If I could leave 0 stars I would. This pizza chain in general is the absolute worst out of the rest. This location in particular is a complete letdown every time I give them a try thinking that perhaps they have improved since the last time I ordered. Their service is non existing when making calls. The food is sub par quality when it comes to their pizzas. Generally even when I specify light cook it's most always overcooked. Not only that but their prices for their food is overpriced for the quality that you get. Take for instance last night. They took OVER 2 HOURS to finally make and deliver my order. I literally had to wait over an hour for my pizza which my wife did an online order for to include two small cups of garlic butter. After waiting for an hour I was told that she didn't order them and the guy literally wanted to argue over a dollar or some thing for garlic cups. I'm sorry but my fucking time is valuable as well, and if they didn't charge for it, then that was a mistake on their part because it was on the order. Ordered at 5:00 for a 7:00 pickup, went to place and our food wasn't ready. We are sitting there for 30 or so minutes when they tell us they gave our order to another person. Wait for another 15 minutes and they tell us our pizza was the only thing missing so the rest of our food was sitting on a hot pan. 7 minutes go by and our pizza is finally done. We get our food and it is cold. They gave us our meal for free but it was not fun waiting for 50 minutes in a small room with many others around. We made a mistake not checking the order and when we got home they left out the icing for the cinnamon twists, the sauce for the Parmesan bites, and gave us a cheese and pepperoni pizza(which we ordered 2 cheese pizzas) The employees were horrible. The manager sat around making pizzas instead of checking what orders were being sent out, he was screaming at everyone.There were 4 employees cutting a SINGLE pizza. Nobody was working the cash register. The employees were mean and it wasn't a nice experience. The cinnamon twists were over cooked, the Parmesan bites were funny tasting, and the pizza tasted like flat out cardboard. I wouldn't be surprised if I get food poisoning from this. Michelle, the girl who gave my order when I called my local Dominos pizza for an order tried to over price me $40. And something for 2 medium 2 typing pizzas that I order every week at the same place every week. When you and anyone knows 2 medium, 2toping is 6.99 a piece plus delivery fee eqmuals at the most $23. Tops I'm pissed this lady tried to charge me double for the same thing... The local Dominos pizza people saved the day though. I eat here quite often as keystone heights is not a place that has a lot of options for anything. There is usually at least one complaint that could be made for just about every order but this one tops them all!!! I ordered food for my family at around 4:30 pm and We ordered a lot but we ordered a salad with extra dressing and the last time we ordered a salad we didn't get our extra dressing so I personally called the store and they actually answered and I let them know about the extra salad dressing and the lady told me that she would make sure that our order had the extra dressing. The calculator said the food would be delivered in approximately 35-45 minutes (it is a holiday so I wasn't going to hold them to the estimated delivery) so after an hour I tried to call the store and find out what was going on but every time I called, someone would pick the phone up and hang up, instead of placing me on hold. So I kept trying to call back but they wouldn't answer the phone, only disconnect the call. When my food get to my house everything was barley even warm and not even close to hot. We all sat down and before we opened up the first pizza we saw that there were smashed red peppers on the box and not one thing we ordered had peppers. Then we opened the box and you could tell that it had been dropped with the pizza bunched up against the back of the box, so we opened the second pizza and it was the same way, it had been dropped and the pizza was smashed to the back of the box so we opened the third and the pizza was messed up as well but not as much as the other 2 because it was a deep crust pizza. Then I immediately started calling the store and kept calling back after every time they would disconnect the call without saying ANYTHING until they answered!!! When they finally answered the phone the lady put me on hold them came back and said that she doesn't know what to tell us because nobody dropped our food. So I got into the truck and headed up to the store to show them the food was dropped and the lady asked what is it that she can do? So I told her that someone needs to do something because I am headed up there with the food, so she told me that she will have the cops waiting for me when I got there!??? So I asked her why she would threaten me with the cops just because I am trying to bring her the food back and she said that I threatened her when I said that I was headed up there with the food and someone needed to do something. When I got to the store I started talking to a different manager and told him that I just want a refund because the lady on the phone said that it would be at least an hour to have them remake the food that someone dropped and they still delivered it to me. That manager immediately started the refund and the lady that was so rude on the phone started berating us in the store so I asked the manager that was helping us for the regional managers number and when he went to get the number, a different customer came in and asked for his order and the mean lady said that she doesn't have it so he asked her if she knew how long it would be until it is ready because he had already waited an hour and she said that she has no idea how long it would be so he asked for a refund and the lady said that he could not get a refund because dominos is like any other restaurant and once you order food then you can not get a refund!! When I tried to call the number that the manager gave me for the regional Manager I got a text back and the person said that I was given the wrong number and they have never worked at dominos!!! We order from this Dominoes every so often, always get wings and pizza, but tonight the wings were pretty awful. Mushy meat, maybe over cooked, and the amount of sauce was way too much and seemed to be just poured on as an afterthought. The wings were saturated! We've been told it will be 1-1/2 hours for them to make the order edible and deliver. They just lost our support and we won't be ordering any more. Every time I eat here, there is a problem! I spent $40 on food, to get it delivered an hour and half later, cold. So they tell me they will give me a $20 credit (which is only half of what I spent but ok) and then when I call a few days later to cash it in, the tell me it is only a $15 credit. I ordered the pasta bowl. I LOVE the bread bowls but had to stop getting them because they barely put any pasta in it, plus the dough is still raw on the bottom every time! So I started ordering the dish. They even come so small sometime, it doesn't even cover the bottom of the bowl! So I've started to ask them to make sure it's made right when I order it, not small, because it's always such an issue. This time, it was still super small! I already got cold food after waiting an hour and a half, then only get credited for half my money, only to later be actually credited even less, and when I complained politely about the portion size, the guy tried to tell me that it was the correct size and I shouldn't complain since I got it for free! Low and behold it arrived by this more than awesome delivery driver named Tonya. Awesome is an understand statement. Being that I'm from the Yankee Land and just visiting my Southern Belle cousins all I had was an address. BUT, those of you who know the Keystone area know a map doesn't do it justice. Side note...I personally think the movie Deliverance was filmed here. I ordered again that night for some of my friends and dominos calls us to tell us they cannot deliver to my house because they do not go down our road. So there's nothing we can do. I have ordered from Domino's for years. Today, I placed an online order using my account that I have used dozens of times. While checking the "tracker" I realized that it said my order had been picked up - although I had ordered it for delivery. I contacted the store to try and figure out what went wrong, and was told by management that it was not his fault and he didn't know what had happened but that he (apparently) had no history of my order. I told him that I had a an email with a confirmation number and and order number, and had him confirm the store number and location as stated on the email, which he did. When I asked again what he was going to do to fix this problem, he told me it's not his problem and there must be something wrong with the online ordering. He had a horrific attitude and refused to help me, despite the fact that I had email confirmation, order history on my account, and the money withdrawn from my debit card. Including a TIP someone signed off on! I submitted a complaint and have yet to hear ANYTHING from customer service. Dominos used to be the only place I would order from. Never again. Domino's pizza (as a whole entity, not this location) has been garbage for over a decade now. The employees don't pay attention to orders, the pizzas have come half cooked, they are overpriced, and any extras ordered have about a 30/70 chance of showing up the first time without a second phone call and another hour's wait. Used to be really good once upon a time and then the corporate toolshed decided to step in and fix what wasnt broken. When the company went public the quality ran out the door screaming and has never returned. The best thing about this place is the price. The food it's self is OK. The pulled pork and the ribs are a 6 and the sliced beef sucked . We have been going to Dominos for 17 years since we moved to keyston heights Florida, but the last 2 times have been terrible. Last Monday called ahead and when arrived they said they forgot and it would be 20 min. Left and went someplace else. Last night Saturday called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back only to be asked to hold, I said no and the guy took my order and told me it would be delivered in 40 minutes to an hour, after an hour and 15 minuted I called to make sure it was on its way only to find out it wasn't and it would be coming out of the oven shortly. 2 hours and 15 minutes after my order was placed I did get my 2 pizzas ang chicken but kids we're starving!
