If I could give zero stars i would... Every time I give them the benefit of doubt its always something with this place. The food has gotten worse over the last couple of months.. Their Pizzas and wings are always undercooked and the sandwiches are overcooked. I placed an online order and had my daughter pick it up tonight. When she got home, I seriously couldn't believe they had given her this Philly Cheesesteak.. It was HORRIBLE.. When I went back up there the lady at the front counter, wasn't even concerned that this sandwich looked completely burnt.. All she could say was well you wanted it plain .. I'm like excuse me? this sandwich is Burnt the bread was hard as a ROCK...She didn't even offer to have it remade... I asked for a refund, she kept trying to give me store credit. I explained I wanted my money back because I will not be returning. I guess she called the manager on her cellphone to explain the situation and was told to tell me to leave the last 4 numbers of my card for them to do a refund the next day.. I bought two pizzas, one for me and one for my wife. Both pizzas were horrible. They both were dry, like they had been prepared a long time ago. Both were very, very thin when they should have been a medium crust. I ordered a salami topping, that looked like a thin cut of bologna, not sure what it was. If I could give this place zero stars I would! I have ordered from here serval times in hopes it will some how have miraculously gotten better, but it just gets worse! I have had hair in my pizza and not even received an apology, orders have come completely wrong and management acts like you are the one in the wrong. Today, I received my pizza with missing toppings and knots with cheesy marinara dip, except it had no marinara in it. When I called, the assistant manager Brian said, "You didn't get..." and repeated my order back to me. I explained to him the issue and he just said he would get it back out to me. A few minutes later I get another call from him telling me they would need the food back. I said, "okay." After I received my new, still messed up order, I called back to get the manager's name, since I have had so many issues here I wanted to contact the cooperate office. A different manager, Beth, answered. She ended up telling me I have complained three times and will be carry out only, which doesn't matter because I will never order here again. However, I told her that was completely ridiculous since they were the ones who couldn't get my orders correct and it wasn't right for them to put that on the customer due to them being incompetent. She told me they weren't incompetent and I had gotten "free" food from them today and listed other days. I told her that was entirely NOT true, I paid for my food today and all of the other days she listed! She said well yes, but we sent new food. I said yes, because what I received was not what I ordered and paid for!!! They had to remake the food due to it being made wrong! While I had her on the phone I told her the replacement dip they sent out was basically just marinara and had hardly any cheese in it. I told her I could even send her a picture. When I did, she said it is made with just a small amount of cheese on top. I have ordered it many times and it doesn't come like that. She ended up hanging up on me. I called for delivery and there was supposed to be a deal where you can get 2 large pizzas and a cheesy bread and a two liter coke. All as a special price that was supposed to go delivered for less than $30.00. They charged me $50.00 + and brought the wrong pizza. They came back with the two pizzas I had originally ordered and all in all I could have gone to the moon and back before we could sit down to dinner that night. I should have snapped a picture. It was a thing of beauty. Medium Pan, three topping. Would have liked to have had it stay in the oven a couple more minutes to achieve the crisp, baked in oil bottom which is a hallmark of a pan pizza. However, whatever and so on, the rest of this beauty was sumptuous. I picked up the pie on my way home from the airport. Since this was the first time in a long time I've ordered from dominos, I assumed the store hours posted on their website were correct. Not. Amazing pizza done by an amazing staff here at this Dominos location! Everything was cooked to perfection and the staff was super nice and friendly. We chatted with them for awhile while our second pizza was in the oven and we had a good conversation, unlike many other pizza places I've been to where they don't care. I am not in the states often, so having a Dominos is such a treat. This was the best treat possible because it was the best dominos pizza I've ever had. Keep up the good work! We order pizza 2x weekly from this store. The pizza was messed up. Called them to have it fixed. Rose and Cat were very rude with me and said it was my fault the order was messed up and they were NOT going to fix the problem. Horrible customer service, not that great of pizza to begin with. Pizza was great. The men in there aren't. I ordered me a pizza before 10pm but got there a bit after. I understand the door being locked because it was after the lobby closed but online it states you can pick up your order AFTER 10 as long as it was placed before 10. Well, these BOYS decided they'd look at me, a WOMAN, sit outside and continue talking. I knocked on the window to let them know that I have an order and they literally looked at me and continued to do whatever it is that they were doing. I called at 6:12 p.m., to order a meat lovers Pizza for delivery. The guy told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. The guy asked me how would I be paying, I told him cash. Well, 7:00 p.m., came around, no delivery, no call to notify they would be late. I then called at 7:23 p.m., and stayed on the phone for 20 minutes. Needless to say I was not happy, I normally pick up my pizza but I fractured my ankle and was not able to pick it up. Ordered one medium pan pizza for pickup. I was so impressed with their cleanliness in the wake of this pandemic. I saw every single employee wash their hands or sanitize at least once in the five minutes I was there. Everyone was wearing masks and they had their tables set up to keep to customers six feet from the register. They apologized profusely for my five minute wait, and even gave me an extra sauce. I am so upset at the service I was just given by this dominos. I am a loyal customer I order like two pizzas a week but I just recently move into an apartment next to this location. I put in my order about 5 PM, the tracked told me "Evan" was leaving the store at 5:19...... patiently waiting I got my pizza and wings at 6:35!!!!!!!!! I called twice and all they could say was it should be there in the next 20 mins!!! It got here and it was cold (duh). Now for the kicker, I LIVE WALKING DISTANCE AWAY FROM THIS DOMINOS.
