A little while back, they were closed down for health code violations. I think the franchise head came in to monitor and retrain the staff. While the franchise head was there, the orders were ready when they were supposed to be. However, since the franchise head left, it's back to the same old routine here. The orders are NEVER ready when you get to the restaurant, they tell you 15 - 20 minutes for a wait and they don't seem to have any urgency in filling orders. The last time I went in the employee was standing around watching TV. I told him I was there to pick up an order, he went back to the kitchen and I waited 5 minutes before the employee came out and told me it was at least 15 minutes more to wait for the order because the wings take 20 minutes to cook and they just started it when I got there. I cancelled the order and decided not to pick up from this location anymore. If you choose to pickup orders from this location, please do so at your own risk.

The General Alex sauce had the perfect balance of spice and flavor, making for a truly satisfying wing experience. In addition to the General Alex, I also tried their garlic wings. These were equally delicious, with a rich, garlicky flavor that paired well with the crispy exterior of the wings. This location is a smoking establishment so please respect this bars right to do as they please. With that said, this location upon both of my visits had very little to no smoke smell in its haul.
