TLDR:: Service is the worst in the whole State of Texas (based on a week of exploring the state). Food was fine, but REALLY slow. FULL STORY:: Walked in, ordered 2 Large 3-Topping Pizzas. We also asked if we could get the tv changed to watch an NFL playoff game. Their response was "We're really busy, give us a couple minutes." No big deal. I mean we did call FOUR pizza places around town just to see if we could watch the game, and went 30 minutes out of our way to get somewhere that we could watch the game. (In case you didn't catch that, we called beforehand to see if we could watch the game!) 10 minutes later, nobody had come by to change the channel, so we went up to remind them. We figured they just forgot because they were busy. At this point, it wasn't a huge deal, just a "hey, could you put the game on?" We got the exact same response (even though there was much less commotion going on in the kitchen). "We're really busy, give us a couple of minutes." 10 minutes later... still no pizza, still no game. This time we waited it out because we had already gotten a lot of dirty looks. All of the sudden, it's been 30 minutes, our name hasn't been called for the pizza, and the channel still has not been changed. We tried one more time, but were met with an unhelpful "I'll check on that." Finally, 45 minutes after ordering our pizzas, we went up to check and they were sitting right on the counter. We had been listening to them call name after name, but they just "forgot" to call ours. Not sure how long they were sitting there, but definitely not that long. When we did grab them the guy at the counter said "oh yeah, sorry" as if they had been there forever and they just forgot to say anything. We were in the restaurant for about an hour and 15 minutes--nobody ever came to change the channel, so we didn't get to watch the game. All in all, its just a football game so it might seem like this is a huge overreaction, but how hard is it to bring a remote out and change the channel? This Dominoes showed zero interest in serving their guests and making being here a good experience. I would recommend going to any other restaurant before heading to this location. read more

I ordered a pizza on the app. Worked great, timing was acceptable. We open the box of deliciousness and its burnt to shit! $25 total for a tip, large pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread. I call the store to tell them it's burnt and their response was, " well that's because you ordered a thin crust without cheese, it's going to burn." In which I say if your an amateur chef when I bake my own pizza I don't crisp it to a toast. Assholes! They probably did something to our reorder. read more

Domino's is usually great. I'm so disappointed that it's taken almost 2 hours to have my pizza delivered, and it's STILL NOT HERE. They still expect their money, I'm sure. Do yourself a favor and get Digoirno. read more

Didn't make it too far with these guys. Called in, got put on hold by an extremely rude guy, waited on hold for 15 minutes, and hung up and took my business elsewhere. Apparently this is common. I read the google reviews and the common thread is "rude people" and "poor service". The franchiser should be embarrassed. read more

Ordered pizza and waited an hour, called to see what was going on and they informed me that it was taken on a wrong delivery and were making me a new one and it would be on its way. Waited another hour and a half and called back, same excuse, they were making a new one due to complications with my SECOND pizza. Finally, after waiting an hour, my pizza was delivered. Delivery driver was great. Very kind young man who was very apologetic. Only good thing about said store. Won't be ordering from here again. Just terrible. read more

Honestly this is the worst place to order food from in history if I could rank this place with less than a star I would. THE MANAGER DOESN'T EVEN CARE. This Domino's Location is horrible. I order a pizza at 4:30 to be delivered at 5:45. The Tracker stated that the pizza was not even double checked until 5:43. Called and the were very rude. No pizza ever from Domino's read more

Ordered pizza. They went in the oven at 5:16. At 630 had not received the pizza's so I called the store. Was told my pizza was next to be delivered after the pizza had been out of the oven for over an hour. All the manager Zach could say was they only had 2 drivers. Very poor customer service. This is not the first time We have had this problem from this store but it will be the last time we ever order from Domino's. read more

Some of the better service I've found in Odessa. You can't really beat the price anywhere else and I've never had any issues eating here.

The pizza was good but it took almost 2 hours to get to my house. It was still hot I just believe that they should have called or something saying that there running late. As far as the pizza is concerned it was delicious no complaints about the food. I'm still giving 5 stars because I believe we should rate the food not the traffic of Odessa Texas. read more

As a former dominos employee, and a frequent traveling all over the country, I can support my comment by saying this is by far THE WORST dominos store in the nation!!! I ordered previously this week, after over TWO HOURS of waiting, I called the store to cancel my order. I spoke to the manager and she informs me she is short on drivers... That I understand. But what I don't understand is why the online pizza tracker showed my order "out for delivery" for almost an hour and a half.. What happened to 30-45 minutes? She also informed me that the drivers were taking 4-5 deliveries at a time. THATS AGAINST COMPANY POLICY!! Against my better judgement, I decide to give them another chance tonight thinking there is no way to be that terrible twice in one week.... HA!... One hour and 50 minutes after I placed my order, the driver shows up. I look at my food and sure enough, cold and hard boneless chicken.. I didn't dare look at the pasta. I politely as I could, I informed the driver I did not want the food and asked him to please cancel my order. He was very apologetic and polite. It turns out "short on drivers" really meant that the manager refuses to schedule more than two drivers at a time.. HELLO ITS A WEEKEND AND YOUR CURRENT SCHEDULING ISNT WORKING FOR ANYONE!! I order from this Dominos 1-2 times per week. I have NEVER had a problem. I ordered some Parmesan bread bites for my daughter and they were so saturated with powdered Parmesan that it looked like they were covered in snow. I told the employee at the window that they had too much Parmesan on them and that my child wouldn't eat them. This person had a very expressive face. I could tell she was annoyed. She smirked at me and said "They are made the same way every time." I told her that we get them all the time and had never seen them like that. She argued with me for a few seconds and was very rude. I asked her to make us some more. She took them back and slammed the window closed so hard that my little girl started crying and begged me to just leave. I went inside and I asked for the manager. The woman who slammed the window in my face said she was the manager. I had never seen her before and she said she had been the manager for a month. She continued to be rude so I asked for my money back and left. We will never go back as long as she is there. I didn't write down her name but I think it was Catherine. Worst customer service experience in my 50 years of life. read more

I am giving them one star only because the pizza is good. Their customer service however freaking sucks! We order from them all the time since they are closest to us. Every single time they are really late on their delivery. We order online so can tell when it's in the oven, perfection check and on its way. The last time we ordered it was on its way yet we didn't get our pizza until 45 minutes after the fact. We called and we were second on the list to deliver too. Oh AND we live literally 5 minutes from the store. This time we've been watching it online again as usual and it has been sitting at perfection check for exactly 40 freaking minutes already! That is absolutely rediculous! Between the last rime and this time only (not any of their other screw up's) I will not be paying for this pizza. Even when I call and talk to a manger they never care. No one working there seems to know what true customer service is. Domino's really needs to check up on who they're employing bc the people at this store at leasr suck. They only have 3 stars on online too so it's definitely not just me that feels this way. read more
