Most recently, we ordered two burritos, but one was missing from the bag entirely. The staff has consistently been polite and friendly, which I do appreciate. However, it seems there may be a need for greater attention to detail in the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared accurately and consistently. When you only have a 30-minute lunch break, it's frustrating to have to return and get orders corrected each time. Because of these repeated experiences, I've decided not to return to this location.

The young woman was very rude and found humor in our situation. We are paying customers. Prior to this, a manager (young man at the window) cut the nuggets smaller as a courtesy. Kudos to him for going above and beyond. Please don't allow employees who aren't willing to exceed a customers needs and then laugh it off.
