I have not ever had a bad experience st this domino's in any way regarding food and service. I've been inside a good bit through the years and it's typically nice and most staff are friendly, very welcoming atmosphere to me. Pick up windows is quick and of course the pizza is usually pretty good. It's on the greasy side, but if you are ordering pizza from nearly anywhere that's sorta expected. Biggest tip I could give is use the app for the deals because the deals are what makes me say this place is 5 star. During certain deals you can get a pretty stacked pizza for cheap and it usually hits that unhealthy sweet spot. read more

I'm not Dave Portnoy. I do however love good thin & crunchy tavern style pizza. I'm in Murray,KY so I can't get a proper Chicago style tavern pizza from the Southside. I rarely order from chains as the pizza sucks. However when I do it's Domino's. No other pizza chain comes close for a thin & crispy pizza. Delivery was quick and perfect. Food is usually decent. However when ordering online we always get a 40+ minute wait and then we go to pick it up, they make us pay, and then tell us its not even been started yet. Then after paying and being told it hasnt been started yet we have to sit and wait another 25 minutes while they make lewd jokes and bad-mouth us while we're sitting right there. read more

They have always delivered to my house but tonight when my daughter ordered, they didn't put her all the way on hold and she overheard them say they "didn't feel" like driving out to pur house. When they picked up again, they told Ky daughter they don't deliver to our house (not true) my daughter informed them that she heard every word they said and that they delivered to us many times in the past (two nights before this as a matter of fact) they then were rude to my daughter and hung up on her. I had a terrible experience when first moving to town, however the store has really turned around except for at the end of the night, that seems to be the only reason with the experience of a rude manager and burned but cold pizza, it has been good lately.
