I'm always happy with dominoes pizza. They are prompt, accurate and always have good specials. I've ordered several times over thre years, and have never had any issues. Will certainly order again. Update: a guy they call johnny is a great representative for the company. When he delivered our pizza I was paying cash. I accidentally and unknowingly gave him an extra $50 that was stuck to one of the bills. He drove back to my house 10 minutes later to return the 50. Class act. Johnny you are the man!!! read more

Nah cs I was abt to eat a piece of chicken n a bone happened to be my first bite, it was covered in Alfredo sauce. Hurt my teeth pretty bad like that is not chicken. How do you mess this up!? read more

Placed an order today at 6:02pm, it's 10:33pm and it's still at "Quality Check". They haven't called so I did, I've been waiting almost 25 minutes for them to pick up the phone... I guess we won't be eating pizza today. read more

Messed up our order twice was not a fun experience I do not recommend ordering from this place

Waited 2 hours for my food. My food was waiting in the store an hour and half after it was cooked before it was delivered , was not received fresh. After a hour and a half I decided to call the store and was told " it says it's on it way" and this is without being asked who I was or what I ordered. But I was lied to , the app said out for delivery 10 min after I was told this and received my food 10 min after it left the store. This is on a Tuesday, I'd hate to see how bad the service is on the weekend. Horrible quality control at this location, not worth the aggravation. read more

The service on this order was insane. FIRST, it took a hour and a half to get here, THEN the food arrived cold. There was literally no Alfredo in the box and it came without a lid. There was also barely any tater tots in the box. I will never order from dominos again!!! read more

Friendly staff and love the parm garlic knots. Delivery people are friendly! Will continue to order from here

Absolutely horrible customer service and management. Owners don't bother to respond to problems. Food is greasy garbage. Don't give them your money. They forgot sauce for my order and wanted to charge me $10 as a minimum order to bring it to my house where the food was delivered. Get your pizza at T's or Milton's. Much better food and customer service! read more

Great to order online and carry out or delivery. We've never had a problem with our order. Food is always hot and ready fast. The staff is always nice. read more

food takes to damn long this is the worst never ordering here again they need to be faster not take a whole year

I ordered and 45 minutes later when they were supposed to be delivered they told me that they called the phone number on my account which did not exist on my account that no one ordered pizza at that address. This is b******* and manager told me that well since your phone number was wrong on the account, on their end because I verify that my phone number and my daughter is phone number where the ones on the account this pizza was not delivered so I will never order from Rainbow Domino's Pizza again because they absolutely f****** suck read more

love the pizza, not the cutting skills #slayed #girlboss #‍ the brownies are always slay too

The last review I did was for a very long wait and subpar food. Kids wanted Domino's so against my better judgement I ordered...This experience was great! Food delivered in less than 30 minutes, food was good. I noticed that whenever I see Bernard on the pizza tracker making the food the whole experience seems better. Good job Bernard! read more

Not sure what I expected when ordering Pizza from Domino's, but I surely didn't expect the terrible and rude service I just received. I asked to cancel my order and confirmation of a refund, because I waited almost 2 hours for my delivery. Instead of an apology and offer to refund my order, I got a rude and obnoxious employee that didn't care that I was an unsatisfied customer. If I could give this rating zero stars, I would have. Bye bye Domino's. You just lost me as a Customer. read more

Food is always hot and exactly how it's ordered. Yunmy food. Delivery is usually quick and drivers have been friendly.

Great for days you don't feel like cooking. Easy to order over the phone or online. The better team of the 2 Domino's in the Coatesville area. Pick-up or delivery, no dine-in seating available. read more

They didn't put any hot sauce on my HOT wings, they cute the pizza just in half not in eight slices, and took like two hours just to bring us a fucked up order. Why r u guys like this. read more

The fast food of pizza . If quantity over quality dictates your culinary tastes then this is an ok place to cause diarrhea later , you could also microwave ketchup on a piece of cardboard you found in a dumpster and melt some generic cheese on it . read more

Every time my boyfriend & I order from here SOMETHING has gone wrong. This time, we ordered hot sauce on our pizza. For the fourth time, we did not received it. The chicken sandwich with extra chicken did not come with extra, & 4 cups of ranch was also not with our order. We've let things slide in the past but after the 4th time, we had enough. He asked for the hot sauce before leaving and the employee did put it on. When we got home, we realized that the sandwich did not satisfy the order and our ranch was also not with it (which all costs extra!) When calling about the situation the manager said "you literally just left, why didn't you come back and tell us? When I go out to eat and I don't get what I ask for I tell someone". We stated how we shouldn't have to do this EVERY TIME we order, that we'd be more reluctant to do so if we realized earlier but we don't feel it is upon us to have to look over the order every time- that it should be looked over by an employee. The manager started to cut us off as we were talking and then decided to not respond as we finished explaining how we payed for these additional items that we did not receive. He was NOT helpful and spoke rudely as if this was an issue that WE caused, which we responded rudely back as well. Very unprofessional place with an ignorant manager. read more

The last review i did on this location was not a good one however, the manager did reach out and that was cool. Ill try them again just because i know that they are good people read more

I had the BEST brooklyn pizza EVER! If u don't like alot of dough & thin crust is too "crackery"then u want a brooklyn! It is very hard to get a perfect one b/c it is hard to stretch since u use a size smaller dough i.e.u stretch a medium dough to make a lg.pizza...But Darnell @ rainbow domino's is the BEST WOW i am still impressed & that pizza is long gone! read more

We order from here at least once a week. Always consistent quality and service. Delivery is quick as we live only two miles away. You can not compare dominos to mom and pop pizza as it's not. It's the consistency that makes it (good) for what it is. I have had much worse in areas that are not known for good pizza like Rhode Island, Virginia, and Aruba. I go up in NY so pizza is a personal preference. Much better than frozen pizza. read more

So, I had an issue at a neighboring Dominos and who I imagine is the regional manager attempted several times to call me, then eventually came to my home. He ended up being someone that I knew pretty well from a different location that I order from nearly all the time. His offer of compensation was above and beyond what I expected. He always provides excellent quality food when I order and his compensation was incredibly generous. I highly recommend this location, however I can't say the same about the Thorndale location. read more

If I could give this star zero reviews that would make me so much happier I go in there at 12:30 at night to pick up my pizza come to an understanding that it cost me $.79 for a ranch OK cool I decided I didn't want it I left out the building I forgot my sprite I go back in the building to find the manager talking loudly about me and how I didn't want the $.79 ranch to his employees I approached him with it he began to get smart and say well miss you cussed at me first and then I return I said it doesn't matter what I did you are the employee/manager and I should not have to hear you talking about me and not realizing that I came in the door I proceeded to ask for my sprite he told me he was not selling me my sprite and then I told him I was going on yelp and I was right in a bad report because that was bad very bad customer service I'm disappointed and I eat at this rainbow out of any dominoes I choose the rainbow dominoes because of professionalism and that was not it tonight read more

Usually have a really bad experience there. Never got our extra raise that we ask for and the delivery guy's are mainly pretty much jerks. Out delivery man Victor tonight was very nice and made sure everything was good. I recommend Victor! read more

Called the other night whoever answered the phone hung up the phone after she said they weren't delivering I called back to place an order to pick up only to find out they were closed I spent over twenty minutes on hold and the person who answered the phone was rude and had the phone skills of a fifth grader news flash you have lost all my business I not only order at home but I order for my employees from another dominos on Saturdays , you are not the only ones that sell pizza in this area read more

This was the worst experience I could have had. It's been some time since the last time I ordered no I now know why. Ordered via the dominos app, and was notified the pizza was quality checked. 45 minutes later no pizza and the app status still showed in quality check. Called the store and was told the order was out and should be there any time. 10 minutes later still no delivery. Called store again and spoke to the Manager who apologizes and states to tell the drivers the order is free. Pizza driver should not be penalized for the lack of staff so we still tipped her. Pizza is so sub par, now I know why I stopped getting them and instead order from 7 T's on Strasburg Rd. Sorry Dominos but you really need major help..... read more
