The food and drinks are great at Sonic. everything is fresh. my issue is the management, ridiculous, can't greet the consumer or thank them for our business. Employees are a refectinon of their managers. Food is average. If they get your order correct, you have hit the jackpot. Employees need to learn the value of good customer service. Also, they need to be taught to make food the way you would want it to be made for yourself. Orders are almost always wrong when you get them. read more

Went there today and they messed up my order. I asked for chili cheese fries and they gave my regular fries. I also brought three combo orders, so they should have came with three orders of fries. When I opened the bag there was only two. Also when we took out the popcorn chicken, there was four actual popcorn chicken and the rest was small chicken tenders. Every time I stop by for breakfast the drive thru is packed. So to save time I went to one of the stalls big mistake!!! So my morning was messed up since the 17 minute wait time made me late to work. We don't go to sonic to wait for this amount of time it shouldn't matter if your in the drive thru or one of the stalls. Orders should be done according to when the order was placed.. my order was in before the 10 cars that were in the drive thru but they didn't care if your in a stall get ready to twiddle your thumbs and wait because you are not a priority to this Sonic!!!! read more
