When we first moved to our house they delivered...no problem then one day they said we were out of range. Not sure why it changed and they could not explain. So I ordered online to do a pickup. Went in, they said it would be a couple more minutes...no problem. 3 people came in ordered their pizza in store and proceeded to get their pizzas before me. I asked about my pizza and why others who ordered after me go theirs. They figured out they didn't make an item and so my order was never complete. My other pizzas were sitting finished for probably 20 minutes. They they said that they would quickly make the last item of my order. I said I would like my whole order remade since it's been sitting there for 20+ minutes they could not understand why I would like my order remade, but finally agreed to remake my whole order. I found a hair in my last two pizzas. Their housekeeping needs a huge improvement. The quality of the food is always hot or miss.

Where to start... If Lindstrom wasn't a small town, this Dominoes would be out of business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There's been MULTIPLE times where my cheesy bread and or pan pizza had RAW DOUGH in the middle. They constantly forget items. As I'm writing this review they forgot my ranch, garlic butter and marinara. I had to run out of my house barefoot to ask for it. The driver handed me 1 ranch and said she didn't have anything else. She called me back and said the marinara and garlic butter wasn't on the order. I rechecked my app to confirm it was. I personally believe she just didn't want to drive the 1 mile back to my house to deliver it, so she lied. I don't think I'll ever order from them again. The Roadhouse down the road has awesome Pizza and wings. The customer service is also on point there. read more

Called an hour in advance because I was just trying to pick up a pizza for a long drive, they had the pizza done perfectly and on time with great service during pickup and the order. During the order the worker even read me the deals and his best opinion on pizza type. Defiantly recommend and appreciate the great service! read more

Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for one pizza we ordered online. Called and got hung up on. Called back and they had no answers as to why it wasn't ready, but that I'd have to wait another 45 minutes. Unapologetic and didn't give a crap, so I ordered Pizzaman instead and got that in a half hour. A hundred times better in my opinion but ordered Dominoes cuz the hubby likes it. This place has terrible management, I called 10 times starting at11:47pm the first call answer and hung up instantly then the third call they say sorry were closed. They either hung up or didn't answer any of my calls. I wanted a carryout order and was very upset. Food is below par kitchen isn't as clean as it should be, there is flour and corn meal on and under everything. I would recommend not stopping at this establishment. read more

We ordered the Italian sandwich, the crispy bacon and tomato chicken bites and the Parmesan bread bites last night. Amazing! Some of the cheese oozed out and got nice and crispy around the edges and you can tell they just scooped everything off the pan and gave it to us...just like at home. Didn't look the "prettiest" but who cares...it tasted amazing! No complaints here! read more

I was told they were too busy to deliver to my location even though I am within their delivery area. It takes me 7 minutes to get to domino's from where I am at. This has happened to me a couple times. Pizzaman, which is farther away always delivers to me matter how busy they are. read more
