Been to the brick and mortar Wingstop only a couple times but we decided to try an online delivery from Uber Eats for the FIRST TIME from this Jacaranda Plaza in Plantation. We ordered the Hawaiian and Lemon Pepper boneless chicken wings with a side of french fries and raspberry iced tea. In about 45 minutes from time of order, the footsteps approaching my door was highly anticipated. The Uber Eats driver handed me the large bag containing my meal which I quickly analized. The Hawaiian chicken had a thick glaze which mimicked the sweet and sour sauce for the famous nuggets at McDonald's. Of course I ate the lemon chicken but the Hawaiian was overwhelmingly better. The thin cut fries were not crispy, although seasoned extremely well and were plentiful. They provide ranch dressing (superb taste) for dipping the wings in addition to hot sauce packets which were not used. The meal price was $17.00 which is competitive with other similar meals. Unfortunately, the Uber Eats delivery fee was an extra $8.00. Worth it? Have not decided yet. read more

I placed an order this morning for T-Mobile Tuesday promotion for 11:30. I arrived at 11:27, walked inside and was immediately greeted and helped. She informed me my order was being packed. Employees were busy preparing orders and the place looked clean. When I got home 10 minutes later, the food was still hot and the fries were room temperature. The tenders are a new item and it was spicy, fresh and still had a satisfying crunch. I appreciate the large ranch dipping cups and the utensils provided that I didn't ask for. Food was cooked too perfection, the wings were not dried out and they were crispy like I like them and very flavorful, the fried corn is always my favorite, and my least favorite is the fries because they always are soggy no matter what but I put in my comments to double fry it and by the time my french fries came to me they were still so good, for the first time they were perfect. I was definitely expecting my order to mess up, but they did take the time to read all the notes and make sure that my food arrived not only on time but just the way I like it. Came in last night while in the area to avoid cooking dinner. We got two Chicken Wing combos that came with 5 wings (my choice Lemon Pepper), fries and a drink. I was also pleased to see a new item on the menu... Fried Cajun Corn so I had to try that as well. It was crispy corn on the cobb cut into 5 pieces with a mild Cajun flavor. As a corn lover I must try all corn things and this was good. The ladies and staff behind the counter friendly and service was in and out. There's no way you can be that backed up and if you are, learn how to turn off the online ordering system so you can take care of the crowd. Someone has to do a better job at managing this location. We went in and placed our order, they were doing a weekend special, $13.99 for 25 piece boneless wings and you could get two flavors. We got the mango habanero and garlic Parmesan. We also ordered the 10 pieces bone-in wings in Hawaiian flavor and a side of Parmesan fries. They said it was going to be 15 minutes so we stopped over at Publix. When we came back it still wasn't ready; it was more like 30 minutes which is fine since we ordered quite a bit of food. All the wings were good, not the best but not the worst. My only complaint is that the fries were soggy and undercooked. They also gave it to us in an open container and not an enclosed one which was weird because we ordered it to go. The service is hit or miss and I don't like it when the cashier had to put down her snack, lick her fingers, then wipe her mouth just to take my order, (Plantation, Florida). I had quite an experience at this location. I'm going to be honest I was highly upset and disappointed. the time that I spent waiting and the way I received my food was not up to par. I paid for my food and apparently it was an unexpected day. Free wing day and apparently I was the only person didn't know. That still didn't excuse my wait time and food service. I gave a 5 star for one reason and one reason only. And I hope my experience doesn't happen to anyone else but they continue to acknowledge the era and try to correct it immediately. Tee was honest professional and spoke up for me as a customer. Tee confirmed with manager that was busy. Yes I waited and I did need to have fresh food immediately. Tee made sure I was satisfied and I was sent off with a smile and an apology. I was unable to get a refund but for my time and experience I was promised a credit for my next visit. As a regular customer of wingstop, I was very disappointed in my last visit. Our experience with the young lady who took our order was seamless, however after a 20 minute drive home we discovered that we never received the bleu cheese dressing along with our order. So we drove the 20 minute drive back simply to pick up a thing of bleu cheese as should have been placed in our bags. The gentleman working the register at 5:26, Kevin (as listed on our receipt later on), greeted us. We explained how we had just placed an order but never got the bleu cheese to come with it and just needed bleu cheese. Kevin responded with "Well I've been packing all the bags for the orders, so it was in there." Obviously the dressing wasn't in there or I wouldn't have made a trip back to the store so being called a liar over a forgotten sauce by your establishment is poor customer service skills and unprofessional. With making a trip a grand total of 80 minutes, just so our wings could actually be enjoyed, there are far greater things in life for me to do then try to 'cheat the business" out of a bleu cheese that should have been in the bag in the first place. Kevin informed me that because he had packed all the bags and "knew" the bleu cheese was in there, which it clearly wasn't, that he couldn't give me a bleu cheese but I could purchase one for $1.99 or $4. Why I have to make an additional payment for a sauce that should have been included is besides me. This is a matter that should certainly be brought up to their employees by management and rest assured that corporate will be informed about this situation that Kevin brought upon himself.
