This Domino's forgot to make my pizza. We had to wait an hour for our pizza to arrive. Then it never came.

I ordered delivery due to the weather and it was all good until I opened my Marble cookie Brownie. Someone had taken a bite of my food and placed it on top like nothing this is so disgusting and unsanitary. I came to the store in where they provided me with a new order but they gave no importance to the situation. My food was consumed and not by ME!!. I don't know what the person who eat it had in their mouth or system, I would not recommend ordering from here unless you want to catch HIV. read more

Always order from here but last few times they are short staffed with one driver, takes them a couple hours for my food to be delivered. Called and they said it will be another hour to be delivered due to short staff and informed me that they apologize for the wait. Other than that food is very delicious and team staff is nice and helpful! Hopefully they can get more workers to help them out. read more

Wow, BELIEVE the bad reviews! TL;DR: awful customer service, even worse pizza. This is bad even for a Dominos. I came here a few weeks ago and ordered a couple pizzas, one was to be half plain cheese, half buffalo. I ordered through the website, the picture and text confirmed what I was ordering, and I went to pick it up. I wasn't sure about whether I was allowed in or not, so I tried to call and got put on hold by a guy for over 5 minutes before I just figured ok, I'll approach the door anyway and see if it's alright. I got in and there was no one around, waited a few minutes for someone and a young woman came out, I told her my name and she said it would be another 5 minutes. No big deal, they probably got a lot of orders at 2 pm on a Monday, right? Hm. So I waited. And waited. And waited. She seemed like she was alone so I felt bad for her, but remembered a guy answered the phone, and wondered where he was. Meanwhile this entire time she is on her Bluetooth having a conversation with a friend, which to me is unprofessional while at work, but whatever. Finally after 20 minutes - literally 20 minutes - after my order was supposed to be ready (and 15 of me standing inside the restaurant with only one other customer coming in), the 2 pizzas were ready to go and I got ready to bring them home. Something told me to check out the order though to make sure it was right, and the half-cheese/half-buffalo one was (see picture) unreal. One half had cheese and chicken, the other half had just buffalo sauce on the bread. No pizza sauce, no cheese, just buffalo sauce, on the bread. And the buffalo side had none at all. I brought it back in to get it cleared up and the girl laughed and said "Oh yeah, I thought it was weird, but the app must have screwed it up." Well, if you thought it was weird, why not ask me and confirm since I was standing RIGHT THERE? I told her I didn't use the app to order, I used my PC at home. She showed me the label on the side which showed everything as I had ordered it, which I mentioned, but she said, "No, this part said it was supposed to be on the left side," which, uh, it did not, everything was listed as I had ordered it. But I didn't want to be a jerk and argue and she offered to remake it, so no harm, right? I get the pizza, go home, and realize the other pizza I had ordered (with veggies and sausage) was missing mushrooms and had ham on it. I didn't notice at the store so that was my fault a bit but really, maybe if she had been focusing on work and not the phone conversation she was having, she wouldn't have messed up both the pizzas. To add insult to injury, it still tasted awful (undercooked crust on both, barely any veggies, sauce tasted like nothing but cayenne pepper and rancid tomatoes) and we ended up just tossing it when we couldn't fix it up after baking it longer and trying to add stuff. If I could only get some consistency from this store. We have given them many chances but this last was the worst. It took 2 1/2 hours to get pizza delivery and it was so nasty that 2 of the 5 people in the house got sick. The driver was apologetic and polite that was the only positive part as he was over run with deliveries. Stay clear of this Dominoes it's a disaster. read more

So me and my fiancé ordered for our family tonight, 3 lg pizzas, a 32 ct order of buffalo wings , and a pasta bowl, first of all the pizzas had the wrong toppings, but that isn't why I'm writing this review, we ordered on the website for contactless delivery, we didn't Initially leave a tip because we have had problems with delivery drivers from this specific dominos before,but tonight was the cherry on top, our driver Melvin parks in the street at the end of the driveway, he calls my fiancés phone number and said your delivery is here, we were both confused by this since it was a contactless delivery, my fiancé walked all the way down the driveway in to the street to meet the driver and when she got to the car before he handed her the order he was asking her if she was going to give him a tip since he came to our house first and kept our food warm with a very nasty tone, she was very uncomfortable and she gave him the 2$ tip i gave her, but he refused it and suggested that he would help her leave him a tip on the app( I'm assuming he wasn't happy with the 2$) he told her that he was going to help her walk the food to the door and afterwards show her how to tip using the app, she walked in and told me what was happening I was very annoyed because the whole point of the delivery was to have no contact with the driver because we had family members sleeping, and since he didn't follow the instructions I figured 2$ was the tip he deserved but he starts banging on our door for 3 mins straight because my fiancé closed it and locked it, he woke the baby and my father up and he was furious after he heard what was going on and wanted to ask melvin what his problem was, our driver ends up running to his car and peels off before my father got to the door,our food was actually pretty cold even tho Melvin insured my fiancé that he rushed right to us and the toppings were completely wrong, (mind you the store is literally a 10 min drive from my house lol) I find this appalling, tips are by no means a requirement but since I have been working in food service the past 13 years of my life I believe in tipping based on service, I will never order from this location again, I've reached out to corporate and I'm also waiting to hear back from the GM, I will post an update once they reach out to us but I hope this driver loses his job it's disgusting what he did. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. On top of this place being 100% unsanitary they put pork pepperoni on my pizza. It is against my religion to eat pork. When I returned the pizza with the receipt as proof as to what I ordered. Instead of the guy who made the pizza apologizing to me he got upset and yelled at his coworker about me right in front of me. Upon looking over at the pizza station, I noticed most of the toppings were all mixed up. The meats were mixed with the veggies and cheese- this is a major Heath and safety issue. I like to give people a chance. well since I didn't have the opportunity to stop for food on my way into work I was stuck with whoever would deliver. Now I do like Domino's and I have ordered from them before (before they moved) never had too much of an issue. I ordered today at 530, food was sent out for delivery at 609, at 712 I called to check on the status of my driver and at 720 I finally got my pizza....not good people. The store said the driver took like 7 deliveries with them. This right here is a sign of bad management. Why would you allow this to happen, of course most of the food delivered is gonna be cold.. Bad for Business.. Its hard to give a quality food grading since my food was cold and soggy, but unless I literally have no other choice, I will not be ordering from this store until it gets it together. read more

Their delivery insurance is a joke, only offering one free pizza or 20% off the next order instead of fixing the order or making it right the first time. Poorly cut slices. This is probably the worse dominoes I have ever ordered from. I put in an order at 7:45pm and called them at 9:11 pm to ask where my order was and why are they taking so long. The young lady transferred me to the manager Bryant that told me it was out of his hands and offered me another pie that can be delivered within another hour. I told him that this wasn't our fault and to give me some kind of discount for waiting for so long and he said he wouldn't be able to do that. I also asked him where my order was and he said it would still take 30-40 mins to get here . Now we're talking about a 2 hour wait!!! No thank you, I cancelled my order. As far as Domino's go this has got to be the worst Domino's I have ever seen. First off half the time they don't have a delivery driver and when they do it takes forever to get your food. One night it took them 3 hours to get me my food after the stoned kid that answered the phone didn't take down my apartment number and started my phone number off with a 0. Didn't know US numbers started with a 0. Then when the kid brought my food back to store I was told they were going to remake it so it was hot. Got my food it was ice cold had to reheat it and ordered an 8 piece boneless chicken and got like 3 pieces and some crumbs. Horrible is an understatement to describe this place. Almost every time I ordered they forgot the sauces I paid for or gave me the wrong ones. Since I've moved here I've had to have my card charged back almost every time. The manager is nice he at least understands that he works with a bunch of morons that can't get an order right. Honestly they need to shut down this place or hire all new staff and have them take drug tests. If I owned his place I would be pissed that my restaurant barely had a one star review everywhere. Thank god the one in Tannersville started delivering to me. The two orders I placed so far not a single problem and got my food in a normal amount of time. read more

I ordered online. A simple order two pizzas and some Parmesan bites. I also ordered a couple of extra containers of sauce, $.50 each and then I placed the order and paid online with my credit card. It was supposed to be car service, where they come and deliver the pizza while you're in your car. I got there five minutes after the time it said it was ready and waited another 20. You use the app to text them here there which I did twice. I had to go into the store and then they asked me to pay 4 dollars more. I asked him for What? The man said it was for the extra sauce. Since our local Pizza Hut closed down, I had no recourse but to order from here. I should have known better from past dealings but, I thought I'd give them another chance. I placed my order online, it stated 18-31 minutes, I had no problem with that. I'm watching the pizza tracker, which is kind of fun, when it works. After a mere 7 minutes I got a text - my order was out for delivery. Cool. I live 5 miles away from the store, I figure with regular traffic my order should arrive in about 10 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting (a full hour after ordering) I'm checking around my property. Front deck, in front of garage door, back deck, nope. Where could it be? I call the store, get placed on hold for about 10 minutes, get disconnected. I call back, state my purpose, the lady who answers is Screaming "They're on their way, we're short delivery drivers, they're on their way!" and hangs up. Another full hour later the food finally arrives. As expected the food was cold, the beverages warm - no surprise. I don't normally review establishments, but I decided to create a yelp account for this specific Dominos. The first problem occurred when a friend of mine called around 10pm to be told they were no longer taking delivery orders. When the employee was asked "Where are you?" They replied with "uh, in dominos?" And then proceeded to hang up. I chalked that up to a single occurrence. I called today around 9:30pm and was greeted, followed by the employee hanging up on me. All I wanted was some chicken wings and pasta, but unfortunately I am wingless and pastaless. Hands down worst customer service in the Poconos. read more
