Their pizza is absolutely delicious. But during my last two visits there have been several issues…read morerelated to service, or lack thereof. We waited over half an hour to find out that our waitress forgot to place our order. The food was good, when it arrived, so we decided to try it again. This time it took about 10 minutes to be served by someone from the kitchen. The waitress arrived, brought us a glass of water and took our order. Another member of staff brought us our salad, and pizza. (We ordered Pepperoni, but received All Dressed). And we finished our meal, and took our own pizza back to the counter to get the leftovers wrapped up and asked for the bill. No sight of the waitress. So we paid up, and left. Maybe we'll pick up our order next time, rather than dine-in. The design is a very retro-70's style Italian eatery, and it would have been nice if they had kept it that way, but they moved over the water fountain along the wall and placed in a huge flat screen tv in it's place. It sort of hurt the atmosphere this place once had. They did add outdoor dining, which has a nice seating area, where you can watch the cars and people go about their daily lives. (Just as long as the service staff doesn't forget that we're out there!)

I always have their Chili as it's one of the best I've tried. It tastes super fresh rich and flavourful. The chili is super thick and seasoned to perfection. I also get drinks here : They make delicious cocktails on the house when you play .. just have to tip the waitress. Service is incredible, the ladies are always coming around and make sure to get everything you order. They come often and very efficiently. The food come pretty quick too maybe 5-10 min and voila the food is at your table waiting to get in to your belly. Overall, pretty awesome menu , service and food is really great. No complaints whatsoever and totally recommend the rail.. if you go to the restaurant section, you'll have to pay for your food but if you play at the tables it's always freee yaaay for free food and drinks. There's some items on the menu that you can only order at the bigger stakes table that's not available at the minimum 1/2$ tables (poker terms) lol but it's pretty awesome overall

Anyway he ordered 3 lobster tails and told the server about his allergy (fresh lobster is typically gluten free and a safe option if not pre packaged) .... After the two hour wait my food had finally arrived the server THEN told my husband that the meal he ordered had gluten and offered my husband to switch up his order, he didn't want to wait another hour or so since i would probably be done eating by the time his meal would be ready he then denied another dish. As we were about to leave my husband and brother in law thought they should talk to the manager to hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else and tell them to tell someone with an allergy that their meal can't be made without said allergy after ordering or ask the cook if possible.... The chef/owner came to discuss when we asked for the manager and asked if we would compensate for him haveing to throw out his lobster tails, which I don't know why he had cooked them in the first place knowing that my husband couldn't eat it. Seemed more of a communication problem inbetween the server and chef which is not mine or my husband's fault at all..then proceeded to ask my husband if he would die if he ate it.... This situation was not handled properly very poorly and I would NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE!

They charge outrageous prices for what are basically just average pizzas, and don't even get me started on their poutine. It's absolute garbage, a total waste of money. And their delivery service is a joke. They can't get an order right to save their lives, and their drivers? Half of them don't even seem to know how to count cash properly. It's a mess every time. The last straw for me was when they knocked on my door at 2 AM when I hadn't even ordered anything. Waking someone up at that hour without reason is beyond ridiculous. At this point, it's clear that they don't care at all about delivering a decent experience.
