4th of July night ordered pickup and food was ready , hot, fresh and super good definitely a better visit than my last one!

Quality has dropped again, Pizzas are either lacking toppings or the dough is overcooked. I ordered online, it showed it was ready. When I went to pick it up within seconds, they accidentally sold it (or gave it to someone else) . But here is the kicker. I had other items sitting there under the heat lamp while they made me another pizza. By the time I got home, the sandwiches were soggy. I'm DONE with Domino's. read more

I like the pizza, but Domino's in Forest City need to get a better drive-thru awning. Every time it rains, it gets inside the vehicle while I'm trying to grab the pizza, and that defeats the purpose of the awning, which is supposed to keep this from happening. I have to dry the inside of the door off with a towel as a result. Please get this addressed as soon as possible. Thank you. read more

Drove up to Domino's two nights ago and saw that the entire kitchen and checkout staff had their masks around their necks. As soon as the saw me looking at them from my car the nudged one another to put their masks on. Shameful and unacceptable. read more

They have got worse and worse young kids running things. They were laughing and carrying on did not get order right . It's 8.17 still no pizza two hours ago they we were nice and talking and the manager hung up on me called back and they said she left . They have always delievered to my house then decided not to anymore randomly one day and were extremely rude about it. Everytime I speak to them on the phone people are yelling rude things in the background. Every order-taker is always extremely rude and they have even hung up on me multiple times. I have tried being nice and working things out with them but they are just plan rude and unprofessional. They have lied about delievery on several occasions. We've been here a bunch of times, prob 50 over the years. Usually, the pizza is pretty good, call it in, go pay, get decent pizza. Exactly like any reasonable person would expect. So this time, we called it in, go to get it it, it's ready....but the folks can't find one of the pizzas. A delivery guy walked out, roughly a minute before. The folks were talking about our order, can't find the pizza, must have left with delivery guy...I understand, mistakes happen..so we ask (my wife and I were both standing at the counter), "hey, what's up with the pizza?"..."we've got it in the oven, had to go back in, will be about 7 more minutes". It was the next order's pizza....no problem that they robbed Peter to pay Paul...I mean. We were standing 4 feet away, we know what happened, why lie? The food was great cooked fresh exactly what and how I wanted it, but the best part is the staff. Everyone was happy super friendly and very helpful. I can't express how great they are even if the food wasn't very good (which it was) I'd still go back if just for the service. read more

I have enjoyed this store for years. The order is typically accurate and the food was what you'd expect. We've met at the same spot for years. Today, I ordered and scheduled to meet at usual site. The driver never came, though we were told to be there in 5 minutes. My husband waited over 30 minutes, no driver, no dinner. I called the store and spoke to manager Ashley. She stated she called my home 2x, which was true. She said she was hung up on twice. That is a lie. I answered both calls, and the disconnect was NOT on my end. She didn't apologize, repeatedly spoke over me saying I hung up on her calls. She went on to say they were NOT sorry for the mix up, as it had nothing to do with her. RUDE, SNIDE, CONDESCENDING AND IRRITABLE. How can you run a business treating customers this way? Additionally, since I prepaid with my debit card, I asked about my credit. Again, as rudely as possible, Ashley said it will be refunded in a few days, or a week. When I asked why the delay, she said talk to corporate. Outrageously myopic to purposely offend and disregard local costumers, who order several times a month. One of the worst experiences in a pizza place that I've ever had. There wasn't enough employees and the ones they had were incompetent. I got home and discovered that my order was totally wrong. The pizza was not at all what I ordered and so I'm sure that someone got my pizza and I theirs. There were people who waited 1 hour for their order and then asked for a refund and got it and left. There were several people who's order was half done and they waited 15 or 20 minutes for the rest of it. The franchise owner needs to find out about his business. read more

Ordered online this time because every time i call in our order the girls on the phone are either RUDE or CLUELESS . When you order from the same place a few times I'm pretty sure they have a profile for you in the computer which saves your address and info. Every time I call I have to give the full address an all my info , to a RUDE "Team member" who makes you feel like you are bothering them. Get a better system ! So this time we decided to order online which was pretty quick and easy to do. When using the app it allows you to track you order which is a great tool, if the "TRACKER" is accurate ! Which by the length of time it took to actually receive our food must have been correct. It took a hour and a half to get COLD food. No one wants to or should have to wait that long for Food let alone COLD food . So over all this dominos needs some happier staff that don't act bothered to help their customer and faster delivery time. read more
