I'm so glad I stopped in to experience this cafe and learn about the coffee beans they carry from Colombia, Guatemala, Bali, and Kenya. You would be absolutely happy here conducting your business. But that is not what makes it so special. The people that run this place absolutely care about the people who work from the space. They are the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating people you will meet in the service industry. Check out this example: I couldn't make it into my office in New York City today due to inclement weather so I decided to find a coworking space to set up and take care of business. I found Office Evolution Hackensack online and gave them a call to see if they would be open. I was greeted on the phone by the friendly voice of Lou Ann who runs the front desk and manages the working space. She confirmed they were open, took down my contact information and immediately emailed me directions on how to get there. I got lost on the way and had to call to figure out where they are. Lou Ann stayed on the phone with me while I was driving around and even in stood outside looking for my car, waving me in. BUT THATS JUST THE START. I ran out to grab lunch and while I was out, Lou Ann emailed me to let me know she was going home due to the storm. "You are most welcome to come back & work away but I want to coordinate with you so you can get into the office. Please let me know if Mark should expect you." I mean seriously, how great is that? I call it outstanding customer service. This will be my coworking space moving forward, even though there is another one closer to my house.

The janitorial staff were also kind and kept the space nice and tidy. Favorite thing about the membership I opted for is that I had 24/7 access. The space itself features two different floors, each offering an open coworking space along with a few private phone booths to take calls.
