Service from start to finish has been utterly disgraceful.
We bought a sofa in January 2021 with clear confirmation that we will have our couch by the end of the month (even the receipt states 2-4 weeks lead time!). February came and we had received no update. We spent the next 6 months proactively calling Domayne for updates after being told it will arrive in March, then July and finally August. No apology was uttered from anyone as we were continuously palmed off to various team members across Furniture, Payments and Customer Service. Understandably, Covid has had an effect on all, but to think a reputable business like would treat customers like this is appalling.
The cherry on top - the sofa arrived today (218 days later) with 2 left hand sides! Yet another call has provided no clear solution as we were told to wait for a response from a lady who only works Mon-Fri. This is beyond the worst experience we have ever had. In summary, buy from any other retailer in Australia - the only thing premium about these guys is the price. read more
