We headed down here for some pizza. I am super glad we did! So this type of pizza is North East Pennsylvania style. Its like a cookie sheet pizza, fried in peanut oil on the bottom. It gives it a nice crisp crust, but the dough is lighter than say a "Detroit" style. Not as crispy, and more chewy. They cut it into rectangles and call them "cuts" instead of "slices" and they are served in a "tray". Half tray is 7 cuts, full tray is 14 cuts. We went with a full tray of cheese, half with no onion, and a half tray of "The Kitchen Sink". They have Coke products to drink. My Brother also got an order of 3 pierogies. How was everything? Kitchen Sink Pizza- Man, this thing surprised the hell out of me. I was NOT expecting this pizza to be so delicious. I wasn't even that hungry and I still put down about 6 cuts between the 2 pizzas.
