I normally go to Performance Dental but it's the whitening trays for me that brought me here today. I walk in and the beautiful reception (who I found out was the manager Tonya) says Goodmorning how can I make you smile today? which is really an adorable touch. She was very friendly and personable, explained the checking in process very well and was very professional. Hence dope manager... She even checked on me when walking by. I had a dental assistant Danielle she was very nice and very thorough. My appointment time was at 8:15 it took two hours with X-rays, Impressions taken for the whitening trays, Exam, Treatment plan and Cleaning. There are two people that work here that literally looked at me and didn't speak which is bad customer service in my opinion. Every person should speak to the patients including the trainer from Texas, but I digress. Without patients you wouldn't have a reason to train. The rooms have TV and they play the music of your choice via Pandora.. My choice was RNB started with Toni Braxton. The chairs massage you and heat up. These attributes were extremely nice. Normally you watch whatever station is on, if one is on. Definitely No music of your choice if at all and regular smegular chairs.. yes I made a word.. Besides the two people including the trainer that didn't speak I could tell my dental hygienist was nervous and no one explained what I was supposed to do with my whitening trays. Those three things were the worst of my experience. The manager did a fourth job and explained it to me. Other than that go visit Mint Dentistry they are a step above the rest..

I'm…read morestill suffering from some crowns she replaced and swore she used no nickel in her practice and my crowns would be noble metal. Only, she lied and substituted mostly nickel Rexillium alloy with small amounts of aluminum, beryllium and tin, all toxic metals and causing allergic reactions and it took three years for me to find out. She insisted it must be my toothpaste that was turning my gums an inflamed purple. She also billed the insurance company for my husband and I for PXS cleanings she never performed.

So I have always looked for a dentist who specializes in scary cat patients (me). I need some…read morespecial work done on my gums and knew it was going to be painful. My last dentist I went to told me he needed to shave my gums down next appointment. That was the last time I went to him. I found this office by referral and I'm happy I did. I really liked the initial examination. They examined my teeth, mouth and gums with x-rays and by sight. After that a contingency payment plan was worked out as far as correcting the issues with my teeth/gums. I really liked that. I was able to schedule my next appointment and pay half for the procedure. I needed my gums scraped of bacteria and the stains on the bottom removed (from drinking tea). I was introduced to Jeanine Raper on my initial visit as the Registered Dental Hygienist. Jeanine was nice and pleasant and assured me that I wouldn't feel a thing. On the day of the appointment, I was nervous but Jeanine was reassuring and pleasant. She rubbed the topical anesthetic on my gums before using a needle to administer a stronger anesthetic. She put on some soothing music and sang to me through the entire procedure. When she was done, I was elated with the procedure. Not only did she remove the bacteria and plaque from my gums but, the stains on my teeth were gone. And I didn't feel a thing. I am looking forward to going back to let her do my left side. I am looking forward to having a better smile.

He takes a lot of time to make sure that you aren't in pain and understand what is going on. I have also brought other members of my family including my daughter who has a great fear of dentists and needles and he did a fabulous job treating her. My husband has had a lot of dental work including complicated cosmetic procedures which he was thrilled with (and his family noticed right away how good his teeth looked when he visited recently). I admit, I needed them! But this dentist not only rushed every time, he caused more problems after the procedure. He completed a total of about 6 fillings. As a result, he filled my wisdom tooth bottom and NOT the top (who in the heck fills wisdoms) and did not pack them well (or give me a good baseline...knowing my condition) before filling them which casued me to get a root canal in a tooth that was not giving me ANY problems. Not to mention, he told me in a conversation he can not help the condition of my mouth and it was in BAD condition. How Rude...Smartie! Im thinking filings Is Bad 2 You? So, I told him some of the things he did not do correctly, he should have, they were common sense. So as a result, I wasted time, money (for filings that had to be redone after my root canal) and endured pain (10 days until if found another dentist) for his mishaps.
