Once we made a decision, Knautz's promptly sent us an estimate. We sent in a payment and everything was installed very quickly. The work was professionally done and there were no cost overruns. I'd previously had another contractor come in and do a very messy epoxy pour over my counters (loaded with drips, runs, uneven surfaces, uncured epoxy, chips, epoxy on the walls/appliances/floor, etc). It was a disaster, to say the least. John and Andrea were the ONLY PEOPLE WILLING to tackle the mess I was left with without breaking the bank, and not only did he spend a great deal of time and energy resurfacing my counters but he even cleaned up as much of the epoxy mess as was feasible and added caulking to finish things off.
