Only, she lied and substituted mostly nickel Rexillium alloy with small amounts of aluminum, beryllium and tin, all toxic metals and causing allergic reactions and it took three years for me to find out. She insisted it must be my toothpaste that was turning my gums an inflamed purple. She also billed the insurance company for my husband and I for PXS cleanings she never performed.

He takes a lot of time to make sure that you aren't in pain and understand what is going on. I have also brought other members of my family including my daughter who has a great fear of dentists and needles and he did a fabulous job treating her. My husband has had a lot of dental work including complicated cosmetic procedures which he was thrilled with (and his family noticed right away how good his teeth looked when he visited recently). I normally go to Performance Dental but it's the whitening trays for me that brought me here today. I walk in and the beautiful reception (who I found out was the manager Tonya) says Goodmorning how can I make you smile today? which is really an adorable touch. She was very friendly and personable, explained the checking in process very well and was very professional. Hence dope manager... She even checked on me when walking by. I had a dental assistant Danielle she was very nice and very thorough. My appointment time was at 8:15 it took two hours with X-rays, Impressions taken for the whitening trays, Exam, Treatment plan and Cleaning. There are two people that work here that literally looked at me and didn't speak which is bad customer service in my opinion. Every person should speak to the patients including the trainer from Texas, but I digress. Without patients you wouldn't have a reason to train. The rooms have TV and they play the music of your choice via Pandora.. My choice was RNB started with Toni Braxton. The chairs massage you and heat up. These attributes were extremely nice. Normally you watch whatever station is on, if one is on. Definitely No music of your choice if at all and regular smegular chairs.. yes I made a word.. Besides the two people including the trainer that didn't speak I could tell my dental hygienist was nervous and no one explained what I was supposed to do with my whitening trays. Those three things were the worst of my experience. The manager did a fourth job and explained it to me. Other than that go visit Mint Dentistry they are a step above the rest..

I had been putting off going to the dentist for some time because I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I was honestly shocked with how quick and painless the procedure was. I am very pleased with the entire experience. The front desk staff were also friendly. Office: The office was spacious and clean. I will say it was a bit of an older office, but it is well maintained and kept. Really easy street parking right in front too. Overall, great experience and office, and I highly recommend seeing Dr. Marouf!

After being refused service, I proceeded to my car and contacted my insurance company and they explained to me insurance cards are no longer issued effective 2016. I went back inside and explained that to the Dr. Hadley, while the insurance company was only the phone. She refused to contact my insurance carrier. I've never ever been refused any kind of medical service due to not having a physical card in hand, whether medical, dental or optical. Go figure!!!

She speaks to people like they're children and not adults. Her tone of voice is awful when it comes to giving explanations to adults. Beverly Hadley also locks the door to her office You will be stuck waiting outside until your exact time rolls up, then the doors open. This can be bad for people who have elderly people with them, or children and they have nowhere to wait safely. Many times people rely on public transportation and I think she misses that point. I can only hope that she starts to run her business as if she cared about her clients wellbeing, instead of focusing on her minor inconveniences. Good luck Beverly, but you lost 2 patients because of your tone of voice and argumentative attitude.
