. They are always very fast and courteous. I've seen this location doesn't have the best reviews and I'm honestly surprised. Maybe I've been lucky? The pizza turned out ok this time but I am done giving Dominos chances. I cannot keep spending money at a place that is so rude here was my experience today 19-29 minutes was the estimated wait time more than 20 minutes of that was spent prepping. When I called I to check on my order I was hung up on but then my order finally went from prepping to bake. I was giving dominos a second chance after the last few terrible orders but this will be the last time I order from this company. I would rather take my money elsewhere to place that actually addresses the calls taken and has good customer service. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with Domino's Pizza. Most of them i've gone to have bad customer service but I keep going back because I love their baked oven "Mediterranean Veggie" sandwich. Since I moved to Plantation area, I was happy to discover this Domino's near my house. Not sure why we bothered with chain restaurant pizza when there are so many independent places available in the area. I guess we had heard the pizzas have ranked as #1 from the bottom of the list a few years back... and we were starving. The pizza was just "ok". We got what we paid for. Pizza was great. Spent over $60. The delivery man is who I had an issue with. I asked him if all my sauces were there, he said yes some are in the boxes, no they werent. I'm standing there 9months pregnant holding 3 pizzas and a 2 liter when he said he had to run back to the car for a pen. As I'm signing my receipt he looks at me rudely and said "you going to tip me?" First of all I hadn't even finished signing and if you want a tip don't tell me to with an asshole attitude! I order a few days ago and the pizza came with very little sauce and hardly any cheese. I decided to give Domino's another chance and order again today. I called the store to inform Justin the manager of my prior experience. he was very short with me on the phone and made me feel like he just was brushing me off the phone. I called back.and decided to cancel the order. Justin became very rude with me on the phone. He told me " Your canceling the order because I wouldn't give it to you for free" I never asked for a free order. I simply didn't want this order to be messed up like last time. I did not feel comfortable and told him I would like to just cancel it. he said fine it's canceled and hung up on me. I called back and told him I did not like the way he treated me and I want his corporate office number. He said call 1800 Domino's and hung up on me again.
