I loved Domino's a long time ago, however, overtime time, the service declined. Even when ordering takeout, they'd get my order wrong. I recently tried them again, and they still got an online order wrong. Additionally, their extra large pizza used to actually be extra large. I don't know what exactly changed. read more

Employee was rude, told me he "would not give me my change". Extremely disrespectful and didn't put chicken on my bbq chicken pizza, which could totally be an honest mistake but I think he just did it to be rude. Terrible service, please do yourself a favor and find a different pizza place. Included a picture of my bbq chicken pizza minus the chicken. Save your money, save your sanity. Avoid this place like the black plague. You've been warned. read more

Online ordering 4/5 - The online ordering system was pretty good. Th website is well-designed. It took a moment to figure it out but now I've got it. Love how you can save preferences for future orders. Taste 4/5 Didn't seem like there was extra cheese on the pizza even though it was ordered. Value 5/5 - Great deals and coupons are available online that aren't available in store. read more

Horrible . I have asked for my pizza square cut every-time and they have yet to get it right. Also every-time they forget my sauce and I have to go in. I wouldn't even waste your money here because they will get your order wrong even if it's just a cheese pizza. read more

Domino's Pizza - Just one of many mess ups. Yall need to hire people who know how to read . - Pizza Near Me - Boerne, Texas

Upon entering the establishment, the atmosphere was unremarkable, and the staff seemed preoccupied, which I initially overlooked as a minor inconvenience. however, the real issue arose when our food was delivered to the table. To our horror, one of the employees--clearly overwhelmed or lacking attention to detail--dropped the pizza right in front of us. The worker, rather than handling the situation with professionalism, seemed flustered and offered no apology. What followed was an uncomfortable few minutes where they fumbled about, unsure of what to do next. Eventually, the pizza was replaced, but the entire episode left a bad taste in my mouth. i will not be returning. and the one with the tattoo wasnt wearing a hairnet. very unsanitary. read more

Crust seemed stale, very little sauce and sausage was minuscule. Dry over all. Will not order again.

No flavor and had a frozen taste to it. Crust was doughy . Needs to cook longer and add fresher toppings.

#1 worst pizza in my life (not top ten worst but #1 on the list)! Going off my diet to splurge a little. Thought thin crust would lessen carbs, it was cardboard. Ordered extra cheese, ham and olives. There was so little cheese on the outer edges I could see each individual piece. The middle wasn't much better. Ham layer was good but olives were scarce. Did I mention it was all a little burned on top? The round pizza was cut in squares. Who does that??? Maybe they thought it was for kids but surely that would constitute as abuse. I had to get off my butt and go to the kitchen to cook myself some food! I tried to eat it, I really did. I ate only the middle pieces and scrapped off the toppings with my teeth. Still gross and unfulfilling! What a waste of a diet splurge read more

Domino's Pizza - several slices of pizza on a table - Pizza Near Me - Boerne, Texas

Do not place an online order for the Boerne Texas Domino's pizza. Their ordering system doesn't work properly and their staff has limited resources and trouble correcting problems when they occur, which is often. If you don't mind taking home someone else's pizza, spending 20 minutes on the phone, driving back to the store and waiting another 20 minutes just to be told no one was aware of or correcting the problem, then go for it. Definitely needs new management! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! READ EVERY REVIEW BEFORE YOU ORDER! After waiting for over an hour for our TWO MEDIUM PIZZAS for $5.99 EACH, we get a bank charge of $41.84! YES. You read that correct. Called back and the manager argued, trying to justify the incorrect charge. After her attitude wasn't getting her way, she finally said if it would make us happy, she'd void out the order and return the money!! Still waiting for the money to get credited back!! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND AFTER READING EVERY OTHER REVIEW, THIS ESTABLISHMENT DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN! read more

I know this is just a chain pizza place, so I adjust my expectations accordingly, but this Domino's is really great. I've never had a bad experience at this location. I went recently and ordered a Brooklyn style 3 topping and wow did they load it with toppings, cheese and sauce. That one was the best pizza I've ever had from a chain (I said from a chain, not ever, but just saying it was really good). Also, for those who complain that their pizza was undercooked, buy a toaster oven. Yeah, it's inconvenient, and it shouldn't be undercooked, but that literally should not ruin your dinner. Just sayin'... read more

Domino's Pizza - a half eaten pizza on a tray - Pizza Near Me - Boerne, Texas

Domino's has been our favorite pizza place for years and we've been eating here for at least 10 years. Last night may be one of the last times. The quality has gone down hill for the last two years. Last night our pizza was barely cooked underneath. Last time they barely gave any sauce when I paid for extra sauce. If it's not one thing it's something else. Just ready to find a new place, though I'm afraid I won't find another place as affordable. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 large pizzas and chicken bites with a 2L Dr. Pepper for carryout via the app for $44.10 at 1919, said it was estimated to be ready between 39-49 minutes. 2130 rolls around and app still says it's being prepared, I try to call 3 times, each time I'm greeted with "domino's please hold" and no one ever came back to the phone. So my husband decided to go with my dad (who is visiting from out of town) to see if it was ready and maybe the app hadn't updated. Nope it was correct! They go in and speak with the "manager" who tells them they are understaffed and have over 50 orders waiting. They decide to go hang out in walmart to kill time and come back 30 minutes later at 2230 at which point the food is ready. They told them the total was $57 and some change now. My husband said no it should be $44.10 per my emailed receiept and shows it to him and the "manager" says that he can only go by what the computer says and that my husband should be grateful because he already comped the bill 40%. HUH??? That would mean that 2 large pizzas and chicken and a 2L would've originally been $142. Just completely insane. I understand being understaffed. It's hard to find good employees right now but there comes a point where they need to start having someone call people and tell them there's an over 2 hour wait for pizza so they can cancel or wait and they need to cancel delivery orders and pull the drivers in to help get caught up. This was just a completely disappointing experience. The last time we went, they tried to take my husband's debit card from him because they thought it was stolen. Luckily, I was in my (law enforcement) uniform in the parking lot and came in to see what the issue was, and they started acting appropriately and gave it back. We decided to give them another shot because we just wanted pizza after spending the day in the pool, but we learned our lesson this time for sure and will never ever be ordering from Domino's again. read more

When I was there to pick up my order, I heard the phone ring and someone in the back yelled "not it" and the woman (I think the manager) rolled her eyes at it, picked it up, said something along the lines of hold.. didn't even ask what they needed.. and put them on hold. As she walked away from the phone she huffed and puffed. She should not be working at a fast food restaurant if she does not want to be helping people, and her attitude just made the atmosphere very awkward and negative to be in. I got out of there as fast as I could. One positive thing, the guy who greeted me and knew what my order was the second I said my name. And he was so polite and was doing all the work to get my order out as fast as he could. read more

Dirtiest pizza place I have ever seen in my entire life! Watched in horror an employee handle cash at the cash register then turn around and handle pizza dough; no hand washing, no gloves! Absolutely disgusting! Employees in the back also handled food without gloves and I don't think anyone there knows what soap and water is. The Health Department will be contacted Monday morning. Unsafe and would not be surprised if someone has gotten food borne illness from that place. And I normally love Domino's! read more

Very nice if somewhat eccentric staff, they accomodated my picky requests and seemed very upbeat- though not necessarily about working at dominos. Overall nice atmosphere and prompt delivery when they arent getting 10 delivery calls for lunch. ^_^ keep it up guys! read more

Recently ordered from this Dominos and as usual, I was pleased! Their pizza is always tasty, but my favorite thing to order and would always recommend is their Bacon and Jalapeno cheese sticks. I paired that off with their chicken bites, the BBQ ones with bacon and cheese. Mmmm... The chicken was delicious, juicy and the portion was big enough that the meal fed both of us. One thing I have noticed about fast food and pizza places is their lack of good quality customer service, but this Dominos seems to defy my expectations every time. I will admit, I once got the wrong pizza delivered to me, but after I called, they fixed the issue. A tip for anyone ordering from here, listen to the specials on the phone, they usually have some amazing deals . If none of those interest me, I usually tell the person what I want and then ask if they have any coupons it matches. Honestly best pizza chain in Boerne, with the quality of food, price and friendliness of the staff! read more

We've lived in the area for 10 years and before tonight, had many good experiences at this Dominos. I can only assume this location is under new management. We placed a carry out order. When we arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was filthy - not exaggerating...there was a foul smell, and some of the staff were not well groomed nor clean. One working at the front counter made a crude joke, and was trying to be obvious about it. Our food was undercooked, to the point that we threw it away - between what we witnessed and tbe poor preparation, it just wasn't sanitary. I know the local schools and area events have brought a lot of business to this Dominos - so, I hope this was an unfortunate experience that won't be shared by others in the future. read more

Horrible experience!! I clearly asked for a delivery special and was told 8.99 then before I gave my card I was told the total was 10.99 then the lady gets here and the receipt was almost 16.00 then will the very little money I had left I could only tip 2.00 to the poor lady and now it's a 20.00 ONE topping pizza??? I am on an extreme budget and only got this stupid pizza because I am to sick to cook for my kids. I spoke to the manager and he won't do anything either says it was a new guy and tough luck, pretty much! This place is seriously the worst! Please save yourself the time and money. They will scam you for every last penny. I ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out with a total of $37. You don't even pay that much in New York. Anyways, one pizza was a 3 topping.. they charged me $18 when they advertise a 3 topping for $7.99. Second was a Supreme.. $19! They failed to mention they charge for each supreme topping, which made it a 9 topping pizza. I paid with a card because who knows what the employees were planning on doing with the extra money they were scamming me on. Please take my advice and others who have posted. This place is a dump. read more

Ordered a large pizza online, when I get to the store I pick up the pizza and open the box to find a half eaten pizza with missing pieces, go back and they take my pizza and laugh not even a minute later I get it back with added pieces that were burned and with holes in them, I ask for a refund and I'm told I'll get a new one done, had to wait while I was in a rush that's the reason I ordered online, restaurant is dirty front door full of mud and dirt workers don't use gloves either. I love ordering from this Dominos!! The staff is super friendly and do everything they can to please their customers. The parmesan bites are addictive. I have tried a wide variety of their menu and have loved it all! I had a couple of deliveries messed up, this rarely hapens, and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. Including delivering a new pizza one time, the next time they gave me free parm bites and a dessert on my next order. One time they were out of something that I ordered so they gave me my other item at half off! I was amazed, they didn't have to do that. Their food is always hot and delicious. I highly recommend them! read more

***SCAM NOTICE BELOW - Dominoe's Pizza - Boerne, TX so this is the second time these guys have done this two me... last two fridays i ordered the large two 5 topping pizza special. last week i ordered pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, onion and black olive. i got some pepperoni, some sausage, some onion, some black olive, no ground beef. didn't realize till i got home, then kicked myself for tipping the dumbies. tonight i ordered pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, onion, and black olive. i got some pepperoni, some sausage, some black olive, no ground beef, no onions. i checked before i left this time, noticed the mistake, mentioned it, they offered to redo it, i didn't have time to wait, no tip. so yeah, i paid for a 5 topping pizza and got 3 partial toppings. i had 3 hungry kids with me, otherwise i'd have told them to pound sand and left. THE SCAM.... beware the "5 topping" pizza thing is a marketing scam to upsell you. what they do is they put five 1/5s of toppings on the pizza (unless the only bother to put three 1/3s on there!). the pizzas do not have a full pepperoni topping, a full sausage, full beef, full onion, full olive topping...they have a little of each, but when you look at the pizza it's still just mostly wide-open space across the cheese. when i have time i'm going to notify the state attorney general of the scam, and will send a report to the city, county, and better business bureau. ****don't pay more for a five topping, just stick to the one topping...it'll be harder for those morons to mess it up or screw you over. if you want a true 5-topping pizza go somewhere else. read more
