We shared: - General Tso's/Loaded Potato Pizza - Buffalo Mac/Nashville Hot Pizza - Fruity Cereal Pizza The pizzas are bigger than they look on the wall sizing. We got way too much, but we weren't sad to have leftovers. The General Tso's was my favorite followed by Nashville Hot. I was disappointed that the Mac and Cheese didn't have a cheese sauce, it was just plain noodles added to the pizza. The buffalo chicken part was good though. The fruity pebbles pizza was incredible. We got a personal size because we were already too full, but I wish we had saved more room for it. Their flavors are all so fun. We'll be back next time we visit my husband's dad.

It seemed to him that the order had been under the warmer the entire time, but that could be wrong. When he got home we found out there wasn't any chicken in the 4 piece chicken dinner that I had ordered! I called and waited quite a while for the manager to get on the phone. She already knew that I had received 25 jojos instead (if they knew this, why didn't they call me?). She offered no apology and said if I wanted to bring it back, they would start making another order. I told her no, and also told her that her tone was rude, which isn't good for customer service. She seemed surprised. In addition, the pizza was cold and the cheese was hardened and sliding off the pizza. We won't be ordering from here anymore.

The wait staff was fine, nothing over the top but polite and attentive enough. The big issue of the night was the pizza. It took about 45 minutes to come out, which was surprising given the restaurant wasn't very busy. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, the center was undercooked and raw--a real disappointment. Management was very understanding and offered to make another, but with the time already invested we couldn't wait around for a second attempt. On the positive side, the appetizers were really good, and the wings were spot-on--crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. That alone makes me want to give them another chance. Overall, not the best first impression, but I'll chalk it up to an off night. I'll be back to try again, hoping the pizza comes out as good as the rest of the menu.

I love their thin crust and flavorful sauce. I've tried all their items except their chocolate chip cookie pizza. Their subs they fill generously with meat and cheese. They put the right amount of condiments on their subs. Their wings are good size with many choices of sauce to choose from. Their salad is a very good size that can be shared. Their garlic cheesy bread is tasty and flavorful. The perk of the Galion location is after 9pm you can have any of the daily specials. I highly recommend Galion Tubby's pizza.
