No, no and NO! I know it is long, but trust me... worth it!…read more I know this salon has several services, but I can only comment on the lash service. Very unprofessional. Issue 1 - Tech cancelled hours before appt by text as she told me she was leaving the salon for good. Ok... next obvious question... can someone else see me? (Keep in mind I was going on vacation for a week the following day.) She responded, you will have to call them, I can't help you. Eventually spoke with owner as she did get me booked with someone new later that day. I had FAITHFULLY been coming every 2 weeks for fills. I told the tech that I spoke with the owner and what the agreement was since I had lost a considerable amount of lashes that I would still pay FILL price. Tech was told by owner a different price ($20 more) than what I was told earlier on call. I got over that because I needed lashes for vacation. Issue 2 - Tech texted me day of appt again a few hours prior to and cancelled due to she stated she was exposed to someone with CV. Ok... again next question, can someone else see me due to the circumstances? Response: I text others and no one has responded, could you come in tomorrow and I will see who can fit your schedule. I have a job where I have to travel at times, I was going to be out of town the next day. She then stated that if no one could do it today, then she would "be happy to take me next week once she's in the clear". Keep in mind, that was the week of Thanksgiving. As of today, still not a word from anyone there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Besides all the chaos, the lashes never stayed on well. There was a time I had to come back within a week to get them filled in again I had lost so many. Even after I changed techs, they didn't last well. Was definitely having to go every 2 weeks for fill to look somewhat normal. Best part.... found a new place and my new tech is AWESOME!!! I can literally go 3 weeks between fills easily

The parking lot was ample for my rental and I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and offered a Coca-Cola or bottled water. Greg was great at shampooing and scrubbing my scalp because you know that shit feels amazing! Then I was whisked into the chair where Greg did his hairdry blowout magic! I loved that he was skilled and entertaining. At $45 for service, I found it was reasonable and wonderful! I will return!
