Got the pizza 35 minutes later and it was cold and hard. The cheesehead was also like it had been left out. Not edible. I called and they offered to make me a new pizza. #38/2022 Well it's Domino's. And it's got a dining room along with the pull up window not just a carry out kind of gig like most of them have. I looked at the YELP reviews and I noticed the yin and yang they were either one star or five star through the years I got a little chuckle to myself because little things like that amuse me because I'm easily amused and sometimes considered observant LOL. But I didn't know is you could take a chance and park where it says no trucks allowed they say trucks coming here and park all the time but Kevin has no luck he would be the dumbass it would get a ticket so much for that idea and I really don't feel like paying a hundred bucks for a parking ticket so and I needed to walk. Therefore I made the journey from the truck parking lot kitty corner across the state highway to where I ended up stopping before crossing but I made it all the way over I was a happy camper. I first walked in I heard what sounded like an old gas station Bell and I noticed that they have the dinger old school for the drive-thru was kind of cool I had heard one of those go off in ages. So I noticed the facility was very clean I scoped everything out getting my leg yet another rest and sat down and decided what I wanted I see Domino's has pasta now I don't get a lot of Domino's so I opted to have what I usually have when I get a room and I order a pizza from Domino's I went with the medium thin crust smalls way too small for Kevin because he's a gluttonous pig and decided to get the sausage and pepperoni and a diet Coke. One thing here they don't have is fountain drinks do you have to get a bottle of Pop and that's the way it is. They have Wi-Fi they have plugs if you want to plug in your electronics they have a limited seating area which is actually really nice there's about four comfortable boots and about four tables booths nice and padded. They said to be about 10 or 15 minutes I said no problem I ain't worried about it. This is a pretty busy store they got a lot of deliveries rolling in and out and quite a bit through the drive-thru I was the only customer the whole time I was there that made inside but they say lunch time it's a lot more crowded however nonetheless I got my pizza it looks fine even better they have their own little plates they can feel like you're eating out oh boy and I began to throw it down the gullet. Got finished ate the whole damn thing and finished off my soda took my pills stared across at the pilot realizing hell I still got to do that walk again LOL. I decided to use the can wash my hands it was nice and clean no problem there. If I had to taste for Domino's and I was rolling through the St Louis area right here roughly 27 miles east on interstate 64 at Mascoutah(sounds like MA-SCOODA) I would probably come in here again Who knows I might even take a chance and park in that parking lot that says no trucks allowed in if my leg really wasn't feeling good or it was the dead of winter and it was like stupid cold. I ordered a pizza for delivery online from the Mascoutah, IL location. It took approximately an hour for the pizza to get here (acceptable) but it came with no cheese on it. I called the location to inform them, and they told me another would be out as soon as they could get it. After another hour passed, I called to ask about the new pizza's status and they first stated that it was "likely cold - and they would have to remake it" and - in the same breath - changed their story to "we never made that pizza." For the record - Schiappa's in Lebanon made better pizza but I'm convinced this location ran them out of business. As soon as they did, the quality plummeted horribly. Go to Peel in O'Fallon, IL or Cobblestone in Lebanon, IL for better pizza. This place leeches on the desperately hungry and counts on the fact that they're the only delivery game in town. read more

We ordered for delivery at 5:30 on a Sunday evening in July. The time quoted at ordering time was 30 mins. At 7:30 we still had nothing and our order was showing as prepping. I called and was told they had suspended deliveries and it would be another 2 hours at least. Maddening isn't even enough to say how we felt! We have a 2 year old and we're quoted 30 mins! He was starving. We then had to cancel and be refunded as we cannot eat at 9:30. We then had to go out to eat and dominos didn't even apologize. Another time at this particular location where our pizza from order to delivery will be a minimum of two hours late when online I am notified it should take 25min. I understand there will be appropriate wait times for busy hours. Todays order was placed at 10:30am and put on the back burner. I was twenty minutes away & they said they would have it ready in 15. The guy who was working the drive through window offered us a discount on our pizzas & even ran out to the storage shed behind the building to get us plates so we could eat in the car & finish our trip home! There are three orders that were placed for Domino's Pizza payed for using MY DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS THAT WERE STORED ON THEIR WEBSITE. TWO ORDERS WERE PLACED IN A DOMINO'S IN RICHMOND, VA. AND ONE IN LA. THE ONLY PLACE THAT I HAVE ORDERED FROM IS THIS MASCOUTAH, IL DOMINO'S. I've never been to Virginia or Louisiana. I have called and asked for the manager to call me four times now and no one has called me. I called the Richmond, Virginia location after my debit card company called me and notified me of the two orders as they were being placed and the manager at that location told me that they had not received any large orders. Only days later I was notified that in fact that was the location where the orders had been placed. In fact two orders have been placed at that restaurant one for $44 and one for $141 going to the same address for two different names and two different phone numbers but both were paid for with the same card MINE, ENDING 3047. Ordered within 15 minutes of each other. So tell me they're not going to notice a huge order going to the same address as a previous order to a different name and phone number, and being billed to the same credit card and what about the delivery guy, he wouldn't notice two different orders going to the same location, give me a break. I think any pizza place is going to notice a order of $141. This is an inside job. I think these restaurants are shifting customers billing information among them selves and or writing it off as tips or some kind of scheme, because none of the managers are willing to call the police and none of them are talking to the victims. I called the corporate office and asked to speak with the loss prevention officers and I could not get a hold of anyone all I could get is customer service agents and nobody was helpful so this is my recourse. God help anybody who puts their billing address, billing information on their website. I would only pay cash if I ever have to order Domino's Pizza again. The last two times I ordered they forgot part of my order. Tried ordering again tonight and the pizza I ordered at 6:00 hadn't arrived by 7:15. I just called and cancelled the order. Of course, it took 15 minutes to talk to a real person. Their pizza's not even very good. I only order it because one of my kids likes it, but kids are stupid and have terrible taste in food sometimes. If you're going to have bad food, at least be efficient and on-time. read more

We got up to the location about 20 mins after ordering and we were told it would be another 15 mins. I had absolutely zero cell reception in their parking lot but at least they have free WiFi. Absolutely the WORST Domino's Pizza I have ever had to eat or deal with. I travel all over the country for buisness so I have the pleasure of comparing franchises along the way. This particular trip is a family vacation road trip from UT to VA and then back over a period of 4 weeks. To get to the point I ordered 100.00 worth of food online including tip and desert from this Domino's. I get a call 25 minutes after I ordered telling me they have no boneless chicken and can not fill my order. The manager stated I only had a couple choices and that was to avoid entire order and reorder or to substitute for bone in wings which my family did not want. My 3rd option was to have a store credit which was only good for that store. I asked to have the credit placed on a gift card and Manager refused! After a 20 minute argument over the phone the manager finally added other food which we did not want and ended up giving to the front desk of our hotel. Theanager also said he was the highest manager at that store and it was no way around him. I asked for the General Managers phone number and email and his responce was " It won't do you any good." and refused to give me the contact information. Food!!! Horrible. Cold when we recieved it. Nothing was hot and eating cold chicken parmigiana and chicken marinara is no delight. I chalked it up to a loss but I would go out of my way to avoid this Domino's and hope others will read my advise. read more
