every single time I make it order with them and charge it to my debit card it is a pending order for like a full 24 hours and then at the end of the 24-hour period they go ahead and take another $5 off of my account for no reason at all they are stealing from me every single time that I order anything from Domino's I am absolutely done with this place. These guys need more credit. They are understaffed and trying their best on busy weekends. I got a few pizzas with my friend a couple weekends ago, took them an hour and a half and they apologized for the wait time because it was just two guys for the whole night on a Saturday! They did awesome, an hour and a half is not even that long and I was not upset AT ALL. They gave me everything I asked for, tasted great, no complaints, those guys were great and so kind and overworked. Dominos and all their locations should do better. I work at an understaffed establishment as well that refuses to hire the workers that it needs and it's absolute hell. They need to do better and hire more people or pay their employees more for doing the work of several people. Either way, they're doing above and beyond for what they are being paid, I'm sure of it. read more

We ordered a Dominos pizza tonight from someone in another country, and they asked for everything except a thumbprint and a stool sample. It literally took 10 minutes to give information, verify and then reiterate the entire coversation before establishing payment methods and driver instructions. THEN,... "they insisted" that I give them ;"my entire name" along with vetifying my phone number for a second time. I said to not send the Pizza if my first name and other information wasn't enought. I had catering set up for 40 people with a catering company at 9:30 on a Tuesday night. The company no showed me. All of the restaurants near by were closed for the night. I called this Dominos and explained the situation and I apologized for the extremely late notice on such a big order. TJ is the employee who took the call, he was amazing and understood the situation. Him and the other employees got 30 large pizzas to me in roughly 40 mins! They saved me! We ordered 17 pizzas for Ponderosa Elementary School today, for two classes that excelled in a Math test, we called three days prior to schedule the pizzas for us to pick up, and when we came in today to pick them up they were not ready until 12:05. We were told to pick them up at 11:30. Elementary school children have a specific time for lunch and their lunch time was over by the time we delivered the pizza to their school. The person behind the counter said he had another large order and evidently that order was more important than ours and he finished that large order and then started on ours. We waited there from 11:20 to 12:05 and whoever was to pick up that HUGE order before us, was not there to pick it up, by the time we left. When we called to place the order, it would have been nice to have someone tell us that there was no way it was going to be done by 11:30. Maybe they received a large tip from the other order. Very disappointed. We order pizza in large quantities for Ponderosa School. Our company is part of the Partnership in Education and we will ordering more pizza in the future for the school. Maybe if we come back another time, they will be more accommodating and possibly make the pizza for the first person that called in, not whatever the manager decides should be done first. I have to say that I am highly disappointed in Domino's level of customer service. Today, I ordered on pan pizza from Domino's store #7003, online order #399764. After over an hour, with no contact from your store, I called and was informed by the manager on duty, Abraham, that they got a big order in and that I would just have to wait. While I understand that unexpected large orders do come in, and they can cause delays, a little communication goes along ways. I had to have them cancel my order as I used my entire lunch period waiting for a pizza to come from a store that is less than a mile away.
