Last night after work we decided to grab some cheesy bread from Domino's after having passed on eating here for the past few months. The last few times we had ordered here the service was terrible and the quality of the food was even worse. We called over the phone since the last time we did that it was an epic fail. This time around, the employee picked up the phone quickly and the process was painless. When we arrived to grab the food, it was actually ready, unlike the last time where we had to wait for over 10 minutes after their online app said it was done. In the end, we enjoyed our cheesy bread (not burnt like the last time we visited) and we thought that the staff was great. The cashier was polite and she actually made conversation unlike other employees in the past. If this place stays consistent it will definetly return to being a 4 star Domino's in my eyes. read more

They dropped my pizza off at a random location because the driver lost the ticket. They didn't even call me. I had to figure it out by questioning the locals. read more

I'm a pretty open-minded person and always try to be kind, so I'll start by saying the food here isn't bad. The pizza was a bit greasier than I'd like, but it's pizza, so that wasn't entirely unexpected. The wait time was reasonable, around 10-20 minutes, which was fine. The staff didn't seem very welcoming, though I understand that everyone has off days. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're not too picky. The atmosphere could use some improvement, and the service was just okay. If you're in the area, it's not a terrible choice, but there's room for improvement. read more

Ordered just 3 pizzas and chicken wings. Could get the order right. Waited more than 2.5 hours and still didn't get my order. Even though already called 3 times. Management was very polite but non-effective. Should always check the order! read more

From answering the phone to delivery these people can't do a single thing right. With incredibly limited options in these small towns, I've no option but give these undesirables multiple chances to get my simple plain cheese pizza order correct. Unfortunately, that task proved to be too daunting for them each time. I've given up completely as though it were lent and gone on a pizza-free diet until the entire IQ has been raised above 100, collectively, among the staff. I'm not holding my breath. read more

Frequently find myself driving my service truck home to greenfield from Wilmington VT at around 10:00pm. NOTHING seems to be open. Even village pizza nowadays on a Friday night. Dominoes however, is always there. I don't even know if the food was good, I get so hungry. It is always what i ordered and ready when I get there. It's late, I don't want to cook anything and this stuff is edible and most of the time, pretty darn good. Bless these folks for working at an ungodly hour on a Friday night so my tired arse can just go home and eat wings and pizza. I have a feeling not unlike love for these folks. read more

we have ordered regularly for years, and they get our order wrong legitimately 80% of the time. on top of that orders often sit in quality check for 30+ minutes and come cold and/or squished. read more

The food was 2 hours late and the wrong pizza. Hung up on us the first time we tried to call and refused to give us the food when we refused to pay for it. They did not make any attempts to remedy the situation. read more

Delivery was fast and courteous but the pasta Primavera I ordered was dry with not enough sauce and barely any vegetables. For the 18 bucks I paid with delivery charge and tip, definitely not worth it I've ordered this in the past and it's been pretty good so I'm kind of disappointed read more

They constantly forget ingredients on ordered items. When addressed about the issue, the female manager gets defensive and refuses to make it right. Claims she needs the owner there to do so. Apparently you have to check everything you order for all the ingredients that should come on it. Even sauces. Dont waste your time or money on this place. Obviously management isnt doing their job here. read more

One time they didn't bring me the ranch I ordered for my buffalo chicken and I'm STILL mad, Domino's. So thanks for nothing. And by nothing I mean NO RANCH. read more

The first time we ordered was excellent. Ordered again recently, and they did not provide any sauce with the bread, even though we specifically ordered three. They also forgot ingredients on the pizza and cut it in the wrong style. Disappointing. read more

The food is vey good but a few weeks ago me and all my friends were at my house having the time of our lives so we decided to order dominos... They were polite until we told them our street name and number they told use that there was no street named our street in greenfield we had just ordered and got our pizza delivered to my house a week before... THEN THEY HUNG UP so we order from TURNERS FALLS PIZZA HOUSE and they delivered to us So get some help dominos read more

The food is good. Not enough garlic on the garlic crust, and the customer service is bad. Delivery drivers are always on time, but even living in Greenfield Domino's still refuses to deliver to our address even though they have before because their app doesn't have our address as delivery. Went to pick up my order and saw the Domino's car not even 5 houses away. Very upset. The inside of the store is quiet. Mostly clean. The people who work inside are rude and seem aggitated all the time. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I almost never review but i just had the worst interaction I have had with anyone in costumer service. I was confused as to why in the past Domino's had delivered here and she told me they couldn't. She then proceeded to yell about how they wouldn't deliver to this address I had to hang up before it got worse. I will never attempt to call or order from this one again. If you do order good luck hopefully they are nicer to you though it appears after reading other reviews I would maybe keep driving. read more

I ordered a pizza. Most of the time they arrive alright from this location. However, this time we received the wrong pizza... again. We were told that we were unable to receive a refund. In fact policy requires you to return the faulty pizza so that ostensibly they can throw it in the trash. Super cool, you guys; you screw it up and I have to deliver it back to you. This is the second time this has happened to us at this particular location. The staff and the delivery people are awesome and always friendly. The owner is a mendacious and onerous jerk who won't sacrifice $14 to maintain a client base. I forget his name but that's because it's boring, worthless and I can't be bothered with these jackomos. Do I get a free pizza if he doesn't understand half of the words that I used in that last paragraph? Wait! Do I get a free pizza if his BMI is over 25%? What about if he is balding? I'm sorry to be superficial and use personal attacks, factual as they may be, to push my particular agenda... But when the owner of a franchise acts as flippant as this man did with me on the phone it bears a response in kind. Anyways much love, Robin read more

Ordered a pizza. They messed up and put my allergen on my pizza. I Called back. Spoke to the manager Scott. He was very combative. No apology. Very rude and didn't offer to make it right. Said once the pizza leaves the store it's no longer their responsibility. Uh WHAT??? Zero stars read more

Got a large flatbread pizza with 4 toppings and it was GREAT. Not greasy like other places and had a very generous portion of toppings. Service was great and price very reasonable! read more

Was informed the Greenfield franchise decided to stop offering the special of $5.99 each for two items even though it is still offered on the national website. (It s up to each franchise whether they want to continue with that special). It s too bad because it was great for two people wanting to order something either the same or different off the menu. : ( : ( : ( : ( : ( : ( read more

I strongly recommend against ordering pizza at this location! Order here, and don't expect to receive what you ordered. This store makes mistakes on about half of our pizzas and we have been ordering from them nearly once a week for close to 2 years. Usually they just forget to add our extra sauce, so we have put up with it. This time I ordered extra sauce, half olives on one side, and half peppers on the other. The pizza was dry, had heavy olives and peppers on one side, and light olives and peppers on the other. We were very disappointed with our dinner. This followed my first complaint call , which I made about a week ago, because I had finally had enough and wanted them to get their act together. It is time for us to find another pizza place. read more

Not only does my pizza always show up a mess but THEY STEAL FROM YOU! The delivery driver decided to double the tip I gave him on my credit card turning a 14 dollar pizza into a 20 dollar pizza....... never again! I'm about to comb through my credit statements to check to see if it's happened before. We need better pizza joints out here! read more

They're awesome! Don't believe this other review, if you have a long complicated order, things are bound to get mixed up. My family has ordered from here for years, and they always remember our extra additions and requests. They're so accommodating and kind. Classic Domino's taste. I'm reviewing today because I ordered last night. I put "no garlic" in the delivery orders, hoping they'd see it (the one near my school has any instructions printed out in big stickers, so I assumed this would be the same). They didn't see the change until my order was done. Apparently, they remade our whole pizzas to make sure they had no garlic! It was so kind, and they really didn't have to do it, but they did it anyways. The pizza delivery man was so kind in explaining what I did wrong too. They'll never lose my service! It's domino's for god's sake! read more

Food was great as always and the driver polite and helpful! Would highly recommend Domino's to anyone!

Food comes really fast and has never been wrong. Be careful when ordering over the phone, if you don't point out their advertised deals they will charge you way too much! Also PAY IN CASH a friend of mine had a problem with them over charging his debit card and possibly pocketing the extra cash so be very careful! read more

Honestly, if I could, I'd give them less than one star. My friends and I hadn't eaten all day and it was late. We called Dominos and a man answered. We continued to order and said that someone else would call in and give the dominos guy the credit card number and then he replied "Well than they need to call and reorder the food." And then hung up on us. Then we got the credit card number and they then said that they wouldn't deliver to us even though they apparently would've the first time! And we called one last time to clarify what had just happened because the man on the phone hung up AGAIN. So a different guy answered and was super nice, and continued to take our order when the other man stole the phone and said "Yeah, Hi. I just talked to you two minutes ago. WE DO NOT DELIVER THERE!" Then hung up for the very last time. I'm pretty sure it was the manager of the establishment, I'm not happy with how RUDE the first man was. The food isn't even good, it's bland and rubbery, and it was our last resort, which is the only reason why we called. read more
