I have tried to order from this place a few times, but can't bring myself to pay $30 for a medium pizza that was supposed to be $9.99 and a small boneless chicken that was supposed to be $8.49 and get to the order tab and it's at $32.70 before tip! The couple times I have ordered from here, it takes a really long time, it's stupid expensive compared to the local Italian restaurants and my order has never been right. When did Dominos become more expensive than the local joints that use better ingredients and don't offer coupons that never add up to the advertised price? read more

I'm really upset on something that happened Monday night. 10/2/23 I ordered on line like I always do when travelling. I was staying at the escapees rv park and was planning on picking my pizza and chicken at 5pm. At about 4pm a terrible lightning storm and large hail, baseball size hit the rv park, I had truck damage, front and back windows broken, my travel trailer had both skylights broken and damage to vents. I realized that going to pickup pizza was not my #1,priority, I called and was told it would be canceled, I was charged 21.00 dollars and received, Nothing! Look, I know dominoes is not good pizza ever.. but when you're in Pecos, TX.. you have minimal choices.. so I ordered it expected a regular Dom's pizza.. but that's not what I received. I tipped the driver 10$ and when I opened the box, I immediately regretted that decision. If I was a driver trying to get a tip... I would have checked that pizza before I left the shop.. Very nice clean store. Only one I've ever seen where you can dine in. I carry out, however. I'm an over the road truck driver and there is EZ parking for semis. The pizza is baked with pride. It is consistently good. I highly recommend this pizza joint. read more

We had a crazy winter storm and was stuck in a hotel with no food. I called Domino's to see if they could deliver and they said yes. They were quick and the food was hot and the roads were horrible. We were very thankful to be able to have a hot, delicious meal. Thank you so much Domino's!!! read more

Literally the worst service of any pizza place I have ever ordered from of away where in the COUNTRY. I am not exaggerating. It. Is. Terrible. Now let me explain why. One 3/5/19 I called at 6:22pm to place an order for delivery and told them I would be paying cash. I ordered 3 pizzas, chicken wings, cheesy bread, Parmesan knots, and cinnamon twists. After placing my order they told me it would be about 35-40 minutes until it was delivered. Perfect! The food was going to arrive right around the same time my husband was supposed to get home from work. After that is where the problems began. At 7:23pm 1 hour has gone by still no pizza. So I tried to call the store and the phone rang for about 3 minutes with no answer so I hung up. At 8:00 I had waited about 1 hour and 40 minutes and still no pizza. So I tired to call again and someone actually answered! It was a miracle! The girl I spoke to said the delivery driver had 3 orders so just wait 15 more minutes and then call back if he didn't show up. I worked in food service for over 6 years so I get it, things happen, people are delayed, maybe the driver got lost, maybe he got a flat tire, who knows? But over 1 hour and 20 minutes to deliver 3 orders seems like a bit of a stretch to me. They had my phone number they could have called me to let me know what was going on or ask for directions, but that never happened. So after another 20 minutes passes still no pizza. It had been 2 hours since I placed my order and STILL NO PIZZA! Come on guys I am getting hangry! So I try to call the store back, no answer. So I call again, no answer. My husband calls, no answer. My brother-in-law calls, no answer. I CALLED THAT STORE 16 MORE TIMES AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERED! What the actual hell. What pizza place doesn't answer their phone? All I wanted was some pizza. I called to order pizzas for my students on Friday March 11, 2022 at 12:40 p,m. I asked if they would deliver to the school which is probably a five minute drive. The woman I spoke to said abruptly "no". She was not very friendly. I called Pizza Hut and they were very gracious and even gave us a discount. You just lost $100 plus a great tip. Very disappointed. I was going to let this go, but I can't. A few weeks ago I ordered from this particular store. In the middle of them leaving the store they couldn't reach me due to my number being changed. I was standing outside due to the app telling me that my order was on the way. After standing outside of my work facility for about 20 minutes I call the store and ask for an update on my order. A lady says " we couldnt get in touch with you so our delivery guy just went to the next task instead." I was immediately furious because Dominos is literally walking distance to my job, just a building away, so I was confused as to why they didnt atleast to attempt to drove over and deliver the pizza. I told her whenever someone has made a purchase with their credit card and you cant reach them the proper thing to do is atleast ATTEMPT to deliver the pizza! She snapped at me and said " Well you guys take too long to come out anyway, so thats why I tell them not to deliver if you guys dont answer." Being that she was being very unprofessional that was strike one, two and three for me because I don;t tolerate disrespect from ANYONE as an adult! I told her she can keep the pizza and give me my money back and I will not be doing business with them anymore. She says ok and I'll tell my manager about it. 30 minutes go by and I call the store back and a man answers the phone and says that there's a delivery guy up the street , but ITS THE SAME PIZZA!!! So I'm sure it was cold. I spent about 35 bucks that night and at this point I was really over it. THen he speaks up to say " I've had problems outta you before" as if I'm one of his peasants ! I told him I've only called two other times for a REMAKE because the pizza was GUMMY which a lady OFFERED a refund for, and a second time because they gave me a flat bread instead of deep dish. I could understand if I was being unreasonable but who wants cold pizzas? Then I asked " so are you going to give me a refund because you guys attitude is not up to par at all to fix my food in the future." He said , "NO! I'm not giving you a refund because we already made it. I told him fine you can keep it because thats pocket change but you will reap everything you sew when you treat people like this. They should have ATTEMPTED to deliver to pizza but instead they were just like " well he didn't answer so don't. There are very minimal food choices in Pecos but the staff here are the most ugliest I've ever dealt with. AND IF IM SPENDING MY MONEY BUYING ANYTHING AND ITS NOT UP TO PAR I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! I'VE NEVER BEEN PUSH OVER NOR VIOLENT BUT THE THINGS I WANTED TO DO WHILE ARRIVING TO THEIR LOCATION IS GOING TO STAY IN MY MIND. NOTE : NO MATTER WHAT ENTITY YOU WORK FOR, PROFESSIONALISM IS KEY! I have enjoyed good service and bad service depending on the time of day. Tonight however, I was picking up an order and while I was waiting my turn I line, one of the cooks was talking rather loudly to a coworker. This was a very round man of maybe 18 years. He took his cap off his head and scratched his head with his fingers and then put his cap back on and started making someone's pizza!! I was mortified and I called him out on it. One of the other workers apologized and made the kid wash his hands and they threw away the pizza that he was working on but I mean come on people!! That is freaking disgusting and as a manager or an owner, this should not be tolerated. They think because it's an oilfield that they can do as they please.
