The collard greens would've been delicious but there was a ton of salt in them. They need to be tweaked a little bit and then they will be an incredible side. Lastly, the cabbage was seasoned strongly and too salty as well. I feel like they would be delicious as long as they keep working on the recipe. Long story short: We love to support our local businesses. This place could be a very cool spot for all ages and walks of life. The cook(s) need to form a focus group or something to taste the foods and make recommendations so that they can tweak the recipes and the patrons will keep returning!
