Went with these guys for an accident I had on 08/19/26 & they only like to take easy cases or big cases with big money I got dropped because they started investigating the incident & it became to much for them so they dropped my case. They never give updates I always had to call & reach out for everything. They be doing fishy & illegal stuff here as well & that's why they dropped my case because it was being investigated. I wouldn't recommend this law firm horrible service. They have 0 value. EDIT: they say they have legal guidelines to follow that's why they "dropped" me but I went to Younessi law offices & they said what you guys did made no sense & there was no reason to drop the case & they happily took over. I suggest looking more into them instead of this trash law firm. read more

DK Law Update -- August 17, 2026 I received a call back from DK Law today, which I appreciate. However, I was told that there is still no update available for me at this time. I was told that they should have more information for me tomorrow morning. At this point, I'm hoping tomorrow is finally the day I receive the update I've been waiting for. This process has been extremely frustrating, especially considering how long I have already been waiting. I will update this review again tomorrow and let everyone know whether I finally receive the answers and information I've been asking for. read more

I do not recommend DK Law. It has been over a year since my accident, and my experience with this firm has been incredibly disappointing. Communication was extremely poor throughout my case. Unless I was the one constantly following up, I rarely received updates or heard from anyone. I constantly felt like I had to chase them just to find out what was happening. Another frustrating part of my experience was that it seemed like there was a new person handling my case almost every time I followed up. The frequent staff turnover made it difficult to get consistent answers, and I often felt like I had to explain my case over and over again. I was rear-ended while pregnant, and the accident was serious enough that I was hospitalized afterward. Despite those circumstances, I never felt like my case was taken seriously or that the firm fought to maximize my claim. Instead, I felt they were too willing to settle rather than advocate for my best interests. After more than a year, I expected better communication, stronger representation, and an attorney who would genuinely fight for me. Instead, I was left feeling unsupported and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone looking for consistent communication, continuity in case management, and strong legal representation. read more

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! It has been more than a year that my son is waiting and for the past 5 months they been telling us that they will send us a check and still nothing. 2 Weeks ago, I spoke to the supervisor, and he said he is going to send the check overnight and still NOTHING!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - wish I never went through them. read more

They are not organized and the address on the information in Long Beach did not have a written note that the office in Long Beach is only a temporary office! It was misleading! I have to agree with every single "1 Star" review listed. I concur with every complaint mentioned. It's been 7 months since we were t-boned in an auto accident. The case is very clear, person ran red light, admitted to it and has insurance. We have complied with every request, MRI completed, 20 chiropractic treatments, visit pain management Dr., Cortisone shot, seen a neurosurgeon, who states that my husband need 3 discs replacement in his neck. I am being told that they are still waiting for the Hospital record for my husband from 7 months ago before they can move to next step. Multiple people have been working this case, keep getting transfers to someone new. No one will return your calls, you have to track them down, then you get either someone who doesn't know how to answer you or you get the "Supervisor", who is rude and condescending. This is being dragged out for way too long. You would think they would want to get paid, much less their clients, in a timely manner. This is our first auto accident and first dealing with an attorney. If you want timely responses, kind, helpful, efficient people, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! So sorry for the bad review, but I felt compelled to write this. And this is my first ever revie. read more

Their service is horrible, no calls ,no updates for my case seems like they forgot about you totally disappointed.

When I got into an accident I turned to Yelp to help find a lawyer.... In June it will be a year since my accident and my case is still open. I have been sent to collections due to the "attorney" and/or department at the stage my case was at failed to pay attention to the due dates. The chiropractor they sent us to never had a "Doctor" in and I still currently have issues with my hand. Simple daily tasks like sweeping, vacuuming, folding laundry are painful yet they were unable to get me any money as it is being allocated in "medical bills". I have also been yelled at and disrespected by someone handling my claim, and worst of all he was a supervisor. Word to the wise or for someone like me who has never been in an accident before do not be fooled by larger establishments. They aren't always the best. And this notice from Yelp explains it all. Wish that was up when I was searching. read more

DK Law - Personal Injury Law Near Me - Anaheim, California

At first, The Law Offices of Daniel Kim will seem great--quick to take on your case and eager to help. That's exactly what happened when I used them for a previous case that was an obvious win (a rear-end accident). So when my relative needed legal help for her car accident, I confidently referred her to them, thinking she'd be in good hands. Big mistake. From the start, communication was terrible. The only time my relative got updates was when she reached out to them. They rarely followed up, leaving her completely in the dark about her case. After six months of wasted time, they abruptly dropped her case without explanation or accountability. Instead of getting real legal help, she spent half a year waiting, when she could have been working with a professional, hands-on lawyer who actually cared about her case. To make matters worse, they referred her to an incompetent chiropractor who not only failed to help but actually made her injuries worse. The lack of care and attention from this firm is unacceptable. They may seem like a solid choice at first, but don't be fooled. This firm is sloppy, unprofessional, and unreliable. If you're looking for a personal injury lawyer who will actually fight for you instead of stringing you along, look elsewhere. They will waste your time, refer you to subpar providers, and leave you hanging. Do not trust this firm. read more

I was involved in an accident a couple years ago, it did take a while for everything to be settled but that was due to the other parties involved in the accident. They helped coordinate physical therapy and chiropractor for me after the accident and the Chiro was amazing. The settlement was given to me about 9 months after the accident occurred but luckily I received the max I could for both medical and physical damage. I enjoyed my experience with this law firm and I would recommend, I was involved in an accident with a person who was a dui of drugs and alcohol. read more

Don't use them. I signed up with them 4 years ago. They referred me to another lawyer and have not updated me once in 2 years since the time of them referring go me to another lawyer to continue the case. Terrible how they have all these good reviews but yet they can't contact me or update me. I was advised by another lawyer to reach out to them immediately and all they did was say that Ellis and Bakh are handling the case now and to talk to them. They're the ones who actually told me to fight the case further with Ellis and Bakh and yet won't update me!! I still cannot believe I haven't been contacted for over 2 years. read more

Daniel Kim is TOPS in his field. He communcates personally with his clients as does his very helpful staff. Even when I contacted him initially about a possible case that we didn't pursue he gave me his personal contact info so I would have it if I needed him. Truly friendly and nice man! It is very important when you are in a vulnerable situation to have a person that actually cares about you and is ethical and will not take advantage of the situation because you are vulnerable and hurting. My manipulating unethical divorce attorney hurt me in spades and as a result I didn't know what to expect in this new situation. As I mentioned above, Daniel had given me his information in a short conversation awhile back, so I decided to give him a try when this hit and run accident happened to me... and I am so glad that I did! The day came when I did need him I was hit by a hit-and-run drunk driver in a big white truck. It was terrifying and not only did my car get damaged but the accident left me with some back and neck pain. Daniel got me in touch with some doctors right away both regular doctors, also chiropractic an mri office. The mri showed some spine and neck trauma from being hit. This was also during a very difficult time it was during the pandemic lock down beginning a few weeks after the accident. The insurance company like most insurance companies are pretty heartless and they said because the guy was a hit-and-run that I couldn't claim uninsured motorist ! (A dirty little secret in the insurance industry that they pull on people.) Since my car is when that I have had since it was new in 2010 I would didn't have it insured for a lot of money but car means a lot to me. Now I also had pain to deal with. Through the chiropractic and pain specialist people Daniel set me up with I was able to get therapy, and am doing much better. All through the process, the staff at Daniel Kim's offices were in touch updating me, encouraging me and very helpful in seeing this process through. It took awhile but not excessive time. And I never felt ignored, or that they weren't working on my case. I knew they were. Daniel got my insurance to pay the full amount on my policy so I was able to cover the doctors and even repair my dear car. We all see the commercials for accident attorneys. We laugh or groan lol. But Daniel Kim and his staff showed me what a truly professional caring, competent and ethical law firm can do. You're treated as important case, a priority person, big case or small. I highly recommend Daniel Kim to anyone who finds themselves in need of an accident attorney. Thank you Daniel and staff for your wonderful help! read more

I feel like 5 stars isn't enough to rate Daniel and his litigators as I ended up with more money than Daniel's firm and I won a big settlement. I commute in Orange County as a college student and I suffered from a serious injury in my back after I got hit by a women speeding. After calling 5 different lawyers and spending hours on the phone, I found Daniel. He returned my call within 10 minutes and offered instant direction right away after digitally signing up. It was that easy. He mentioned that my case was all he practiced. He only specializes in auto accidents and I like that he specializes in this only! I saw a medical provider the same day. I followed the advice his office gave me and went to every treatment. That was the most important thing they said. To say they went above and beyond doesn't even scratch the surface. Without Daniel my surgery could have been denied or postponed, and I'm fine now and it's finally over. Thank You Daniel! read more

My daughter and myself were hit while parked in front of my daughter High School back in September of 2022. You can only imagine how scary and traumatic this event was for the both us. We both went to ER next morning due to severe neck pain. I started looking for lawyers online and came across Daniel Kim saw a few reviews and honestly that first phone call every single person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, but as time went on I kept getting referred to different people with in their office and starting noticing lack of communication. There was this specific woman that was helping me with my medical part of my case and honestly was almost forcing me to do medical stuff that I felt I didn't need at time. I spoke to someone regarding that situation but honestly wasn't any helpful. At that time I was about 6 months into the case and advised them that I wanted to move forward with another lawyer because I felt they were not doing what was in my best interests. They said if I did that I would still have the pay them for the work they did so I felt forced to stay . It has now been over a year and 5 month they have lack in communication every time I email or call I never get a response. I have to continue calling until I can speak to someone all they tell me is there still working on my case. It's very frustrating and disappointing to have this type Of people working on such an important case in your life while not being able to work due to the injuries. This office is only looking out for themselves and not the clients best interests. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW OFFICE.... I was given so much false information and also no information at all. This office is so unorganized and very unprofessional. Literally only spoke to Daniel Kim once but they will be collecting close to 15k on my settlement which I feel it is an overpayment that's only my case, they will also be collecting about the same amount from my daughters settlement ,it's very disappointing that they are allowed to pay themselves this amount of money when they treat there clients poorly. Still waiting on my settlement check which we settled first week of January but no check nor any information on my payment. So again I Do NOT recommend this office read more

Dont fall for those fake 5 star reviews. Wish I paid more attention to those 1 star reviews because they stating facts about this horrible law firm. They didn't even try hard for my case. They don't put enough work to make you win a large settlement. They choose they easiest way to end a case. Due dates are not met. Communication sucks. Daniel Kim took my car accident case in Garden Grove and won! He was always on top of his game, throughout the whole process he never seemed uncertain and he never backed down. He has some great medical connections. He knows his stuff, I've come to learn! No matter what he communicated with me he was direct yet very careful and was always very easy to reach if I had any questions or concerns. I had his cell phone number! He was very understanding and explained everything in simple of terms without making me feel low. The legal team, especially Maria, at the Law Offices of Daniel Kim is the most determined and professional group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Once I had gotten into initial contact for my Ram Pickup truck accident in Anaheim, they had taken care of me and made sure I was included through the entire process from day one. In my case, I was regularly updated to make sure the treatment from my injuries were going well, and they had a Road Map so I knew exactly who to contact at every stage. There was no doubt that this firm cared for me as a client, and I am extremely grateful for the way my case ended up with a settlement I really needed. They pushed vigorously, and I am sure that I would not have gotten the outcome I wanted if I did not go to them for my auto accident. No matter what, I hope that I'm never in an accident again, but if that day comes, this is the law firm that I will return to. They are aggressive, determined, and actually cared for me. They even helped with my car damages even though they didn't have to. I would highly recommend them to whoever finds themselves in need of the best car accident law firm. read more

My best friend and I got in an accident while riding in an Uber. We both were shaken up and had neck and back pain. I found the Law offices of Daniel Kim on yelp and felt so lucky that I did. From the first phone conversation, I felt extremely comfortable with Daniel. I got to talk to him and not some paralegal either. The whole experience with him and his staff was great - from communication to his help finding chiropractor, to the pain doctor to my injection and basically the the proper treatment, to the final result and settlement. I had access to Daniel whenever I wanted but I didn't abuse it, and his legal team made me feel as though they are friends. I confidently refer my friends to him whenever they need a personal injury attorney when it comes to car accidents. I was crushed when out of nowhere a vehicle drove into my lane the wrong way and hit me head on, destroying the truck I had waited a lifetime to buy. My insurance was now minimal and I had no idea how I would get help in rehabbing my injuries. Desperate, I called The Law Offices of Daniel Kim. Attorney Daniel Kim and his legal team were there for me every step of the way. I just had to wait. And they guided me with my car damage even though they are a personal injury law firm and they didn't have to. While I couldn't replace my truck, I was able to purchase a newer vehicle with less miles, have all of my medical paid for and have plenty left over to take care of residual debt after missing weeks of work. I couldn't have been more pleased with his professional demeanor and helpful team. His attention to our case was exceptional! Truly recommend him for any car accident issues you may have. This is a personal recommendation because Daniel Kim did something personally important to me by getting the most possible money for my auto accident. I know it because he told me what he had to do to file on my specific case because Nationwide didn't want to pay full limits. So we agreed to file my case and take my chances. He out maneuvered them and his experts were right on spot and helped greatly with my case. It was the correct choice as Daniel guided me through it and told me what to expect. We finally went into mediation and I actually won almost 8 times the last offer from the insurance company!!! I can't explain how much gratitude I have for such a man with integrity and a host of legal teams, and I mean he has teams not just two people on my case. And Daniel's reviews are earned just like mine. I won and I won big. I wanted to share my experience to our family of Yelpers because Daniel is the man to have on your car accident case! Incredible and expert law office. I was referred to them by a friend, and I can't thank him more. Here are the things I most appreciated: Daniel Kim at the onset very quickly determined whether the accident in Laguna Hills would be worth pursuing, giving me guidance on the footwork I would need to do in advance of them taking the case. His legal teams provided guidance every step of the way, always clearly explaining options and guidance with medical providers. Daniel Kim had great professional relationships with counsels and mediators from working with them in the past. At one point we were deciding if we needed injections for neck and back pain and they found the best doctor. Ultimately they arrived at a settlement agreement that we are exceedingly happy with. I was impressed and happy with the expert and service level! read more

They are very unprofessional, I would never recommend this attorney, greedy, very rude people

Dear Attorney Daniel Kim: you are absolutely the best and most genuine attorney! You gave me a life changing event so I'm going to say a lot. I had the good fortune to be represented by Daniel in an automobile personal injury case in Anaheim where I needed surgery. I would describe Daniel as very smart, honest, direct, and professional. Daniel and his staff were there for me every step of the way! I was worried, and he took that energy and turned it into confidence. I was well prepared, and he and his ligitators did excellent before it went to trial after filing. He is incredibly good at what he does. His success proves it like mine. Daniel really cared about me, and how I was doing during those long talks in this long journey. They always were checking on me, calling to make sure I understood every stage, answering any and all the questions I had. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Attorney Daniel Kim. He is world class to me. I would give him with the highest rating- a 5 star attorney. You should consider yourself very fortunate if you have him at your side. Anyone can find a lawyer, but not all of them can get the best. I was so lucky to have him represent me for a life changing experience that netted me six figures!! I have not a single clue as to what I would have done without the law offices of Daniel Kim. It all started with a Mercury Villager that rammed into the back of my Toyota Camry back in October of last year in Orange County. When I say I was in pain it is an understatement. I had to go through at least six months of chiropractic care, pain management and injections. I couldn't have had the medical treatments without the help of Daniel Kim and his team of experts. They helped schedule the appointments and guided me through the legalese. I am a control freak so I needed to be involved with as much detail and they were always available to get back to me within a day or so if not the same day. I appreciated that very much. The special thing about this law firm is that they only work on car accidents and not other personal injury stuff so they are very good at what they do. And they knew what they were doing. All I had to do was get better. But when I did have questions on getting my settlement they literally lowered my medical bills so that I can get more money. So on top of being taken care of they took care of making sure that I got the most money possible from the settlement. I can't say enough about this law firm. Today is one of the best days I've had in so many years because I got a large sum of money that Daniel Kim won for me in less than a year! Super highly recommend Daniel Kim and his law firm!! read more

Daniel Kim has been representing me on Traumatic Brain Injury from a car accident. He helped to resolve my claim with the long-term incapacity carrier. Daniel Kim and his awesome teams continue to work on my accident claim and with the insurance supplier. He is knowledgeable with all aspects of my case, if he's unsure or wants verification he can analyze and reach out to his peers for comments and counsel he's not too proud to not do so. Yet he is experienced enough to have guided me during this long process. Without the guidance and without the success he has, I wouldn't be in such good hands. And I don't think that other lawyers can provide the same type of legal guidance. I was involved with all that I had to do but I wasn't alone. But this is journey I need to make sure happens right. It's not about sitting back and doing nothing. I've learned that I also need to do what I need to do. I have previously hired Daniel Kim many years ago after I had been involved in a car accident in Anaheim. Unfortunately, I was rear-ended in a truck accident that resulted in neck and lower back injuries that required a long treatment process with a chiropractor and pain management doctor after my MRI. He sent me to healthcare providers near me. As frustrated as I was after accident having to deal with everything, along with my injuries, I knew as soon as Daniel got involved, I would have to only worry about getting better without dealing with endless calls from the insurance company or medical bills. He always made sure that I was okay and it was nice to know that he cared about that before making money. Daniel and his office staff are very responsive and attentive to any questions that I have. I was always able to get in touch with him whenever I needed and even though I felt bad for calling him while he was busy, he never made me feel like I was taking up his time. If you choose not to have him handle your case, that's okay too! Not many professionals are like this nowadays and knowing that Daniel had this type of honestly incorporated into his practices was amazing! Another plus is that if he does not win your case for you, he won't charge you a dime. His professionalism and transparency made me feel comfortable letting him handle my case. I would not be where I am today without Daniel Kim and his firm. He represented my OC auto vs. auto case. I was hit by a man who had a heart attack.
