First car accident where someone totaled my car, called them the morning after some idiot ran a stop sign and totaled my brand new car and they were great! They had someone come to my house to write down what happened asap, they got me set up with a chiropractor super fast like a day or two later, talked to the other guys insurance when they called asking for statement, all that good stuff.
