They will not answer the phone. I guess they want everyone to use the app. But when you order online or the app the chicken wings are slimy. You cannot order them well done. So I guess I will not be ordering from domino's.Until they answer the damn phone. read more

Typically I would recommend this company for their pizza but I will never recommend this location. They are positively the most unintelligently staffed. Their ability to read an order correctly is abysmal. My four year old can cut better than these slugs with safety scissors than they can correctly and competently cut a pizza. Not to mention the food is always cold. Called in to speak to the "store" manager who wouldn't give her name. (That's okay, honey. I gotchu.) She refused to accommodate our claims. She was rude and unprofessional. Which, I'm not sorry, brings out my bitchy attitude. I asked her if she valued her job and the quality of there work? She claimed she does and that there is nothing wrong with her work. She further said she never got an order from us today and that we are lying. Yet, she knew my father's name when I called and I didn't call from his number or any number associated with him. Obviously, you do know our order. Might want to check into how they are handling the financial points of this locations business. Make sure they aren't overcharging in the tip section. read more

Great Pizza Great People Great Service This is great food! The manager Lindsey is a great asset to the company. She is always friendly and willing to help in any way she can. Thanks for the great service you provide to the Marion area. I will be back! read more

Had the worst exsperience ever with dominoes tonight. Ordered $40 worth of food took driver 25 mins after leaving store to make it to us (they are 2 blocks away) ordered 14 boneless wings garlic twist bread and Hawaiian large pizza. I received 7 bone in wings and a pizza that looked like they sat it sideways in a floor board. Called and talked to manage was told she could do nothing about it. That if I wanted a new order I would have to wait 2 hours because they only had 1 driver and they were slammed. I told them that I had already waited an hour for food I could not and would not eat. She asked if I wanted a refund told her no I wanted my food. She got an attitude told me she could not and would not do anything about it. So I asked for a corporate number since she could t do anything about it. She told me she did not have it that I would ha e to look it up. Then hung up on me. Me and Jeremiah took the wrong food up to dominoes to show them what they were expecting us to eat. (Pictures below) Upon arrival. There is a driver parked I. Parking lot( not the driver that delivered our food) manager is outside smoking and 4 employees standing around talking. Jeremiah takes food in takes about 10 mins of him talking to manager to get my money back. I go in to get corporate number. Was told again she did not have it that I had to look it up online. Very young 18 girl told me she did not get paid enough to deal with our shit asked us to leave the store. After I asked her why she was a manger if she was not willing to deal the customers. She said she did t get paid enough as a manger to deal with customers. I told her she has a lot to learn about being a manger doesn't matter how much you get paid you choose to be a manager and part of being manager means dealing with wrong and sloppy order upset customers. Once again. She tells us she doesn't get paid enough to deal with our shit walks to the door opens it and ask us to leave. So we leave. Will never be buying from dominoes in Marion on 538 e center st. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST WASTE OF MY TIME EVER!! This location has the worst customer service ever. I placed my order at 4:45 pm via online. Simple enough. No complex orders or anything. I also requested to be called on delivery since I drive truck and needed to tell the driver exactly where i am. The online tracker told me that "Kaitlyn" had prepped the order and was double checking it at 5:01pm. It stood like that for a long time so I called at 5:37pm to follow up. The female on the phone told me the order is just sitting there and that they only have one delivery driver. She made no effort to assist me, simply said she didnt know what I wanted since the drivers out. How about making an effort to call the driver and get an update? Then i asked if I picked the order up myself would they reimburse the delivery fee. She said she was sure they could do something. But when I looked on Google Maps I realized there was no place for me to park my tractor trailer anywhere so I was forced to wait for the driver. I then saw the driver "Travis" picked up my order shortly after the call at 5:42pm. So i was patient. I called at 6:16pm and spoke to a girl again (im pretty sure it was someone else this time) and she was pleasant. She actually apologized. I told her the tracker was saying the order was delivered but i was empty handed. She asked if i could stand outside the business so i can see the driver. I agreed since there was already so much time wasted, i was certain my food would have been cold by now. I stood there for a few mins when someone from inside the business asked for my name and if i ordered dominos. She told me they were there 10 mins ago and the driver left. I didnt get a single call from the driver. I called the location again and it got the first girl i initially spoke to. Speaking in the same irritated annoyed voice, she said the driver just came back and that it will take another 30 mins!!! I simply said to refund my card. She said itll take 7-10 days. I wanted proof that the transaction was completed and she said sure if i came into their location (which was already a problem). I was so annoyed at this point that i didnt even care and asked for a corporate number which she didnt give me. I then asked for her name AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! What kind of training do they receive?! Worst experience in customer service ever!!! I will definitely be following up with corporate. read more

I used to have 5 stars on here, I ordered food from here all the time because I work 3rd shift at Planet Fitness and its the only place open besides McDonald's late at night. I spend 100's of dollars here. They thoroughly messed up my last order, but they gave me credit, which was awesome. I go to redeem that credit and my information wasn't on file. Ironically, I was going to heavily tip the delivery driver the cost of the pizza for their location's great customer service. I will be getting my pizza fix elsewhere for a while. Thanks. read more

I am really impressed with the Marion location of Dominos. It used to be just okay years ago but now is completely renowned & by far, THE best place to order pizza or subs from! They are consistent in providing excellent quality service. The food is really quite good. And all without having to leave the house - which sometimes, that's the last thing you want to do after a long, hard day. The pizza & subs are terrific. We always receive our order quickly - it's always hot and it's correct! The app that dominos put out is fantastic and I highly recommend it. We love being able to track our order. The kids think that's pretty cool. Thanks for the hard work guys and for not taking your customers for granted - like some big chains are sometimes known to do. read more

Marion,Oh. Location has given us the wrong order several. Gave us the wrong again tonight and refused to bring us the right order. Told us we we have to take a credit or come pick it up ourselves. We will never order from them again. read more

Ordered a pizza w/ Italian sausage and onions. I always check to see if I got the right toppings. I open the box and the pizza smells like ass. Now it's 24 hours later and my digestive tract is somewhat irritated. I'll never return to this location. read more

I have ordered a lot from this location and with mixed results. I usually order carry out with mixed results. Have had them lose my order then be very rude while searching for the food. Delivery is a whole different animal. Ordered on the app and it said my food was inspected and ready for delivery and 1 hour later it was still sitting at the store. We called to cancel it to be met with attitude. Who wants to eat that. Ordered delivery last summer and after 2 hours it was delivered stone cold. Guy said he got a flat that's why it was so long. Manger was super confrontational not seeing the problem. I am officially done with this place. read more

This location bailed me out this morning - I called the wrong location to place a carry-out order for a construction work crew, walked in here to pick up - no pizzas! They conected with the other location, re-did the order and I was walking out the door with 10 pizzas 20 minutes later!! Stellar!!! read more

Consistently delicious thin-crust pizza. (I enjoy mine with mushroom, spinach, and diced tomatoes.)
