The Rail is their casual eatery and it does a great job serving up Stateside comfort foods. We're talking burgers, salads, pastas and pizzas that are definitely a step up from most card room faire. Easy fan of their "crunchy jack burger" piled high with crispy fried onions, chipotle mayo and maple BBQ sauce. Also the simple chili. Looks like it came from a can but definitely doesn't taste like it. Pizzas are all wood fired. Chewy, puffy crust. Order by the menu or customize as much as you like. Ingredients might not be the highest quality but it's still hand crafted and better than any premade processed pie. Create your own pasta, OK. Satisfying since its made for your mood. Tortellini with spicy arabiatta, mushrooms and spicy Italian sausage somehow matches the energy at the tables. All beat the quality of a certain Olive chain. Friendly and efficient service befitting the property. A great spot for a quick refueling before returning to the frenetic energy of the tables.

Anyway he ordered 3 lobster tails and told the server about his allergy (fresh lobster is typically gluten free and a safe option if not pre packaged) .... After the two hour wait my food had finally arrived the server THEN told my husband that the meal he ordered had gluten and offered my husband to switch up his order, he didn't want to wait another hour or so since i would probably be done eating by the time his meal would be ready he then denied another dish. As we were about to leave my husband and brother in law thought they should talk to the manager to hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else and tell them to tell someone with an allergy that their meal can't be made without said allergy after ordering or ask the cook if possible.... The chef/owner came to discuss when we asked for the manager and asked if we would compensate for him haveing to throw out his lobster tails, which I don't know why he had cooked them in the first place knowing that my husband couldn't eat it. Seemed more of a communication problem inbetween the server and chef which is not mine or my husband's fault at all..then proceeded to ask my husband if he would die if he ate it.... This situation was not handled properly very poorly and I would NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE!

They charge outrageous prices for what are basically just average pizzas, and don't even get me started on their poutine. It's absolute garbage, a total waste of money. And their delivery service is a joke. They can't get an order right to save their lives, and their drivers? Half of them don't even seem to know how to count cash properly. It's a mess every time. The last straw for me was when they knocked on my door at 2 AM when I hadn't even ordered anything. Waking someone up at that hour without reason is beyond ridiculous. At this point, it's clear that they don't care at all about delivering a decent experience.
