Just passing through dumas from Colorado and it was the most unfriendly Burger King Ive Been to through the drive thru. The boy taking orders in the drive thru seemed like he didn't know what he was doing and when he gave us our food he basically threw it and didn't say anything so we sat there he finally came back and said what? He didn't give us our straws gave them to us and shut the window. I went it to use bathroom and there was flies everywhere but the ladies at the front did say hello. Fries and burgers were cold. I asked for a glass for water with my meal. When I sat down, I realized they charged me the same as my husband's drink. When I went back to ask her about it she said "we charge you for the cup". The service is soo terrible!! There is a lady that wasn't wearing a name tag working the window and she was incredibly rude. She was talking on her phone while taking my order, she was walking around with FaceTime or live pulled up on her phone showing off her disgusting hickey. Then continued to give me attitude and not even give the correct sauces and was so ugly to me when I went back through the drive through to get my sauce!! She looked right at me and looked away and what looked like a cook told her I was there and she looked at me stupid and walked over with so much attitude. Please pick staff more wisely, I was just wanting my order the way I paid for it. I asked for my sauce at the screen so she shouldn't have been so blatantly ugly. Burger King is pretty the only fast food place I used to go to in Dumas. Haven't been there in a month. Last I went to get my order they called my order number, I grabbed it and went home. Needless to say I should have checked before I left because it was the wrong order. I get it staff makes mistakes but I rarely give 2nd chances. Staff is friendly but need to pay attention to what they are doing. Going to be a long time before I consider going back. read more

There were 100's of fly's and the food was cold. The teenage staff were fighting amongst each other. Itwas absolutely horrible.

We order 3 of the chicken sandwich meals and a whopper meal. The cashier had to be reminded to give us our cups, she did the same to the customer in front of us, the soda fountain area was messy and the restaurant was full of flies. The women rest room was locked and I couldn't get an employees attention to see why. We ended up getting our meal to go. read more

Here it is 6:34 in the morning and they're not even open there's nobody there but one person. We went through the drive-through and they told us they weren't open. The lady came outside and said that nobody was there. We don't go there anymore as much because just a bunch of kids working and they just don't do their job, they get your order wrong. Clean unisex restrooms. Quality and appearance of food met expectations. Service was friendly, quick and accurate. For a fast food place it was pretty quiet. The staff managed to get things done without the yelling and frantic chaos of a lot of other places. We had a large order, 7 people, and they made only one minor error. It was a nice stop. read more

The flies in this place are so bad that after sitting down to eat we decided to rewrap our food and eat it in the car. They are HORRIBLE! I've never seen them this bad in a restaurant and if they're this bad in the front you know they're all over everything in the back. The evening shift manager also thinks it's OK to yell in Spanish at the kitchen crew from the front counter. I got very tired of listening to her and of listening to the conversations of the workers as they discussed the customers at the drive-up. Very unprofessional, lots of flirting and talking going on.
