I was surprised to read the one-star reviews. We've used this service for over 10 years for mowing and snow removal with no issues, after getting a strong recommendation from the original owner of our Galena home. Dan, the former owner, always did his billing by handwritten invoice, and often only sent them out twice per year. Sadly, he passed away a couple years ago and his family took over the business. We've also used them for other landscaping maintenance including plantings and rock/gravel placements. The only complaint is that they are sometimes slow to respond to inquiries and execution of work other than routine maintenance. No plans to change to another service. Pricing seems fair and after some initial bumps during the transition, invoicing and payment processes are clear and quick. read more
