Llet me share my experience. I went into Domino's in Gloucester on a Thursday to place a delivery order for Saturday. I purposely went in to be sure that they could deliver to my address. They assured me they could I gave them all the information for the order I ordered 64 wings and six large pizzas. I was quoted a price. They ran my credit card and said that I couldn't have a receipt until Saturday when the transaction actually occurred. No worries went on about my day. Saturday rolls around about 2 I've not heard anything from them so I called Domino's to find out if my order was still being delivered and I was informed that no, I had ordered a carryout. Gentlnan answering g the phone was unsympathetic as if this was my fault and I had no right to be upse. as a matter of fact. He informed me that I would no be helped if I continued to complain. I complied as my kitchen is being remodeled and I did not have another optio. I was livid. I am not allowed to be upset that my $135 order was now over $150 (Price went up and no dipping sauce is provided with the wins?) food arrives. Pizza is doughy and undercooked. wings were cooked frozen and had a small amount of sauce and no flavor.I would call and complain but remember I was Told early on that they would not listen to my complaints. Please don't worry you will never have to deal with me again. I have not received so much as l'm sorry for this mistake. BTW I still left a good tip for the delivery person. I ordered a five topping pizza tonight double pepperoni double cheese ground beef & ham.Well once I got home im looking at my pizza it didn't look like double anything that I ask for was on it ,so I called the store and explained to them the same thing The guy said well thats funny I made the pizza so I know it was correct sorry it wasn't to your liking , So I asked his name he was like im not at Liberty to give you my name so I ask for the manager, he then says im the manager for the night & if you want to speak with general manager you have to come up here another time I then said come up there Im handicap I can't even walk next thing I know he hangs the phone up on me! I had to place the order for pick up and when I got there they weren't giving me my food they were saying that they didn't have a order under my name and they were saying that I probably called the wrong number when I didn't and I called back, the kept declining the calls and I seen the lady through the window peeking out at me and they were giggling like it was funny read more

The convenience of ordering a pizza with the toppings of either your choice or a preset familiar recipe should not be denied upon delivery. I mean who orders a large Hawaiian and receives an Italian style thin crust, with a few toppings of each pineapple and ham. If I had ordered a small, I probably would have received 2 pieces of the main ingredients. With the way inflation has caused businesses to cut production costs, but raise prices and add more fees, it's no wonder consumers have given up on the food service industry. I'm disappointed and will find better options for my next pie. read more

It has become a tradition for my wife and I to order a ham and pineapple, Domino's Pizza every Friday night after work. We select the two mediums for $5.99 on their web site then go to pick it up. We have gotten to be known and now are greeted each time and our pizza is waiting at the counter when they see us drive up! They are so friendly and greet us with a, "Evening, Darlin!" that you will only hear in a Gloucester establishment! It is this personalized service that keeps up coming back. The pizza is always hot and fresh and tastes soo good! We do not mind having to drive and pick it up ourselves since we live outside their delivery area. It speaks a lot about a place that we go out of our way passing other more convenient pizza joints to buy a Domino's Pizza! Keep up the great work! read more

I ordered online and showed up to get my pizza at the time it was supposed to be ready. I approached the front counter and told the employee I was here to get an order for my name. She looked me in my face and said she did not have an order for that name here sorry. So feeling dumb I walked back out to my car and checked my email. The $45 order I placed had already pulled out of my banking account and I had an email confirmation of my order at this location. So I went back in and it seemed like somebody else was up there with the girl I first spoke to, she asked me my name. I told her & she proceeded to bring me my order that had been sitting on the ready rack the whole time. I asked if this was my order the whole time why did she tell me that there was nothing for my name at this location and the only excuse they had was that the employee was new. Well that just shows what kind of training she got. She didn't bother to ask anybody for assistance when she couldn't find my order and sent me out the door without an issue. I don't appreciate spending this much on food to be looked at like I'm dumb when I show up to a place to get the food that I ordered AT THAT PLACE. The food was good, don't get me wrong. But with crappy customer service It's makes it a little disappointing. read more

Love this location. Ive never had any issues with an order. We usually get the same thing and every now and then we change it up. Fast delivery and Delivery folks are friendly as well! Some even have had treats for the doggies! read more

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. It was dry and tasteless. We called the store to complain and the manager Jason was extremely rude. Will NEVER order from this Dominos and if you have to make sure you go inside the store to make sure it is fresh. Do not have it delivered read more

I am not a big chain pizza guy but ever since they changed the recipe, they have become the best chain pizza. The one in gloucester is locally operated by a guy named Mike. I used to work for him years ago as a kid. He keeps a clean place and always cares about quality. Good business. read more

Had an order of five pizzas and a salad to pick up. I had ordered the night before and had it scheduled for carry out. I called when I was five minutes away the gal said she would have it ready. When I get there an older man hands me a bag with a house salad , I tell him I ordered a chicken pecan he tells me that's what it said on the order. I'm on a timed schedule mind you. I go to the car look up the online order and show it to him and he says ,"that's not what it said in the order. A guy next to me says, " I ordered the house salad" , I said , " this must be yours and I go to hand it to him. The older guy goes "don't give that to him I have his salad back here that's not his salad!", I said ,"it's not mine either". I'm already through with the scene . He goes back and gets a chicken pecan and hands it to me and takes the garden, no apology nothing!! ? I left and said have a nice day! No! not going back. Too many choices in Gloucester.
