I ordered a pizza online I mistakenly put for as soon as possible and I called right away to put for 6:00 p.m. and once I got to the store it wasn't ready at 6:00 p.m. also they told me 15 minutes so okay I went shopping somewhere else came back it still wasn't ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes then when I asked about it some tall blonde brown haired woman interrupted the man that was helping me and said it's in the oven 2 more minutes rudely without saying I'm sorry ma'am or anything like that . Once I received the order and I was walking out of the store she literally said that I messed up her time management . I would think that customers make mistakes and they can fix it also why would you still make me wait an additional 15 minutes even though I supposedly messed up their time management . Also there is no reason for her to blurt out speaking like that while the customer is still in there the same customer that she is talking about she is very unprofessional and very rude and I hope someone will say something to her about it because this is BS!! read more

I thought I would give dominos a second chance. My wife ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and said it was good. I ordered a 3 topping pizza. In the picture, the majority of what you see is black olives. It was also supposed to have beef. Very tasty pizza. Beats Pizza Hut hands-down. It is so nice to have another pizza option in Dumas. Employees and managers are courteous. With delivery, we have had several problems with the delivery drivers forgetting sauces and parts of the order. When they do, they will make an extra trip to bring them back. But by the time they do, your food is cold! If they would step up their delivery drivers, that would be a 5 Star Pizza Place. Oh, one more thing. When the restaurant first opened, it was absolutely outstanding. The quality of the pizza is starting to decline. I don't know if it is because they are getting comfortable or what. I hope that they can keep on top of their game. I would hate to see this place go away. read more

Domino's Pizza no longer offers peppers and cheese without ordering them, but doesn't tell you about that until after pizza is delivered. Pizza was next to burnt, but edible. Will not be ordering from Dominos again. read more
