Domino's in Ladera Ranch is consistently amazing. The pizzas always taste perfect--hot, fresh, and exactly how they should be every single time. I've had a few delivery issues in the past, so I stick to carryout now, and honestly it's flawless. The staff is fantastic, especially one girl who works there with tattoos--she is incredibly kind, so sweet, super quick, and always makes the experience better. Customer service like that is rare, and she truly deserves a raise. This location is doing something right because the quality and consistency are unmatched. Highly recommend! The website makes it quick and convenient to order and has calorie information as well as amazing coupons! read more

I ordered online and it was cancelled. I tried ordering over the phone after receiving that notice and the young female that answered continued to hang up on me- numerous times. Once I was able to speak to her after numerous attempts, she stated that they closed an hour ago. How sad that you have one job and can't put an order in for pick up. I ordered it on the app before 10pm and online states that you close at 11pm. Thank you for your stellar service, Dominos. Sad that the kids soccer team and little league that order from you regularly do not need to any longer. The real question is, where is the manager? Are you ok losing business like this? I'll follow up with corporate. read more

I don't think I've ever publicly reviewed a business, and I think of my self as very forgiving, but this is our closest "fast-food" delivery pizza, we've ordered several times, and it is always a let-down. Every single time it is at least an hour+ for delivery, despite the app showing estimated 30 minutes at order. Every single time I receive an automated email saying "That delivery was not what we hoped it would be," with an option of either 20% off or a free medium 2-topping pizza. I appreciate that, but the discounts are basically a bait-and-switch - the free pizza is only for delivery, and you have to have a minimum subtotal of $23, so it comes out to $35+ for the "free pizza" after you spend enough on things you don't need, pay their crazy delivery fee, and tip the driver. Today we ordered at 6:13pm, it was delivered around 7:45pm. After 45 minutes of the app tracker showing "prep" stage, I called the store at 6:59 asking for an update. They put me on hold for a few minutes and came back saying it was "just finishing prep." And it would be another "20 minutes, max." My app immediately updated to the next stage, so I assume they just forgot about it, but don't know. 45 minutes later, my pizza was delivered. Giving 2 stars because the pizza is what you would expect at Dominos - not great, but good enough for a Friday pizza night. Anything other than pizza though, is always inedible. Tonight I ordered boneless chicken wings with buffalo just to get to the order minimum - a pretty safe item. No one in the family could eat them. Even the buffalo sauce is simultaneously tasteless and too spicy at the same time. I think I've finally learned and will just forget about cheap and order from Joe's or go to Ten Mile for my pizza going forward. Even Joe's will get here in around 30 minutes with Uber Eats. read more

You know what's disgusting ? Is seeing this Hispanic lady who works there on Thursday evening around 6pm who putting the pizzas together- placing ingredients like pepperoni, mushrooms etc on a pizza with NO GLOVES!! With her bare hands ! Aren't gloves a requirement!?? I don't know if she just wiped her butt or picked her nose before pressing the pepperoni deep into the pizza pies!? I just lost my appetite after picking up my pizza . I am describing her so management can correct this immediately. Pizza is mid too for what you pay for. Hi everyone I just wanted to give a shout to April I believe the manger at this location. She provides the gold standard in customer care and food service. She will take care of all your pizza needs and this location makes them so well. They read the notes you leave for them whether it's a special request for an order or some crazy order, you know you'll get a perfect pie. Domino's in Ladera Ranch is consistently mid. Ordered a pizza online last week. Late picking it up. They had thrown the pizza away and were trying to close 30 minutes early. Claimed their delivery person had left for the day. They prioritize delivery over carry out. They claimed they threw out my food items that had been prepaid; although, I suspect they eat it or took it home. They have NOT provided a refund, did not provide an apology or even offer a discount coupon to try to win my business back in the future. There are many better options in the area: Selma's, Mountain Mike's; Sal's (locally owned), aPizza Doho (awesome, family owned), and Truly (Hi Justin!). I would even drive all the way out to Costa Mesa to get a Doria's Haus of Pizza (amazingly good and the people are super nice!) to avoid Domino's. read more

I order 1 medium pizza on that app. The app told me the pizza was delivered. I checked for the pizza and did not receive any delivery. I went on the app to report no pizza delivery. A few minutes later the pizza was delivered. Being considerate I called Dominoes Ladera Ranch to make sure they knew I did in fact get the pizza and wanted to make sure the driver does not get in trouble. The lady on the phone began to act passive aggressive and saying, "well yes it is a problem because now I'm out of a driver for a week" I advised her that is exactly why I am calling and she continued to give me attitude and said the app is based on location and not the exact delivery time, etc. that's fine but blaming the app glitches on the customer is wholly unacceptable and I will never me order from this unprofessional location again, bye ! read more

I ordered a personal pizza and I asked for extra cheese. The very friendly person on the phone said he would just toss a little extra cheese on it. I think he meant that he wasn't going to charge me. I wish he charged me. My pizza only had cheese on half of it. It didn't even have sauce on it 1/2. It tasted lousy. And look at it. Absolutely no love or care was put into making it. I get that this is not the most exciting job but at least honor when you say on the phone. read more

Absolutely unacceptable service - avoid this location at all costs! On the night of June 18th, 2025 at 10 PM, I called this restaurant at CORPORATE IN LADERA RANCH to place a delivery order. I was told I could only order online, which I did immediately. However, my order never arrived, and I received no call or update regarding the status of it. The following morning, I tried contacting the store multiple times, but they either ignored the calls or hung up as soon as they saw my number. Out of frustration, I called again using a private number, and suddenly someone answered--the same woman who took my order the night before. (Truth or both she said her name is sally) She seemed surprised and claimed she had been "busy cooking" and couldn't answer the phone. She then rudely told me the order had been "left at the door in the morning," without offering any apology or explanation. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed another manager and made it clear she wasn't interested in fixing the issue. This was not the first time I've had problems with this location--the first time, they delivered cold pizza, and now this. This kind of service is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to customers. I highly recommend avoiding this branch entirely. There are far better pizza places that actually care about their customers and deliver what they promise. read more

ordered here regulately for years. Recently the times to deliver are ridiculously off. had to wait 90 minutes for a pizza a few weeks ago and tonight we ordered two pizzas at 3:48 and it still shows being made a 5:39. the delivery estimate showed 36 minutes when we ordered. they don't answer their phone. called over 10 times. read more

$24 for a completely mediocre pizza is ridiculous. Plus 5.99 delivery, plus tax, plus tip, and you're out $40 for the smallest possible pizza that could ever be described as "large." Great pizza and excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend!! Everyone had a smile on their face and a positive attitude.

Never order from here unless you want to wait 2 hours for your pizza and have it ice cold. I've given multiple chances. NO MORE.

I have to share my incredible experience with Domino's in Ladera Ranch! Despite hearing quite a few negative reviews, I decided to give their thick crust pepperoni and sausage a shot--and let me tell you, it has been nothing short of AMAZING the last 6 times I ordered! A huge shoutout to April, who gave me the tip on how to order and bake the pizza perfectly. The secret? Pushing that pan pizza right to the front of the oven! It's such a shame this location has gotten bad reviews because every time we've dined in, the staff has been phenomenal to my family and me. You really can't ask for more from a takeout pizza place! They've transformed this Domino's location into something so much better than your average take-out joint, and I can't wait to go back for more deliciousness! read more

Absolutely horrible! This is 3 for 3 for me trying to order dinner for grandkids. The app says 30 minute and it shows up stone cold and 90 minutes later and only after 2 calls to the store trying to figure out if anyone is ever going to show up. When I called again to give them a chance to make it right they simply said sorry. Yeah I'm sorry to....sorry I trusted the brand to do the right thing after a 3rd straight epic fail. Filed a complaint on line and their approach is to off 20% off my next order - what - this was the 3rd cold and way over due pizza experience I've had with you! Constant issues with my orders, pay $6 for delivery and the pizza is cold and always late. Manager say every time "Well technically it's not late if you pay with a gift card ... 45 minutes later I get a cold or Luke warm pizza. Dominos promise says 30 minutes guess that doesn't apply at Ladera Ranch location. Toppings are getting stingier and stingier, if it were not for the fact I sometimes need to feed an army of two who can polish off a large pizza each I wouldn't bother. Not worth the trouble. This location which is a franchise makes all other Dominos look bad. Long delivery times just to wait for the wrong pizza‍ I was told go ahead and keep the pizza( which my picky kids would not eat) and call us when you want the correct pizza and we will deliver it to you. Fast forward to tonight, I tried to get the pizza and the offer was noted it was a free 3 topping pizza not the extravaganza I originally ordered and I need to pay for the delivery charge. Then said I have received 3 other pizzas for free in the past. The free pizzas were due to points and rewards! I then told them don't worry I don't want your offer as it was not what I was originally told, I then asked for corporate or managements phone number and was told they didn't have that info‍ what a joke. I'd rather order and drive to another city than use this location in Ladera Ranch. Now I understand why they are always slow when I go in. read more

Super fast delivery, kind, and overall amazing experience! Will be using this dominos more often!

It has been a while since we ate dominos, so we decided to give it a shot after a birthday party. We ordered 3 pizzas and wings. It actually was fairly decent! Unfortunately hours later in the middle of the night, almost all of us got food poisoning. It was quite bad and lasted several days. We had to throw away our leftovers and i called dominos to explain what happened but their customer service is terrible. I saw others left similar comments. I called 4 or 5 times over a week and never got resolution. If I even got an answer, I was told that I needed to talk to a supervisor. It appears supervisors don't work there because they were never present and only called me back once but told me they didn't have the authority to help. If you want to avoid food poisoning and terrible customer service, avoid Dominos. read more

The pizzas been good the last few times, so I'm updating my overall review to 4 stars but there chicken wings are honestly the worst I've ever had in my life. Do not ever order the chicken wings. They are disgusting and I threw most of the 16 away. They are soggy and over-frozen. read more

I feel like this location will imminently go out of business. I've ordered for pickup before and when I arrive, the place is deserted and maybe one person shows up from the back. I ordered for delivery tonight and it said 18-29 minutes. The tracker indicated the pizza was baked then sat in inspection for 10 minutes or so. After 45 minutes, I called them. The tracker went back to baking and they told me it was in the oven and delivery driver was to come back soon for pickup. Why have a tracker if not accurate? I cancelled as I pay a premium for delivery and just couldn't pay that premium if it wasn't showing up in that timeframe. read more

Pizza was fine, however the service was god awful. On Memorial Day, there was a white male employee who kept complaining about his boss and the hours he had to work, throwing things in the kitchen and mumbling under his breath. Extremely unprofessional, along with the fact that there were multiple orders that were completed AND BOXED, but I stood there waiting to be handed my pizza for over 20 minutes. Awful. read more

This place has made my pizza wrong four times in a row. Technically, it's wrong five times if you consider the fourth time it finally has the right toppings but they made the wrong size pizza. I don't know what I'm thinking ordering from this place. The food's not that good to begin with, the expectation is that it will be the same mediocre pizza every time, but even that is a bit too much to ask. I'm sorry but do you really call this a pizza? Half of each pizza doesn't have toppings on it.... and the sauce on the pepperoni is not even covering the pizza, and after we call to let them know of the situation they tell us to not touch the pizzas so that when they deliver the new order they can pick up the old ones... this is disappointing that I waited 30 minute for this pizza and now I have to wait another 30 minutes to get the correct order... and instead of apologizing you tell me that I have to wait this long? Once again, Domino's Ladera Ranch disappoints... The online offer clearly shows 3 topping pizzas for $7.99 each. AND the location of Ladera Ranch is clearly visible at the bottom of the page online (see attached pic). So clicked on the offer, and the website tells you that your coupon has been applied... So I configured a 3 topping pizza and the screen asked if I'd like to add another item (pizza) to the order/coupon... Which I did. I needed three, 3-topping pizzas. But when I went to check out, the prices showed up as $10 plus or minus some cents, per pizza... And I could not get this to change. So I decided to click "Pay in store". That way, I'd hoped that an employee would be able to rectify the issue with me at the restaurant... BUT he could not. He was a nice young man, but he said, "This location does not have that offer running" even though it clearly did online, that day. He told me that the best he would be able to do would be to give me the offer they did have which was much more expensive. I do not fault the employee, but I have had it with Domino's not honoring advertised pricing... This totally bums me out because I never liked Dominos, but in the last several years I've eaten it when it's at parties and it's gotten much better. I'd like to be a fan and customer, but I just can't if this kind of bologna is going on. read more
