Since the new owners took over, I have been there twice a month, every other week, because…read moreeverything has been top notch. The food is phenomenal, we find ourselves comparing every where we go to Goos, and quite honestly NO ONE can compare. The owners are fantastic, make you feel at home and the waitress, April, she's totally awesome. The Steaks are out of this world, the roasted potatoes, OMG, the pizza, unlike any other. Try it, you won't regret it.

She was very warm and welcoming and attentive to our every need. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the menu offered several "smaller portions" selection. As my husband and I are currently on a weight loss journey, we very much appreciated that option. However, even with the smaller portion size, we still had leftovers! We went on a Friday and they offered a salad bar with plentiful options. I ordered the gnocchi and my husband ordered the chicken parmigiana. The chicken was hand breaded and the gnocchi were soft little pillows of dough. The sauce was homemade and delicious. We found the atmosphere nostalgic, extremely comfortable and clean. And as I said, the best service that we've seen in a very long time from April. A wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back. Just an aside for those who haven't visited in a while: the Cellar is now closed. You have to enter from the street entrance.

Very friendly calm restaurant, they do achieve a calm ambience with a slightly smaller parking lot but that's not an issue. They deserve a bigger parking lot and more customers but either way, they're doing it right here. I got the "fiesta" which was a fried tortilla bowl containing mixed greens, pico de gallo, avocado, corn salsa, cheese, grilled chicken and homemade ranch for $16. Very worth it. While I eat small portions, a normal person should expect to be satisfied with this amount of food. It was everything I wanted in a salad. The waitress was very friendly and polite. I wish many years of open service to this company

It had good reviews on Yelp, so I decided to give it a go. And I'm glad I did. Everything was excellent. The outdoor seating was nice, the workers were friendly, my waitress Jae was very attentive, and most importantly, the fish sandwich was top notch. It certainly seemed to be freshly made and not frozen. I ordered fries on the side in addition to Cole slaw. The slaw was nice and creamy. While I generally don't like battered fries, these were pretty tasty. The only slight negative was the cost. At almost $30 for my sandwich plus a beer, it seemed a little pricey to me. But sometimes you have to pay for quality. I will return.
