We were shocked when we placed two orders for the 18 wings and realized we paid OVER $80. This was NOT delivery. We walked in and ordered. My husband is hard of hearing and didn't hear the price. That's more than $2 a wing. The cashier asked if we wanted dipping sauce. We asked for ranch. After tax they charge almost $1 each for every little container they gave us. Generally the sauce comes with wings. We did question why so much for the wings when we realized the price and was told that's the price. We didn't argue or cause any problems. We just wanted someone to explain. We feel because we were from out of town, we were taken advantage of. That's just wrong!! Tonight we paid $40 for two orders of wings delivered from Dominos to our hotel with a smile. And the sauce was free!!! They even gave us extra. Also we have ordered from other Pizza huts and have never paid this price. This has been one expensive lesson. read more

The customer service in this Pizza Hut is horrible. The little girl that opened the drive up window told me to pull around to the front of the building because my pizza wasn't ready and she would bring it right out. I did as I was asked... we waited another 15 min in front... by this time it had been 45 min since our call in order and 25 min past the "ready" time. We pull back around to the window and the she stands chatting away. We once again ask for our order, she goes to the warming cabinet and pulls out my pizza..... I asked her why she didn't bring it out front like she said she would... her exact words.... Don't give me any attitude and slammed the window in my face... So I've been to this Pizza Hut for a long time already and let me tell you, it's really good. Usually when I get food from there it's takeout. Their takeout service is really good and have never failed my order. The order is usually always around the time they tell me it's ready. Dine-In is also very good. The place is very nice and clean. Usually, there's not much people dining in so service is very quick most times. Waiters come and check up on you frequently and their service is good. When dining in, the food does take up a little more time to get ready but it always comes out burning hot. Overall service is excellent and so is the food :). read more

All I wanted to do was have some wings with my best friend before going to work. I ordered and was told it would be 25 to 28 minutes. After an hour, I still hadn't gotten my order. I called to ask about it and they had me talk to not one...not two...but THREE different people about my order. After that, I decided to cancel my order. While making the order, I had to repeat the address seven times and the girl that took my order still wouldn't repeat the address to me. I wish this was a one-off occurrence, but it happens every time I attempt to order from them. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. The management sucks, the employees are rude, the food I get is always cold, and they do nothing to fix these problems. At this point, I wouldn't eat there if you paid me to. read more

We have ordered from this pizza hut numerous times being that pizza hut is my little girl's favorite pizza & out if the last 10 times, yes 10 times!, our order has been right only 1 time! We only ordered spaghetti tonight with an extra piece of garlic bread. When we got there to pick it up, my husband checked the order due to their history & there was NO garlic bread. When he told them, they got very rude & said well we're out of garlic bread. So not only did they not tell us when we ordered it, but they were also going to take our money for the extra piece & give us none. The manager actually got so mad at us that he clapped his hands as he raised his voice at us. The worst, worst at customer service ever! read more

NONONONONO! Don't. Just don't! This is the worst place in town (we've lived here 20 years) . It takes hours to get a pizza - delivery, carry out, or dine in. My husband is a teacher and they refused to deliver a pizza to the school because the address "wasn't in the system" ! The school has been open 5 years, and both the person taking the order and the manager acknowledged they knew where it was, but because the address wasn't in the system they refused to take the order! I could give countless other stories, but don't want to devote the time. just ask any of the locals and they will tell you not to go to Pizza Hut. It isn't simply isn't worth it. I only awarded one star because it won't let me post without a star! This place is between Taco Bell and The Burger. Originally the building was on the south edge of the lot, but about 10 years ago they bulldozed the building and rebuilt on the north edge of the lot, closer to Taco Bell. This is why there is some discrepancy in physical address noted in other comments. We all hoped that a brand new building would improve the service and quality, but it didn't. The food itself is fine... standard Pizza Hut..... but the service is beyond terrible. Don't.... just don't! get a flat bread pizza at Subway or a fabulous pizza at 287 Roadhouse about a mile south. read more

ATTENTION be careful if you order delivery from here!!! We ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 Pepsi delivered , usually app. $24 and that is what we were told it would be. However when they delivered cost was $45 I did question delivery boy assures me it was correct. Paid and then asked the one who called in, she then called was basically given run around she asked for them to return money and pick up their pizza, when arriving another person came with driver said he was district manager they were still arguing when I left went to Dominos got same 2 pizzas with drink for $24 and change. This place is an absolute joke. The waitress dropped my pizza on the way to the table. She apologized about it, fair enough...We all make mistakes. She then brings my remake pizza out after the mishap, and it's the wrong pizza. All she could do was apologize and not actually fix the problem. I had to ask repeatedly for refills on our drinks. She then hands us the bill expecting us to pay for the pizza they had messed up twice. No way. Please save your time and money. Don't visit this place. read more

This was definitely a mistake. We came here for lunch (we have an hour). There was a buffet with only three pizzas put out in the first half hour. Twenty-three people in the restaurant. How does this work? IT DOESN'T!!!! Won't be doing this again. Needless to say, we left hungry. read more

It took almost an 1 1/2 for our pizza to be delivered and it was cold. There are some new pizza places being built and you can be for sure I won't ever be going to Pizza Hut again. There service in the restaurant is also absolutely horrible. The waitstaff is always rude and you will be lucky if they check up on you. read more

I tried to keep an open mind, Twas the nearest pizza place I could find, I went there with a group of ten, And from the service, Never again. My order was personal pan and not to go, Simple pulled pork with buffalo, No sooner were other orders handed out, I was forced to wait, To weep and pout. STOP!! don't order from here I had ordered a medium pizza dipping sauces.. and sprite.. it took over a hour to get our pizza.. they forgot out sprites and sauces.. I told the delivery girl. She never said sorry.. she didn't show back up for 15 mins with sauces.. and still forgot our sprites... still never said sorry.. and we have currently been waiting for 40 mind for our sprites!! Service was quick and friendly and pizza was fresh! Location was clean. We ate at the location while we were traveling through Dumas.

Pizza was good and as ordered, still warm. We also ordered a pasta meal that was supposed to include 5 breadsticks. The past was also very good and delivered hot. The only thing missing was the breadsticks! $30 without tip. Very cold and snowy but not hardly an excuse for wrong advertised order. read more

Worse pizza Hut I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Inside the restaurant the service is even worse. They get your order wrong 70 percent of the time. Just this evening I used their not so user friendly website to order. They got it wrong and the manager whom didn't have the time to tell me themselves instructed the employee to tell me since it was an online order he couldn't do anything about it. DO NOT shop here. Thank the good Lord there is a Domino's coming to town in the near future. read more
