We've had a good experience with the pizza itself when you can swag when it's going to be ready but the store is just not able to prep cook and deliver or make available for pickup in a reasonable timeframe. The online app is misleading on when you can expect to have your food and it can take over two hours. I would definitely take your business elsewhere. read more

I've tried to give this locations multiple chances. I've had times where it takes 2 hours for my delivery, I've had times where the food is cold. I've had times where they've said "the food is on its way" when I call.... 45 minutes goes by and I call again and they say "it's going in the oven now." Now my fiancé's parents ordered at 5:45... and it is now 7:42 and we are on hold for 10 minutes trying to get someone to answer our call. If you're thinking pizza, just order somewhere else. read more

We order atleast once a month from this location. Today was the best thus far! They made and delivered our food during lunch hour in 30 minutes (we live about 10 minutes from the location) the food was hot and delicious as always. Keep up the great work Dominos! read more

My pizza took 3&1/2 hours to even get to me and was cold when I finally received it. The tracker is terrible it has my pizza in the quality check stage for an hour alone and when it finally delivers I didn't see it again for another hour. read more

I keep giving this place a chance because it is so close. It's inconsistent in quality and delivery times. Last week I walked in and waited for my order. My experience was that one person is working hard and the rest are slacking. I got to hear from the delivery driver which customers leave big tips and which didn't ...and there was enough detail that I knew who they were talking about since I've lived here for 50 years. Just so inappropriate and unprofessional. The food is hit or miss depending on who's making it. I'm done giving this place second chances. read more

I ordered 3 pizzas from the summit bridge store fir d 1st time because I went to visit a family. One of the pizza was not delivered and I called the store and was told the driver will deliver the one missing pizza. I waited and waited no delivery. Then I called back the store because I was leaving the my family friends house. Then I called the store for the 2nd time and the store manager told me he cannot give me a refund but a store credit for the summit bridge store. Sooo I haven't had Domino's Pizza in so long. I ordered a cheese thin crust. The cheese was burnt. The crust was hard as a rock, needless to say my son and myself threw the pizza out. The food is fine. It's Domino's. I live about a 5-10 minute walk from Domino's and often times will pick up my family's food. However family life is busy sometimes and it's nice to order a pizza for delivery while you get the kids to bed, or while taking care of other things. Sometimes the wait is unbearable. Back in the day Domino's had a 30 min or less guarantee and the got rid of it. I understand the logic behind that but at the same time wish it still applied. Domino's also has a pizza tracker which let's you see when your pizza is out of the oven and out of the store for delivery. Now this is where the problem lies.. Because I am a 2-3 minute drive from Domino's but somehow when it's out for delivery it takes a good 20+ minutes. Probably because they drive all over Middletown and drop my stuff off as they are on their way back. Don't bother ordering late at night (8-9pm) because one time we did that we had to call the store at 1030 to let them know not to bother anymore as we didn't want pizza at 11pm. Notably the pizza tracker showed it was out of the oven long before we had called.. we thought surely being 2-3 minutes away it would be here any minute! It's just crazy to me that even though we are only a few minutes away we are less valued as a customer as they will find a time that's convenient to deliver.. So more stars if you pick up. Less stars if you live close and will get your food when it is convenient for them! read more

Nothing but bad experiences at this Domino's. Had a kids birthday party, and they delivered 10 pizzas an hour later than the agreed upon time. Nice enough to credit us two pizzas for inconvenience. We decided to use the credit towards pizzas for another birthday party. Showed up to pick up pizzas and only 3 of 5 were made. The other 2 on the order "disappeared." Had to wait for 2 more to be made. I will not make the same mistake again. Next time we are ordering Grottos! read more

I keep ordering periodically hoping it will be good. This is not the case and when complaints are made a replacement is never made. This time the buffalo chicken pizza had very few chicken pieces and a whole lot of hot sauce. Also the onions could had been cooked longer. Then the simple marbled brownie was burnt. I am a loyal dominos customer but lately everything that I order has been wrong I order the same thing every time a handmade pan pizza extra sauce, feta cheese , bacon, and pepperoni and these past few times my pizza has come wrong and missing the feta cheese or no extra sauce. I call they give me a credit but when I can to order my pizza again with the credit they say that they have no history of a pizza credit on my account. It's becoming very upsetting and in the background you can hear them talking about you. I shouldn't be called names because you messed up my pizza if you are going to run a business run it right and accept your mistakes. You have now lost a customer. I've lived in Middletown for 9 years, and since that point I've ordered from Domino's Pizza quite an amount. For our family, this Domino's location is very reliable. They always have pretty good pizza for the price that you pay, and the delivery people are nice and efficient. They've greatly improved their pizza over the past years, and the delivery time hasn't been affected all too much. We don't plan on stopping eating here any time soon. If you're looking for an "exquisite" meal, then perhaps this isn't the place for you. However, if you're like our family, and enjoy a good pizza for a good price, definitely try Domino's. read more

What a joke. First, when I called, the guy answering the phone had no idea how to do his job. He was absolutely clueless. I was told my pizza would come in 30 minutes. An hour later, I call and was told the dude who took my order, placed it as carryout, not delivery. Wow. He told me he would comp me the pizzas and send them right away. Another half hour goes by, they finally arrive, and big surprise.....the driver didn't even have everything I ordered. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received, anywhere, anytime, anyplace. Thank God I am from out of town and this is not my local Dominos. read more
