Because my situation involves sensitive family and safety concerns, I expected a more patient and thorough conversation. Instead, the consultation felt dismissive, and I left without feeling heard or properly advised. Overall, this was a very bad experience. Unfortunately, the courts favor blood relatives in cases like this. But Brian was very knowledgeable on the case and strategic. TRUST! Expert knowledge. Professional. Humble Butt-kicker. Jedi…read more Those are my word choices reflecting back on how I feel about Brian Bayati. Not your average review for a WAY above average legal pro. Here's my experience with Brian's performance. After firing my first lawyer due to the fees not adding up to the work supposedly done, I sought much better counsel. No one wins in divorce. No one. Given the complexities of my case, Brian was recommended by a huge, well-known, multi-lawyer OC firm, but I wanted skilled one-on-one service with master-level guidance. Though my divorce could have been easier, the Ex did financial shenanigans going back 10+ years that without Brian's smart and strategic, surgical approach, would have cost me a lot more in real money, stress, and outcome. His 360 degree awareness, proactive chess-master anticipation of the "other side's" tactics, and hate-to-pay-it-but-damn-glad-I-did reasonable fee structure all added-up to me feeling absolutely assured I had someone in my corner that sincerely had my back. He genuinely cares and proves it in the work. Brian, if you see this, you know I hope to never use you again! ;) But damn, brother, I'm so glad I hired you!! Keep up the stellar expertise and outcomes.

Review for JASON BLONSKA- DO NOT HIRE! **DO NOT HIRE!**…read more I hired Jason to represent me in my divorce case, and it was one of the **biggest mistakes I've ever made**. He failed to fight for my financial rights, ignored key evidence, and ultimately abandoned my case when I ran out of money. **Here's what happened:** He ignored financial forensic reportsproving my ex-spouse was hiding income and assets. He never filed for increased spousal or child support even when evidence showed my ex made over $1,000,000 in one year. OR LEGAL FEES LEAVING ME VULNERABLE despite me asking multiple times. I HAVE NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND STILL NO SETTLEMENT 5 years later!!!! He pressured me into taking a low settlement instead of advocating for what I was legally owed. I didn't. He assumed I had a drinking problem instead of acknowledging my emotional distress despite me saying it's not clear bias against me. He dropped my case when I couldn't afford his fees leaving me financially stranded. **This attorney does NOT fight for his clients. If you want someone who will actually do their job and represent your best interests, DO NOT hire this firm I am filing a complaint with the California State Bar for negligence and misconduct. I wish I had seen a review like this before hiring him--learn from my mistake and stay FAR AWAY.

From the beginning Will was honest with me. He never told me what I wanted to hear, he told me what I needed to hear. He explained the law, laid out the options, and always had a plan. Every time we walked into court he was prepared. You could tell everyone there knew him and respected him, from the court staff to the other attorneys. That gave me a lot of confidence when things got stressful. What impressed me the most was that he actually cared. I never felt like I was just another client. This wasn't just about winning a case, it was about protecting my family and getting our peace back. He fought hard every hearing and never let up, even after the case dragged on way longer than anyone expected. There were plenty of moments where it would've been easy to just go through the motions, but thats not how Will practices. When it was time to argue our case he was an absolute beast in the courtroom and wasn't going to let someone keep harassing my family without putting up a fight. In the end we got the restraining order we were hoping for, and I honestly don't think that happens without him. If youre looking for an attorney for a civil harassment restraining order, neighbor harassment, or just someone who will actually fight for you, I'd hire Will again in a heartbeat. He's honest, prepared, cares about his clients, and he's exactly who you want standing next to you when things get difficult.
