This is located in a small shopping center tucked around a corner. You can dine in or take your meal to go. We dined in, and this nice, casual spot has elements of Italy all over. For appetizers, we ordered the Fried Pickles and Sautéed Whole Mushrooms. My mother ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and I ordered their Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken, minus the broccoli. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided great service. The appetizers arrived, and we shared both. The fried pickle spears were delicious! Covered in a nice batter that didn't disintegrate upon eating. The sautéed mushrooms were seasoned to perfection, and I enjoyed every bite. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was larger than expected. My mother enjoyed every bite, and she had plenty left over to eat later. My dish arrived, and I knew that I was going to need a to-go box as well. The helping was generous, and the dish was a delight to eat. The soft strips of chicken were tender, the pasta was just right, and the seasonings were on point. The table next to us inquired as to what I had ordered. One of them ordered the same dish that I had- it looked that good! She agreed that it was delicious! The Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken was a winning dish for sure. We had plenty left over to enjoy later. Everything tasted just as good warmed up later that evening. Domenico's offers: Entrees Pizza -Cauliflower crust is also available Cold sandwiches Hot sandwiches Appetizers Salads Homemade Soup Bread Desserts They have a 55 & up menu items as well as kids (12 and under) We enjoyed our lunch, and we will happily return and encourage you to give Domenico's Italian Kitchen and Catering a try.

I've never known two people to walk into a pizza parlor to order TOGO. A little more customer hospitality would go a long way. The draft beers were fresh and the service was okay. I had a Michelada after my draft Modelo but it was more like a spicy Bloody Mary, with no Clamato flavor. The pizza and breadsticks are the real stars! Fresh ingredients on the pizza and I mean super fresh with a perfectly baked crust. The breadsticks are unimaginably good and swimming in butter--soft on top with a perfect crisp on the bottom. The first order of breadsticks are complementary, but not on to go order. They were so good. I ordered more but they never got brought out just taken off my tab.. I probably wouldn't dine in again. The initial welcome was unfriendly, and the lack of attention to my order made the experience disappointing. The food is good enough that I'd still return for takeout, but the customer service needs significant improvement.

Then, one random day, I checked and somehow got a spot for today! Needless to say, I was SO excited. We ordered three different pizzas. Of course, we had to start with the two classics: a cheese and a Margherita. We also got the Code Red, which I was especially excited to try. We arrived about 2 minutes before our allotted pickup time, and the gentleman was just putting our Pizza in the oven. We chatted for a little bit, and once the pizzas were ready, his wife came out with everything. She was extremely sweet and even offered us napkins and waters. Such a lovely experience from the moment we arrived! Of course, as soon as we got into the car, we HAD to try a slice, right?! I grabbed a slice of the Code Red, and my dad grabbed a slice of the cheese. Let me just say... DELICIOUS. The crust was absolutely perfect light, airy, beautiful, and had the perfect flop. The presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was even better. My dad and I both agreed that it immediately took us right back to our time in Italy. We are BIG pizza people and are always searching for places that can give us that authentic Italian pizza experience and remind us of such an amazing time. Pizza Docs absolutely did that for us! And the best part? We live no more than 15 minutes away, and even by the time we got home, the pizza still tasted AMAZING. We absolutely crushed these pizzas. The pizza is so light that you could probably eat an entire one and not even feel overly full! We had already looked at the menu again before we even finished eating, trying to figure out what we want to order next and checking when their next availability is. We definitely want to try the Detroit-style pizza, along with some of their other Neapolitan pizzas. Great job, you two! You can truly tell there is a lot of love and care put into what you're making. We were so happy and pleased with our experience and cannot wait to come back and try more! 10/10 from us!

We normally order from the New York Pizzeria in Calimesa and have had good experiences, but tonight…read moreour DoorDash order was somehow placed with the Beaumont location instead. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered two pizzas -- one Canadian bacon, pineapple and cashew, and one pepperoni and jalapeño. One of the main reasons my husband chose New York Pizzeria is because he knows how much I love cashews on my pizza, and they are one of the few places that still offer them. We waited about an hour for delivery, which honestly wasn't a problem at all. It was a Friday night, and we completely understood that both the restaurant and delivery services would be busy. The problem was how our pizzas arrived. BOTH pizza boxes had apparently been carried and left at our door upside down. When we opened them, the pizzas were completely smashed over to one side of the boxes, with the cheese and toppings stuck to the lids. They were ruined. My husband had actually caught a glimpse of the DoorDash driver carrying our order and thought it looked like the boxes were being carried like regular packages rather than pizzas, but he wasn't certain until he brought them inside and we opened them. I'm including the videos of us opening both pizza boxes with this review so you can see exactly how they arrived. I completely understand that the restaurant did not deliver the pizzas and isn't responsible for how a DoorDash driver handled them. However, we had never dealt with something like this before and weren't sure where to start, so I called the restaurant first. I was immediately placed on hold, which again was completely understandable on a busy Friday night. What bothered me was the interaction once someone came back to the phone. The woman I spoke with was difficult to understand and, more importantly, was very unfriendly and dismissive. I was basically told that it wasn't their problem and that I needed to take it up with DoorDash. I actually suspected that DoorDash would ultimately be responsible for the delivery issue, and I wasn't expecting the restaurant to take responsibility for something the driver had done. I was simply calling the business we had just ordered food from because I didn't know the proper process. A little kindness or even, "I'm so sorry that happened. Unfortunately, because DoorDash delivered it, you'll need to contact them for a refund or replacement," would have made the interaction completely different. After all of that, we still tried to make the best of the situation. We scraped the toppings and cheese off the lids, put a couple of slices back together, and tried to eat them because we were hungry and had already waited an hour for dinner. Unfortunately, the pizza itself tasted bad. That had nothing to do with how it was delivered. Even after trying to salvage it, neither pizza was enjoyable, and we ended up extremely disappointed with the food itself as well. I don't like leaving negative reviews, and I especially don't want to blame a restaurant for something that was clearly the DoorDash driver's fault. But the delivery damage was only one part of this experience. The unfriendly response when I called and the poor taste of the food were separate issues. We've always had a much better experience with the Calimesa location, so that's where we'll stick to ordering from in the future.
