Our first time ordering here and our large pizza was fantastic. The pizza was made as we requested and we had a few requests, such as light sauce and a variety of toppings, plus different cheeses on each side. Never delivered our pizza's and then lied about it. They first told us the pizza's were being delivered then said to a different address. We've been using this app for years with our same address stored in it. It doesn't just change addresses. They wouldn't refund us even though they did not give us the product we paid for. read more

Generally we haven't had issues with the Domino's pizza located in Imperial Mo. However the last 2 orders were not up to their usual standards. The last order took longer than usual which is probably why it was luke warm up on receiving it. Also they forgot the mushrooms on the double peperoni pizza which we paid more for. The tracker reported our order as delivered so I called the store. The explanation didn't make complete sense to me. I was told that I would receive the order in about 10 to 15 minutes. It ended up being about 30 minutes. I attempted to complain about my order on the questionnaire on the stores internet sight however it wasn't functioning correctly and l somehow I lost that window. The order was almost two hours late. When I called the store to see what was going on the guy who answered the phone was probably so high he couldn't think. I didn't get an answer as to if or when the order would be delivered. Refund was supposed to be issued. We will see how that goes. read more

This is purely a customer service review. In the midst of the snowy mess we called to order a pizza. This location had delivered to us before but said it's actually a different store that is technically our delivery location and that store was closed due to the weather. We understood and decided to go another route for dinner. But we received a call back stating that their delivery driver said he would meet us at the front of our subdivision and still deliver to us, he was just afraid of not making out of our subdivision. That was amazing customer service to go out of his way. We didn't end up taking him up on the offer but I wanted it to be mentioned that they were willing to go above and beyond. Ordered medium sausage pizza and specialty chicken. Pizza had about 10 chunks of sausage, some of the slices had none ( cheese only) specialty chicken was breaded. In the past the chicken was NOT breaded. Called to ask about this and the manager got VERY indignant and argued about it, then SLAMMED the phone down. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!! This place is awful. Yes I get it that it is cheap pizza and you shouldn't expect a lot but seriously it is just bad.

I order from this location weekly. Food quality never disappoints, delivery speed is reasonable, drivers are always friendly. I always ask for them to draw goofy pictures on the box in the "delivery instructions" on the website. They do it about half the time. I add a couple bucks to the tip when they do. I've been really impressed a few illustrations. They've only messed up my order once when they put mozzarella and provolone on my pie when I had requested only provolone. The manager on duty called to let me know they had made the mistake. I told them I didn't really care and since it was already cooked not to worry about it. He gave me a voucher for another free pizza anyway. Thanks guys! read more

This location seriously needs to teach their delivery drivers a) to read the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, and b) the definition of CONTACTLESS delivery...... Every single time I have ordered from this location (close to my home) I have selected contactless delivery, and also written my own delivery instructions saying NO CONTACT, LEAVE ORDER ON PORCH.... And EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have a delivery person on the porch knocking and knocking for me to open the door and come have contact with them..... It's so frustrating. I already paid you, my card has been charged. I can see so on my online banking app..... I don't need to sign your receipt.. leave my order and go please... my god, it says so all over the delivery instructions... it's a CONTACTLESS delivery.... It means NO CONTACT..... stop trying to have contact... this has happened literally at least 6 times now.. They do a good job on the food tho. I have never had issues with the food. But this issue is seriously so frustrating and it just keeps happening. read more

This was the worst tasting pizza, wings, and garlic bread twist that I ever tasted. Ordered takeout and ordered dipping sauces, had my kids pick it up, they get home and not one single dipping sauce with my order. Wings was nothing but breading and buffalo sauce, very little to no meat, a lot of chicken fat . How is this location still even open? I will never spend another dime at Dominos pizza again. i called the store to let them know i didn't get a part of my order (2 lava cakes) and the first person was very nice and compliant and let me know that the driver would send a new order over. then, the general manager of the store called me back to tell me that "they were sure they boxed two orders of cakes". she was rude and had the underlying tone of accusing me of lying about my order. I've ordered from this dominoes like 3 times and have never complained to them about an order, so this kind of behavior is uncalled for. read more

Okay so I had one bad experience, I let it go because I know sometimes restaurants have struggle days. However, it shouldn't be ever day. So now I am here to talk about my experiences. The first time I came to this dominos- I arrived to pay and they couldn't break my $50 bill, understandable. So I gave the employee a visa gift card. He attempted the transaction a few times and came out twice to ask for my zip code. I was told the transaction did not go through (but come to find out 3 weeks later it did actually get taken from that card), so he came out and asked for an alternate method if payment. I have him my credit card and he said that It was "declining" which there was absolutely no way. He finally got it to go through (I checked my card statement later to find out they charged my card not one, not two, not three, but FOUR TIMES. They did however refund it but it was still quite annoying to have my card charged four times for one order). The employee just seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Then he finally gives us our pizza and it was so over baked and hard to eat. It was disgusting. I then called the store to tell someone about these charges on my card- was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. When finally answered, the manager was VERY rude and was not even letting me finish my sentences. Couldn't finish a sentence without her cutting me off. How polite! She didn't resolve any of my issues either. Fast forward to the weekend- game night with some friends and they suggested dominos. I was kinda dreading it but went along with the plan. I ordered us our pizza through the app and arrived to pay. Upon arrival- only ONE employee was wearing their mask correctly. The manager herself didn't even have one on at all while MAKING pizzas and was chit chatting the entire time. We went in to pay and we're told that it would be 10-15 minutes. We went back Into the car and waited. Went inside to check back up on the status. THEY DIDNT EVEN START MAKING OUR PIZZAS. once we went in and talk to them- I got a notification on my app saying the "pizza was in the oven". They just forgot about our order. The same manager who I spoke on the phone with just is not very friendly and just doesn't care for her customers much. Thought it would be nice to have this dominos so close to home, but may just start going to papa John's right across the street and receive better service for my money. read more

We just ordered from Dominos at 3:15 PM today. Staff said 10-15 minutes, we did carry out. The pizzas were Hot, and Fresh the way you would want to eat pizza. We are new to the area, and this location exceeded expectations. Nice Job Imperial Location! read more

Tonight was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any type of service industry. I'm still flabbergasted and confused about what happened. At about 7:30pm, I called and placed my order of a large half cheese, half hamburger pizza from they said about 10 mins. I was in the same plaza waiting for food I had just ordered from the Chinese place as well and figured it would be ready by time I left there. When I finally went down there, I saw on the screen, my name and that my order was ready. I paid and she told me it wasn't ready. As I sat there waiting, my 5 year old drew on the chalk board and we watched them make a bunch of other pizzas, as I started noticing other people coming in and also picking up orders and leaving, I started wondering where my one pizza was. I then realized all the other pizzas I watched them make we're coming out and saw delivery drivers taking them. When I finally questioned about my pizza, the girl at the counter told me it wasn't ready yet, I asked why all the other food was and mine wasn't. She said it wasn't their fault. I said can you check? Does it need to be remade? Should I get my money back? What is going on?? She acted like I was being unreasonable. I asked for the manager, who happened to be behind her cutting the pizza coming out. He asked what the problem was and I said I called 20 mins ago and waited in there another 10 mins and I still had no food. He said they were busy, I said, ok, but do I have food coming or not? He said no. He said maybe a delivery driver took it with an order. I said are you going to remake it? He said it will take another 10 mins. I said, is there a reason you haven't already started making it? They were looking at me like I was crazy. I then said to give me my money back and the girl put the bill on the counter and then tossed the coins across the counter toward me. I said, did you really just throw my change? She said no, I said, are you serious!!?! I then asked for the name of the owner and the said they can't tell me that. I said I'm not leaving until I get his name. The "manager" told me that maybe I should call corporate. I was shocked! I then asked a driver what the name of the owner was and he said he can't tell me that. Everyone in there finally started ignoring me as if I weren't in there. Finally I called the Arnold location and talked to the manager there (as I still stood in the imperial store with my change strewn across the counter) The manager named Brian at Arnold was very helpful and gave me the name of the owner (Danny Lynn) and the phone number to contact him at (573-651-4275) I thanked Brian and hung up, let the imperial staff know I would be calling Danny Lynn, and left to go order a pizza at the Papa Johns across the street. I had 4 hungry little kids waiting to eat. By time I got over there, it was 8:30. This ordeal lasted an hour! I work in the food industry, I worked for dominos many years ago as well and I am in utter disbelief that something like that was even a possibility from a worker. Just horrible. I already emailed corporate, left Danny Lynn a message, will call again and again until I get some kind of answer of how these people can be in charge of and running this store. read more

As much as i would like to say that the recipe is better, it's really not as improved as i would like for it to be. Yes, i realize this is a chain and yes i realize that you can ONLY do so much when it's a mass market thing.
