Pizza is great at this location but the delivery driver in the white Volvo was driving reckless and tailgating cars on Hickman.

I don't normally order Domino's pizza but I was craving pizza and this one got good reviews on google. When I ordered online, they were offering a 50% off regular price deal on their pizzas! I ordered a medium thin crust extravaganza and a medium regular hand tossed Hawaiian. The website allowed me to receive texts on my order. I opted in to the texting and the initial text said I could receive up to 8 text messages! I was worried I was going to be flooded with texts but thankfully this location sent me one which said "Your order is in the oven. It will be ready in 8-10 mins - see you soon!" Super easy! When I arrived, my order was ready for pick up behind the counter. The person working the counter was very friendly. Now I understand the good reviews. =) After trying the pizzas, I think the thin crust extravaganza is my favorite. I'll have to remember that for the next time I get a craving. read more

The kid said he couldn't take it since it was along code and they only take 4 digit offer codes. I won't be back when you have inept teenagers working the register. This Location was very clean and the staff friendly. They also provide 10% military discount now on non-special orders. Great to know! The Food: Medium pepperoni and pineapple pizza - 4/5 Parmesan bites - 4/5 Chicken Alfredo - 3/5 I got the choose two or more for $5.99/each special. If I had to choose between Little Caesars or here because of the price, I would choose here every time. Dare I say that this pizza is better than Pizza Hut and Papa John's too? Yes, I do. Long time ago Dominos was bad, today it's my favorite delivery. It's like the McDonald's of pizza. Its cheap, nobody talks highly of it, but deep down when you eat it it's pretty darn good. I got their pepperoni lovers special and some chicken wings. It came with a ton of pepperoni just how I like it. There was so much that sometimes it was double pepperonied if that's a word. The cheese was good but not as stringy as I would like, and the crust was nice and fluffy so I could actually eat it instead of chewing through a brick like some places. Got the hot checked wings. They were flavorful and yummy. A little on the chewy side but flavorful. Overall I like this chain. Their online ordering system is the best in the business, their speed is best in the business, and their price to quality is pretty darn good. I would definitely order here again. They wanted to charge me almost $13.00 for a small pizza, he didn't know why--thought it might be because it was thin crust. Pizza was burnt, I offered to pay 50% off, like their add says, but no go. I did have a coupon for a free small 1 topping. Got sausage and cheese. Worst pizza I have ever had. It's really not a pizza, it's a burnt pizza crust with sauce---virtually no sausage OR cheese on it. Even at 50% off, their quadrupling their money. Your pizza tastes good but your commercials raise a lot of questions. Like: 1) Is there that many pizza loss incidents that there is now a need for Pizza insurance? 2) What is my percentage likelihood of a pizza loss? 3) Since I've never experience a pizza loss, does my percentage go up? 4) Can you file a claim for a partial pizza loss or does in need to be a full pizza loss? 5) What is the deductible on that pizza claim? 6) If I file a claim, will my pizza insurance cost go up the next time? We ordered online for takeout. It said it was ready when we pulled in. Pressed the "Here" button online and texted HERE to the SMS messaging system they have. Told us to put on our hazards so they could find us to bring the pizza out. Our hazards were on for about 5 min and no one else was on the parking lot. We sat for 15 min before we finally went inside to ask for it ourselves. No one said a word to me while we stood inside until we had to speak up. Nicole was excruciatingly rude and had horrible customer service skills. I don't think I will come back here again while she's working here. I love Dominos and its my go to pizza chain, but Nicole made my experience very unpleasant. I have to say, I don't usually review chain pizza places, but I've picked up a pizza from this location twice, and I'm also very impressed with the pizza, but more so the friendliness of the staff. You walk in and it's like every since person there greets you, which might seem obnoxious or something, but they do it so genuinely that if you were having a mediocre night, it would send it in an upwards direction. I appreciate the effort in a world with sometimes lackluster service. I like friendly people and friendly places, and this location has nailed it. Also, the pizza is good, and it was a great deal! Normally I don't leave a one star rating but this is where it went wrong.. they are lucky I gave them another chance considering the last time I ordered from them it took an hour and i didn't get my entire order and yet they still charged me for the missing item. The pizza did get there fast and it was still hot.. the only two things that went wrong with this is.. 1) the delivery driver had a really bad attitude because I didn't leave a tip. I didn't have the access funds to do so otherwise I would have.. 2) they didn't follow directions.. i made it a contactless delivery and have gave specific directions on where to leave the food.. they failed to follow these instructions.. needless to say I won't be ordering from this location again.. not to mention a 4 dollar delivery fee when it's literally down the road?? read more

I walked into this location and an young gentleman was helping another customer. Once he was done with the other customer, he left and nobody come to assist me for a few minutes. A different clerk came to the counter I told him I was there for a pickup and my name. He couldn't find the pizza with my name on it, he repeatedly asked what my name was, came back to the counter and said it wasn't ready yet. Waited another five minutes and he brought me two boxes and said "here you go". I started to walk out and realized that I should of only had one box, turns out these boxes weren't for me! I took them back to the counter and he went back to the shelf and magically found my pizza which had been sitting there the entire time! I get home and the pizza is cold, not cut properly, toppings not evenly distributed, and was not "well done" like I had requested plus I was missing the red pepper/parmesan packets. Overall, I was less than impressed with this experience - it's not the Domino's experience that's shown on TV or any of my previous positive experiences. read more

I've ordered here more than any other pizza place and that's because they make some damn good pizza for a great price. We frequent this Dominoes (2200 NW. 159TH St, Clive, Iowa) on a regular basis because it is near my home. Normally I have delivery service. Tonight I wanted to get out the house. I decided to pick up. I had 100 dollar bill. I was told they could not accept my 100 bill. I asked why. She said it was because they just couldn't. Then she looked at me and said she couldn't make change (mind you, they were very busy). So I asked, seriously you are busy and you don't have change for a 100? I asked to speak to the manager. The manager Nicole first refused to talk to me. She said she was busy making food. So I asked for another manager. She said the manager said he was on his break and couldn't come out and talk to me. At such time, Nicole the first manager came over and said that they couldn't accept my 100 for security reasons. I looked at her in disbelief...really? She said yep, we can't take it for security reasons to protect our company. She kept reiterating for security reasons. So I said to her you are implying that I am trying to use a fake bill. She then proceeded to tell me that most customers wouldn't come in there with 100, they would use a card. I said to her that most establishments would have a sign posted that they don't accept certain bills (which they had nothing posted). I asked her of all the customers in this establishment, you would honestly tell them the same thing and talk to them in a loud tone ad treat them this way??? She told me to try KUM AND GO, maybe they would break the bill. She was very rude. I left there feeling so disregarded, discriminated against and totally embarrassed. The customers were looking at me like I really was trying to pass off a fake bill. I have never been so humiliated. I am going to seek legal counsel for the experience. I hardly doubt that If I were a white customer, I would have been treated in such a demeaning way. read more

My son is wheat-free and their wheat-free crust is the best I've tasted. It really makes him feel less different when he can get yummy pizza too. The drivers have also when very nice, the service quick and the online ordering process is easy. No complaints here! read more

The pizza: Brooklyn style crust (foldable), sausage and pineapple w/ extra cheese. Excellent as Domino's usually is. Best chain pizza out there. Order online and pick it up for the $7.99 three topping special M-Th. Really good deal. Nice staff too, which can't always be said. read more
